Objective:To assess the knowledge on Zika virus(ZIKV) infection among healthcare providers(doctors) in Aceh province,***:A self-administered internet based survey was conducted from 3 May to 3 June 2016 among the members of doctor organizations in Aceh province.A set of validated,pre-tested questionnaire was used to measure knowledge regarding ZIKV infection and to collect a range of explanatory variables.A two-steps logistic regression analysis was employed to assess the association of participants' demographic,workplace characteristics and other explanatory variables with the ***:A total of 442 participants included in the final analysis and 35.9% of them(159) had a good knowledge on ZIKV *** model revealed that type of occupation,type of workplace,availability of access to medical journals and experience made Zika disease as differential diagnose were associated with knowledge on ZIKV *** addition,three significant source of information regarding ZIKV were online media(60%),medical article or medical news(16.2%) and television(13.2%).Conclusion:The knowledge of the doctors in Aceh regarding ZIKV infection is relatively *** who have a good knowledge on ZIKV infection are more confident to established ZIKV disease as differential diagnosis in their clinical ***,such program to increase healthcare providers' knowledge regarding ZIKV infection is needed to screen potential carriers of ZIKV infection.

To the Editor:Keloid is a type of proliferative fibroma that may form after *** is characterized by an exacerbated proliferation and inhibited apoptosis of fibroblasts coupled with an imbalance between synthesis and degradation of collagen in the extracellular matrix.[1]Although surgical resection and combined radiotherapy are effective treatment methods,keloids commonly recur after resection,resulting in decreased patient satisfaction and damage to their physical and mental ***,search for more effective treatments needs to ***(DHA),a derivative of artemisinin isolated from the traditional Chinese herb by the same name,was initially employed as an effective anti-malaria agent with minimal side *** have shown that DHA prevents the progression of lung,[2]liver,[3]and kidney[4]fibrosis by inhibiting the proliferation of ***,DHA inhibition of keloid fibroblasts or clinical treatment of keloid has not been reported *** study explored the possible mechanisms involved in DHA-induced differential expression of multiple genes,mitochondrial mRNA(mt-mRNAs)degradation,cell viability inhibition,and apoptosis in keloid fibroblasts。

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of acupuncture on the quality of life in patients with depression by clinical randomized single-blind placebo-controlled ***:one hundred and sixty-three cases of depression according with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a group of acupuncture dredging liver and regulating flow of theosophy(group 1),a group of acupoint shallow stab(group 2)and a group of non-acupoint shallow stab(group 3)at 1∶1∶1 ratio,and treated with acu-puncture,moxibustion,and intradermal embedding of needle,twice a week,for a total of 12 *** of Quality of Life(SF-36)was used to measure the scores at four different time points and evaluate the effect of acupuncture on the quality of life of the patients with ***:At each time point after treatment,in scores of the 8 items,physical function,physical role,bodily pain,general physical condition,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health there were statistically significant differences among the 3 groups(P<0.0125).CONCLUSION:Acupuncture can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with depression.

背景中国正在完善分级诊疗和家庭医生制度,全科医生人才培养是实现这一制度的核心因素,目前我国全科医生缺口40万,全科住院医师规范化培训是培养高质量全科医生的主要途径。目的通过混合研究方法广而深地了解来自两个城市的两个医院全科住院医师对其接受的全科规范化培训看法的异同,探讨不同规范化培训模式下可能带来的益处。方法应用混合研究方法进行横断面研究。于2019年4月,采用整群抽样法抽取北京大学第一医院和北京大学深圳医院全科住院医师作为研究对象。两个医院均是"5+3"全科住院医师规范化培训基地,其中北京大学第一医院为"四证合一"的试点基地。结果北京大学第一医院共发放问卷39份,回收有效问卷35份,有效回收率89.7%;北京大学深圳医院共发放84份问卷,回收有效问卷70份,有效回收率为83.3%。总体上,全科住院医师感觉到由于选择了全科专业而受到歧视,感觉作为全科医师能力不足。许多住院医师提到教学医师的教学态度较差。北京的住院医师比深圳的住院医师对培训更满意(P=0.001),并觉得全科教学医师有足够的知识(P4),并且北京大学第一医院住院医师5项工作愿景得分均低于北京大学深圳医院,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论这些中国全科住院医师了解培训中需要改进的内容及培训的长项。北京全科住院医师对教学及工作满意度更高,其可以获得高水平教学医师的培训,并可以获得相关证明,提示教育改革可以增强培训力度并促进住院医师有更好的工作愿景。这些发现提示中国的住院医师面临着和国际相类似的情况,同时,也提示规范化培训教学课程的改革可能会带来益处。

医学生对医师职业精神认同现状的研究

目的研究医学生对医师职业精神认同现状及其影响因素，探究医师职业精神的培育途径。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法，对来自两所医学院校临床医学专业（五年制、七年制及“5＋3”一体化）和口腔医学专业共547名学生进行医师职业精神认同情况问卷调查，并进行统计分析。结果医学生的医师职业精神综合评分为（4．00±0．460）分，其中，职业意志维度评分最高为（4．33±0．609）分，职业认知维度评分最低为（3．63±0．511）分，总分为5分。是否为“父母建议或指导”和“周遭环境影响”而学医的医学生对医师职业精神综合评分的差异均具有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；不同专业、学制医学生对医师职业精神综合评分的差异具有统计学意义（F=4．571，P〈0．05）；“选择成为医师”的不同意愿程度的医学生对医师职业精神综合评分差异具有统计学意义（F=14．066，P〈0．01）。结论医学生对医师职业精神认同度良好，职业意志较强，职业认知相对较弱。学医动因和专业学制对医学生的医师职业精神有较显著影响。因此，加强医学生的医师职业认知、明确学医初衷和端正学医态度，有助于提升医学生医师职业精神。
