Objective： To study the anti-fatigue effects of salidroside in mice. Methods： Totally 120 normal male kunming mice were randomized into 5 groups （4.salidroside intervention groups and the control group） based on body weight. The control group was given distilled water and the 4.intervention groups were given various doses of salidroside （60, 180, 360, 720 mg/kg） for 15 consecutive days, respectively. The levels of lactate, serum urea nitrogen, muscle and liver glycogen, the longest swimming time and hemoglobin were determined before and after swimming test. Results： Different doses of salidroside significantly lengthened the swimming time and increased the contents of hemoglobin and muscle and liver glycogen, while reducing that of lactate in blood significantly compared with control group, especially in the 180 mg/kg salidroside group. Conclusion： Salidroside has noticeable anti-fatigue effect on mice. These effects were dose-dependent, and the strongest effect on most biomarkers was seen with an intermediate dose.

BACKGROUND： Ginsenoside extracted from the stem and leaf of ginseng （GSL） and choline have both been shown to improve learning and memory functions; however, further studies are needed to understand the synergistic effects of a combination of both. OBJECTIVE： To verify the combined improved synergistic effects of GSL and choline on learning and memory disorders in rats. DESIGN： Control observation. SETTING： Taishan Medical College. MATERIALS： A total of 150 male kunming mice weighing （204.2） g and 4. healthy male Wistar rats weighing （2204.20） g were provided by the Experimental Animal Department of Jilin University. Animal experimentation received confirmed consent from the local ethic committee. GSL was provided by the Department of Chemistry, Norman Bethune Medical University, and choline was provided by the Third Experiment Factory, Shanghai. METHODS： This study was performed at the Life Science institute, Taishan Medical College from October 2006 to February 2007. ① Scopolamine-induced learning and memory disorders in rats： Forty rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, combination group （4.0 mg/kg GSL ＋ 200 mg/kg choline）, GSL （4.0 mg/kg） group, and choline （200 mg/kg） group, 8 rats/group. Rats were perfused and administrated in the morning, once a day for 14.successive days. Rats in the control group and model group were perfused with 20 mL/kg distilled water and underwent Morris water maze spatial resolution test 1 hour after perfusion on the 10m, 11m, and 12m days after administration. Rats also underwent passive step-down avoidance test 1 hour after reperfusion on the 13m and 14. days after administration. It is well-known that lifestyle factors may affect brain health and play a critical role in the development of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease（AD）. However,whether the preference for different temperatures of daily beverage would have any impact on cognitive function and AD has never been investigated. In this study,we examined the effects of daily drinking water at temperatures of 0,4.25,and 37 ℃,mimicking the most common drinking habits in human,on wild-type kunming and C57 BL/6 mice,and a familial AD（APPwse/PS1 De9） mice. Gastric function,energy metabolism,expression of insulin peptides and central neurotransmitters in brain tissues,as well as cognitive function of the mice were monitored. In the wild-type kunming mice,daily drinking water(10 mL·kg;,2 times·d;) at 0 ℃ for consecutive 15 days caused a significant decrease not only in bodyweight and gastric pepsin activity but also cognitive performance when compared to the other three temperatures. In the APPwse/PS1 De9 mice and their age-and gender-matched wild-type C57 BL/6 mice,daily drinking water(10 mL·kg;,2 times·d;) at 0 ℃ for 35 days significantly decreased cognitive function and the expression of brain PI3 K,Akt,and the glutamate/GABA ratio in these mice. Therefore,daily drinking water at 0 ℃ may decrease cognitive function and promote AD progression through an altered energy metabolism and imbalanced brain glutamate/GABA ratio. It is thus important to drink warmer beverages for AD prevention,treatment,and patient care.

目的：就高血压、冠心病、充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者测定＂中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷＂（CQQC）的常模,并分析其影响因素。方法：采用整群随机抽样的方法,对地跨中国各大区的19个城市28所医院的7937名对象的生活质量进行调查,建立全国常模,并比较性别、年龄、运动、心理状态、教育、家庭以及医疗条件所致的差异。结果：1、正常人平均得分（国家常模）为（95.74.23.21）分;2、高血压患者平均得分为（73.75±23.62）,高血压3级患者生活质量（69.06±21.78）明显低于其他患者（P〈0.01）;3、冠心病患者的平均得分为（64.67±20.59）,其中不稳定型心绞痛患者的生活质量（55.37±18.62）最差（P〈0.01）;4.CHF患者的平均得分为（4..36±17.24.,显著低于高血压和冠心病患者（P〈0.01）;5、影响因素：（1）性别、年龄：所有人的总体得分为（71.4.±27.8）分,男性得分非常显著高于女性（P=0.000）;正常人随着年龄增加,得分逐渐减少（P〈0.05）,除≥70岁组,其他各年龄组男性得分显著高于女性得分（P〈0.05）;（2）运动：参加运动者的得分（72.64.21.87）非常显著高于未参加运动者（66.91±23.13）,P=0.000;（3）心理：心理健康者的得分（70.13±25.66）非常显著高于心理有障碍者（68.91±20.4.）,P=0.001;（4.其他：受教育程度越高,得分越高;家庭成员为1个人的得分明显低于2人组和3人及以上组的得分;自费患者的得分低于医保或公费患者的得分（P〈0.05~〈0.001）。结论：本研究样本量大,数据可靠;中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷能反映年龄、性别、运动、心理、家庭、受教育程度、医疗条件和疾病对生活质量的影响,条目简短明了,可操作性好,值得推广。

经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)通过无切口理念与常规手术器械的结合,表现出极佳的微创效果,并带给患者全新的就医感受.目前,尽管NOSES已广泛用于结直肠肿瘤治疗,大量研究也表明相比常规腹腔镜手术,NOSES具有恢复快、创伤小、疼痛轻等优势,但绝大多数研究均为小样本、单中心回顾性研究.本研究旨在通过分析我国5055例结直肠肿瘤NOSES患者数据,进一步探讨NOSES的短期疗效与预后.研究对象中,经直肠NOSES占整体比例的90.3%,经阴道NOSES占9.7%.NOSES术后短期并发症发生率为14.1%,吻合口瘘发生率为4.9%,腹盆腔感染率为1.9%.患者3年总生存率为93.2%,无病生存率为82.2%,局部复发率为3.6%.研究结果提示NOSES具有较好的安全性与可行性,为其应用于结直肠肿瘤治疗提供了证据.
