Aim:To investigate the effects of the agonists of proteinase activated receptor(PAR)-2,and histamine on degranulation of human mast ***:Humanmast cells were enzymatically dispersed from tonsil and skin *** dis-persed cells were then cultured with various stimuli,and tryptase and histaminelevels in cell supernatants collected from challenge tubes were ***:PAR-2 agonist peptide SLIGKV provoked a dose-dependent release of histaminefrom skin mast *** also induced tryptase release from tonsil mast ***-LIGRLO appeared less potent than SLIGKV in induction of release of histamineand *** was able to induce a"bell"shape increase in tryptaserelease from tonsil mast *** was also able to induce a dose-dependent releaseof histamine from both tonsil and skin mast *** actions of trypsin on mastcells were inhibited by soy bean trypsin inhibitor(SBTI)or α1-antitrypsin(α1-AT).Time course study revealed that both stimulated tryptase or histamine releaseinitiated within 10 s and reached their peak release between 4 and 6 ***-ment of cells with metabolic inhibitors or pertussis toxin reduced the ability ofmast cells to release tryptase or ***:It was demonstrated thatthe in vitro tryptase release properties of human tonsil and skin mast cells sug-gested a novel type of mast cell *** activation of mast cells byPAR-2 agonists indicated a self-amplification mechanism of mast cell degranulation.

Viscoelasticity is the primary mechanical property of bio-soft tissues. It has been widely applied in basic research of biological tissues including cornea, lung, heart and blood vessels. Along with the development of tissue engineering research, the evaluation of soft tissue viscoelasticity is becoming more and more important. In this paper, using the Whittaker function, we give an approximate power series of the exponential integral E1(x) and the parameters c, ?1 and ?2 of the generalized relaxation function G(t) and generalized creep function J(t). With expanded skin as an example, the relationship between stress relaxation, creep and stress-strain finite deformation are studied.

Confocal laser scanning microscope is one of the most important biomedicine Altus instrument〔1〕. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity for detecting the stereo structure, and can scan a few hundreds of micrometer-thick tissue. It may get graphs of intracyte or tissue with uninvading stage scan and is named 'cell CT'. In this study,the nucleic acid alterations of whole brain slice was investigated with this technique after the formation of LTP.

Objective： To explore the diagnosis and treatment experience of breast cancer associated with pregnancy or lactation. Methods： From January 1990 to December 2005, 14 cases with breast cancer associated with pregnancy or lactation were analyzed retrospectively （TNM stage Ⅱ, 2 cases; stage Ⅲ, 11 cases; stage Ⅳ, 1 case）. Diagnosis was established by fine needle aspiration biopsy primarily or routine pathological method if necessary. Abortion was used for discontinuation of pregnancy in 1 case with early pregnancy and 1 case with meddle pregnancy. 2 patients with late pregnancy received cesarean section, 10patients of breast cancer associated with lactation received multidisciplinary and-tumor treatment after discontinuation of lactation. Results： Diagnosis was confirmed by fine noodle aspiration biopsy in 9 cases and by secondary routine pathological method in the other 5 cases, 12 cases were followed up, 1 case of stage Ⅳ died of metastasis 5 months after diagnosis. 3-, 5-year survival rates in 10 cases of stage Ⅲ were 66% and 30% respectively. One case remained alive without recurrence for 8 years up to now. Conclusion： A thorough breast examination is necessary at the first antenatal visit physicians should aggressively pursue work-up in women with a palpable breast tass. In the patients during the second and third trimness, the various modalities available for treatment inholding abortion and their risks and beneath modalities available for treatment including abortion and their risks and benefits must be discussed openly with patients and their families.

A Survey on Injury Incidence in School Children in Shantou City, China

To study incidence characteristics and causes of injury, and its medical consequences in school children of China. Methods A total of 2 553 school children aged 7-16 years were recruited from Shantou City in Gunagdong by cluster sampling method, and were investigated with questionnaires on cases of injuries occurred among them from October 1, 1996 to September 30, 1997. Results Injuries tended to increase with children抯 age, with an overall incidence rate of 37.96%, higher in boys than in girls (P<0.05); and 38.1% of children had more than two episodes of injury during this period. Falls took leading place of injury incidence both in boys and girls and in all age groups. Most injuries occurred when they were playing, sporting, riding and walking at home or in school. Self-inflicted injury ranked the first place of all injuries, followed by hurt caused by others (classmates, sibling or others). Moderate and serious injuries accounted for 8% of the total with a disability rate of 121.4/100 000. Conclusions Currently, injury has become one of the serious public health problems in China. For the improvement of children survival, it is crucial to reduce their injury to strengthen research on child safety and to implement safety-promotion programs.

选用Zn、Ga、Sn为金属助剂制备了IrZn/SiO_(2)、IrGa/SiO_(2)和IrSn/SiO_(2)三种双金属催化剂,探讨不同金属助剂对Ir位点结构及催化丙烷脱氢性能影响。结果表明,催化剂中Ir位点的分散性极大影响催化性能。

2022覆盖15个成员国的区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(regional comprehensive economic partnership,RCEP)正式生效,中国农业发展和农产品贸易迎来更多机遇和挑战。为加大对RCEP成员国技术性贸易措施的关注和研究,本文对日本、韩国、澳大利亚和新西兰4个国家的农产品准入和监管制度进行了分析,对比了成员国对合格评定结果的采信方式以及基于风险分析的进口农食产品监管模式。中国是日本、韩国、澳大利亚和新西兰墨鱼及鱿鱼和大蒜的最大进口来源国,本文针对两类农产品,将我国农药残留、兽药残留、重金属及污染物的限量标准和检测标准与4个国家分别进行了对比,我国在限量标准的数量上与4个成员国相比存在一定差距。针对成员国独有的限量要求,我国所制定的检测标准覆盖仍不够全面。本研究的相关数据及结论可为农产品出口企业管理、检验检测机构能力提升、合格评定机构认证认可互认研究、商务部及海关促进贸易增长和通关便利化服务提供参考。

Basaloid squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus: an immunohistochemical study of 8 cases

Objective To explore the biological features of basaloid squamous cell carcinoma (BSC) of the *** Cytokeratins (CK4, CK18 and CK19), epithelial membrane antigen (EMA), carcino embryoantigen (CEA), α-smooth muscle antigen (α-SMA), S-100, laminin (LN), collagen Ⅳ (Col-Ⅳ), neuralspecific enolase (NSE), proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and p53 antibodies were used to detect the corresponding antigen expression in 8 cases of BSC with ABC immunohistochemical *** Two kinds of BSC cell components have different responses to the above antibodies. For basaloid cells (BCs), 7 cases were positive for CK19, and were negative for the other 4 epithelial antibodies CK4, CK18, CEA and EMA. BCs of 4 cases were positive to the muscular antibodies α-SMA and S-100, and the hyaline degeneration in the tumor nests was positive for LN and Col-Ⅳ. BCs had a high index of PCNA, with an average level of 54%. For squamous cells (SCs), 7 cases were positive for the epithelial antigen CK4, CEA and EMA, but were negative for CK19, α-SMA and S-100. The index of PCNA of SC was low, with an average level of 25%.Conclusion BSC of the esophagus is a high-malignancy tumor which is of multi-oriented *** represent basal cells which have the tendency of myoepithelial differentiation and have strong proliferation ability, whereas SCs represent typical squamous cell differentiation.
