Objective:To analyze the impact of continuous quality care on HAMA,HAMD score,and quality of life in patients with acute myocardial ***:The 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control and observation groups according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each *** in the control group were given routine care after discharge,and patients in the observation group received continuous quality care intervention to compare the changes in HAMA,HAMD and quality of life scores before and after care between the two ***:Lower HAMA,HAMD scores and higher quality of life scores compared to care in the observation group,and the difference between groups before and after care was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality care can effectively reduce anxiety and depression in AMI patients and improve quality of life,which deserves clinical application.

Lintong pomegranate is well known in China and ranks first among the top five famous pomegranate types in China. In 2006,it obtained the national geographical indication protection product certification. In recent years,the pomegranate industry of Lintong has developed rapidly,but there are also some problems,which have become the weak points of local economic development. In order to promote the further sustainable development of the Lintong pomegranate industry,on the basis of the questionnaire survey,the paper introduced the role of Lintong pomegranate in the county economy,resource advantages,planting and marketing,the low scientific and technological content,shrinkage of planting area,decline of brand influence of Lintong pomegranate,lack of awareness of industrialization of characteristic agriculture,single product type,short industrial chain,etc. Finally,it came up with pertinent recommendations on the basis of these problems. In order to develop pomegranate,Lintong District should make full use of the local advantages,broaden the marketing channels,rationally apply the theory of industrialization,improve the cooperative organization,and form the characteristic industrial chain of Lintong pomegranate.

Bi0.76Sb1.24S3 nanocrystals were synthesized by a rapid microwave-assisted hydrothermal method using bismuth nitrate, antimony pentoxide and thioacetamide as starting materials and characterized by X-ray diffraction（XRD）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM） and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy（DRS）. The effects of the synthetic condition on the product composition were investigated. The photocatalytic activities of Bi0.76Sb1.24S3 nanocrystals for the degradation of methyl orange and p-hydroxyazobenzene under visible light irradiation were evaluated. Bi0.76Sb1.24S3 exhibited good and stable visible light photocatalytic activity.

AIM: To examine the impact of body mass index(BMI)on outcomes following pancreatic resection in the Chinese ***: A retrospective cohort study using prospectively collected data was conducted at the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, China National Cancer Center. Individuals who underwent pancreatic resection between January2004 and December 2013 were identified and included in the study. Persons were classified as having a normal weight if their BMI was < 24 kg/m2 and overweight/obese if their BMI was ≥ 24 kg/m2 as defined by the International Life Sciences Institute Focal Point in China. A χ 2 test(for categorical variables) or a t test(for continuous variables) was used to examine the differences in patients' characteristics between normal weight and overweight/obese groups. Multiple logistic regression models were used to assess the associationsof postoperative complications, operative difficulty,length of hospital stay, and cost with BMI, adjusting for age, sex, and type of surgery ***: A total of 362 consecutive patients with data available for BMI calculation underwent pancreatic resection for benign or malignant disease from January1, 2004 to December 31, 2013. Of the 362 patients,156 were overweight or obese and 206 were of normal weight. One or more postoperative complications occurred in 35.4% of the patients following pancreatic resection. Among patients who were overweight or obese, 42.9% experienced one or more complications,significantly higher than normal weight(29.6%)individuals(P = 0.0086). Compared with individuals who had normal weight, those with a BMI ≥ 24.0kg/m2 had higher delayed gastric emptying(19.9% vs5.8%, P < 0.0001) and bile leak(7.7% vs 1.9%, P =0.0068). There were no significant differences seen in pancreatic fistula, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, reoperation,readmission, or other complications. Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of didroxyprogesterone combined with progesterone in the treatment of luteal insufficiency ***:We searched CNKI database,VIP database,Wanfang database,PubMed database,EMBASE database and Cochrane library database for literatures on the treatment of luteal insufficiency-induced abortion with didroxyprogesterone and ***-analysis was performed using Revman 5.3 software after literature extraction and further quality ***:Ten randomized controlled trial-related articles that describe studies on a total of 1145 patients,570 in the combination group and 575 in the control group,were *** results of meta-analysis showed that combination therapy could improve the effective rate of fetal protection(OR=0.14,95%CI[0.07,0.27],P<0.00001).The safety of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the control group(OR=3.09,95%CI[1.13,8.48],P=0.03).Conclusion:To sum up,compared with the control group,the combination of progesterone and progesterone is more effective and safer in the treatment of luteal insufficiency ***,the sample size of the data is relatively small and the quality of the literature is *** conclusion still needs to be further verified in high-quality randomized controlled trials that involve large samples.

On the basis of defining rural professional economic association, the advantages of it in terms of non-profitability, low operation cost and good communication skills are pointed out. Functions of rural professional economic association are expounded. It can display the advantages of information; intensify the connections among governments, agriculture and rural areas; display the advantages of organization and strengthen the gaming capability of rural households; play the advantages of association and promote the improvement of quality of agricultural products; play the advantage of association and help government to transfer to limited government;play association and information advantages and intensify international competitiveness. It is pointed out that the defects caused by imperfect non-profit association restrict the function of rural professional economic association. In order to well display the functions of rural professional economic association, the countermeasures are put forward:establishing perfect laws and regulations to let rural economic association have the features of non-profit association;the government establishes new relations with rural economic association to support their development from multiple channels;fully displaying the service functions of rural economic association and finishing self-development; perfecting incentive and restraint mechanisms for rural economic association; intensifying supervision management of rural economic association.

This paper expounds the origin of "collective" in the process of collective land transfer, and analyzes the dislocation phenomenon of the role of collective in the process of collective land transfer as follows: deviation of the role under the conflict of identity; offside of the role under the limitation of democratic construction; omission of the role under the segmentation of interests. In order to protect the legitimate rights of farmers, we should make the role of collective to revert on the basis of township government, farmer and collective, so that the role of collective is restored under the management of government; the role of collective reverts under the supervision of farmers; the role of collective returns under its own strengthening of democracy.
