Triggering,locking,clicking,and crepitus of the fingers are common symptoms patients present *** though crepitus and triggering can occur as part of the same underlying diagnosis,it is important to differentiate between them,as they usually indicate different possible *** differential diagnoses that should be considered include trigger finger,metacarpophalangeal joint(MCPJ)arthritis,fractures or dislocations,extensor digitorum communis subluxation or dislocation,locked MCPJ,avascular necrosis of the metacarpal head,and Dupuytren’s disease.A thorough clinical examination with appropriate special investigations can permit the clinician to make the correct *** management of a confirmed diagnosis is successful in providing symptomatic improvement.

Paleozoic Accretion-Collision Events and Kinematics of Ductile Deformation in the Eastern Part of the southern-Central Tianshan Belt, China

The Tianshan range could have been built by both late Early Paleozoicaccretion and Late Paleozoic collision events. The late Early Paleozoic Aqqikkudug-Weiya suture ismarked by Ordovician ophiolitic melange and a Silurian flysch sequence, high-pressure metamorphicrelics, and mylonitized rocks. The Central Tianshan belt could principally be an Ordovician volcanicarc; whereas the south Tianshan belt, a back-arc basin. Macro- and microstructures, along withunconformities, provide some kinematic and chronological constraints on 2-phase ductile *** earlier ductile deformation occurring at ca. 400 Ma was marked by north-verging ductileshearing, yielding granulite-bearing ophiolitic melange blocks and garnet-pyroxene-facies ductiledeformation, and the later deformation, a dextral strike-slip tectonic process, occurred during theLate Carboniferous-Early Permian. Early Carboniferous molasses were deposited unconformably onpre-Carboniferous metamorphic and ductilely sheared rocks, implying the end of the early *** large-scale ductile strike-slip along the Aqqikkudug-Weiya zone was possibly caused by thesecond tectonic event, the Hercynian collision between the northern Tarim block and the southernSiberian block. Late Paleozoic granitic magmatism and superimposed structures overprinted this EarlyPaleozoic deformation belt. Results of geometric and kinematic studies suggest that the primaryframework of the southern-Central Tianshan belt, at least the eastern part of the Tianshan belt, wasbuilt by these two phases of accretion events.

Electricity Generation by Solar Energy in Turkey： Current State and Outlook

Turkey is in good condition in terms of solar energy because of the fact that, Turkey falls in between 40 degree North and 40 degree south latitude which is called as ＂sunbelt＂. The potential of producing electric from solar energy is very high in terms of potential of Turkey. According to a report by the Turkish Energy Ministry, Turkey＇s average rate of electrical energy consumption increased to levels 5.59 in the last 11 years. Moreover, solar energy may be primary energy source on account of the fact that, Turkey is in the position of a country importing energy and has signed Kyoto Protocol of carbon emission to atmosphere. The aim of the article is to give information about acts need to be done and present policies of Turkey on producing electric from solar energy. Beyond question, the policies of the government will determine the direction of developmental momentum of energy industry in Turkey as whole world will. The present support to production of electric from solar energy is not enough, so it is needed to give much higher level of support to this sector. In this context, it is essential to enhance guarantied tariff cost and the power of unlicensed electric production.

据岩石的变质相及变形特征可把胶东半岛分为 5个地质单元 ,其构造几何关系由高至低为 :1 )板岩—砂岩单元 ;2 )高压片麻岩—石英岩单元 ;3)大理岩—角闪岩单元 ;4)超高压变质单元 ,它经历了超过 1 5 0km的深俯冲作用并快速折返至地表 ;5 )片理化的混合岩穹隆单元 ,其为超高压变质单元叠加了混合岩化作用。这些构造单元均经历了相同的变形 ,具有NW指向的剪切特征。对比大别山构造学的研究结果 ,这种变形特征代表了超高压变质地体在折返过程中的运动学表现。混合岩穹隆中所残余含柯石英榴辉岩表明了胶东半岛和苏鲁地区具有相同的构造演化过程 ,烟台—青岛—五莲断裂不是华南板块与华北板块间的缝合带。

从构造关系上看,大别山可分为南部,中部和北部3个构造系统。大别山南部构造系统为一套(原地)构造堆叠系统(相对的),从上到下依次为:①未变质的震旦纪—早三叠世沉积盖层,它被造山后的侏罗—白垩纪砂-砾岩不整合覆盖;②弱变质的新元古代板岩;③高压变质岩系(宿松群),这些变质岩系大多退变质为绿片岩相;④含柯石英榴辉岩超高压变质单元的异地系统;⑤未经历超高压变质作用的原地(相对的)片麻岩系。北西-南东向的拉伸线理在各个地质单元均有表现。从动力学上看,上盘指向NW的剪切运动被后期的褶皱所改变。大别山中部为(混合岩)热穹窿改造系统,系经历了超高压变质作用的地体叠加了混合岩化作用的产物,它与超高压变质地体的界限为一拆离断层,而正是这个拆离断层使超高压变质地体向地表折返并经历了角闪岩相的退变质作用。大别山北部为构造堆叠系统,早期的面理和南北向的挤压线理被轴面北倾的褶皱所改造,这种褶皱对应于大别山中部同折返期的韧性变形的隆升构造。同时建立了地球动力学模型并讨论了逆冲作用和正断层的作用。
