针灸学理论认为,腧穴位于体表,具有诊断与治疗的双重作用。基于临床,发现“气管隆脊”具有与体表腧穴相似的诊断与治疗的双重作用;因此提出“腔内腧穴”与“腔内(介入)针灸学”的概念。该假说有待进一步临床验证与理论构建。
