Two kinds of polypeptides were tethered onto the surface of polypropylene microporous membrane （PPMM） through a ring opening polymerization of L-glutamate N-carboxyanhydride initiated by amino groups which were introduced by ammonia plasma and y-aminopropyl triethanoxysilane treatments. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）, attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FT-IR/ATR）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, together with water contact angle measurements were used to characterize the modified membranes. XPS analyses and FT-IR/ATR spectra demonstrated that polypeptides are actually grafted onto the membrane surface. The wettability of the membrane surface increases at first and then decreases with the increase in grafting degrees of polypeptide. Platelet adhesion and murine macrophage attachment experiments reveal an enhanced hemocompatibility for the polypeptide modified PPMMs. All these results give evidence that polypeptide grafting can simultaneously improve the hemocompatibility as well as reserve the hydrophobicity for the membrane, which will provide a potential approach to improve the performance of polypropylene hollow fiber microporous membrane used in artificial oxygenator.

Let Ro be a Noetherian local ring and R a standard graded R0-algebra with maximal ideal ra and residue class field K = Rim. For a graded ideal I in R we show that for k 〉〉 0：（1） the Artin-Rees number of the syzygy modules of Ik as submodules of the free modules from a free resolution is constant, and thereby the Artin-Rees number can be presented as a proper replacement of regularity in the local situation; and （2） R is a polynomial ring over the regular Ro, the ring R/Ik is Golod, its Poincar4-Betti series is rational and the Betti numbers of the free resolution of K over R/I^k are polynomials in k of a specific degree. The first result is an extension of the work by Swanson on the regularity of I^k for k 〉〉 0 from the graded situation to the local situation. The polynomiality consequence of the second result is an analog of the work by Kodiyalam on the behaviour of Betti numbers of the minimal free resolution of R/Ik over R.

The secondary structures of hepatitis C virus （HCV） RNA and the cellular proteins that bind to them are important for modulating both translation and RNA replication. However, the sets of RNA-binding proteins involved in the regulation of HCV translation, replication and encapsidation remain unknown. Here, we identified RNA binding motif protein 24 （RBM24） as a host factor par- ticipated in HCV translation and replication. Knockdown of RBM24 reduced HCV propagation in Huh7.5.1 cells. An enhanced translation and delayed RNA synthesis during the early phase of infection was observed in RBM24 silencing cells. However, both overexpression of RBM24 and recombinant human RBM24 protein sup- pressed HCV IRES-mediated translation. Further analy- sis revealed that the assembly of the 80S ribosome on the HCV IRES was interrupted by RBM24 protein through binding to the 5＇-UTR. RBM24 could also inter- act with HCV Core and enhance the interaction of Core and 5＇-UTR, which suppresses the expression of HCV. Moreover, RBM24 enhanced the interaction between the 5＇- and 3＇-UTRs in the HCV genome, which probably explained its requirement in HCV genome replication. Therefore, RBM24 is a novel host factor involved in HCV replication and may function at the switch from trans- lation to replication.

The reason is that due to the sub-microscopic surface structure of gel 3 phases liquid, ice and vapour coexist stably far below bulk triple point. The effect is explained by the micro-ice-lens model based on surface thermodynamics. The consequences lead to improved test procedures CDF and CIF test （RILEM Recommendations）.The results prove both the model and its application in testing.

The influence of different surface coatings of NiTi shape memory allays was examined using in vitro testing methods. Plates of superelastic nickel-titanium shape memory allay （ NiTi ） were coated with calcium phosphates （ hydroxyapatite ） by high-temperature plasma-spraying or by dip-coating. The biocompatibility was tested in vitro by cultivation of isolated human granulocytes and whole blood cells. As substrates, pure NiTi, plasma-spray-coated NiTi and dip-coated NiTi were used. Isolated granulocytes showed an increased adhesion to both calcium phosphate-coated NiTi samples. Compared to non-coated NiTi or dip-coated NiTi, the number of dead granulocytes adherent to plasma-sprayed surfaces was significantly increased （ p 〈 0.01 ）. Whether the d/f- ferences in apoptosis of granulocytes on dip-coated vs plasma-sprayed coatings observed are due to differences in material surface morphologies has to be analyzed in further studies. Because of the cellular interactions with the coating layers, h is likely that the results obtained are not caused by the underlying NiTi but due to the coating itself.

目的:盾构隧道在成层土中掘进时,地下水渗流容易引起盾构开挖面失稳破坏。本文提出考虑地下水渗流的机动场模型,探讨成层土中地下水渗流规律,研究渗流对开挖面稳定性的影响,并提出渗流条件下成层土中盾构支护压力的计算方法。创新点:1.提出考虑地下水渗流盾构开挖面失稳机动场的模型;2.建立成层土中地下水渗流模型;3.推导考虑地下水渗流的盾构开挖面极限支护压力上限解。方法:1.根据已有工程案例,对渗流条件下成层土中盾构开挖面失稳进行受力分析(图5),并提出开挖面失稳机动场模型(图6);2.通过上限分析,推导得到盾构开挖面失稳极限支护压力计算公式(公式29);3.对成层土中地下水渗流进行数值模拟,并采用理论模型(图15)对渗流规律进行表征;4.研究极限支护压力对地下水渗流因素的敏感性。结论:1.地下水渗流在失稳土体内部产生渗流力作用,在盾构开挖面上也对支护压力产生抵消作用。2.提出成层土中考虑地下水渗流的失稳机动场模型,并推导出极限支护压力上限解;3.在盾构土舱未进行渗透性改良的条件下,成层土中地下水渗流在1200 s内达到稳定,其中,穿越层渗流方向主要为水平向,而覆土层中主要为竖向渗流;4.考虑渗流影响,本文上限解预测的支护压力值更为合理。

The motivation for this paper is the study of arithmetic properties of Shimura varieties,in particular the Newton stratification of the special fiber of a suitable integral model at a prime with parahoric level *** is closely related to the structure of Rapoport–Zink spaces and of affine Deligne–Lusztig *** prove a Hodge–Newton decomposition for affine Deligne–Lusztig varieties and for the special fibers of Rapoport–Zink spaces,relating these spaces to analogous ones defined in terms of Levi subgroups,under a certain condition(Hodge–Newton decomposability)which can be phrased in combinatorial ***,we study the Shimura varieties in which every non-basic risogeny classis Hodge–Newton *** show that(assuming the axioms of He and Rapoport in ***.152(3–4):317–343,2017)this condition is equivalent to nice conditions on either the basic locus or on all the non-basic Newton strata of the Shimura *** also give a complete classification of Shimura varieties satisfying these *** previous results along these lines often have restrictions to hyperspecial(or at least maximal parahoric)level structure,and/or quasi-split underlying group,we handle the cases of arbitrary parahoric level structure and of possibly non-quasisplit underlying *** results in a large number of new cases of Shimura varieties where a simple description ofthe basiclocus can be *** a striking consequence of the results,we obtain that this property is independent of the parahoric subgroup chosen as level *** expect that our conditions are closely related to the question whether the weakly admissible and admissible loci coincide.
