A series of linear poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(4-vinylbenzyl chloride)-b-poly(4-tert-butylstyrene)(PEO_(113)-b-PVBC_(130)-b-Pt BS_(x)or E_(113)V_(130)T_(x))triblock terpolymers with various lengths x(=20,33,66,104,215)of Pt BS block were synthesized via a two-step reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization.The E_(113)V_(130)T_(x)triblock terpolymers were non-crystalline because the PVBC and Pt BS blocks strongly hindered the crystallization of PEO block.The effects of Pt BS block length x on the phase structures of E_(113)V_(130)T_(x)triblock terpolymers were investigated by combined techniques of small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).It was found that with increasing x from20 to 215,the phase structure of E_(113)V_(130)T_(x)triblock terpolymers became more ordered and changed from disordered structure,hexagonally-packed cylinder(HEX),hexagonally perforated layer(HPL),to lamellar(LAM)phase structures.Temperature-variable SAXS measurements showed that the HEX,HPL and LAM phase structures obtained for E_(113)V_(130)T_(66),E_(113)V_(130)T_(104)and E_(113)V_(130)T_(215)by thermal annealing,respectively,were thermodynamically stable in the temperature range of 30-170℃.

利用工业机器人进行高锁螺母自动化安装,是替代人工繁重劳动的有效途径,然而需要设计合适的末端执行器来执行该安装任务。根据高锁螺母的安装工艺特点和拧断力矩,分析确定了动力源和减速器增扭倍率。设计了高锁螺母自动化安装执行器,特别是设计了分离式前、后套筒结构,并用导销导槽连接两部分。建立了螺纹旋合处和导销导槽处受力状态模型,分析并证实了前套筒扳手在扭转的同时,能够伴随高锁螺母实现轴向进给,完成其旋合拧紧。采用PLC控制该执行器,进行高锁螺母安装试验,自动化安装效果良好。

As an important type of polynomial approximation, approximation of functions by Bernstein operators is an important topic in approximation theory and computational theory. This paper gives global and pointwise estimates for weighted approxi-mation of functions with singularities by Bernstein operators. The main results are the Jackson's estimates of functions f∈(Ww,λ)2 and f∈Cw, which extends the result of (Della Vecchia et al., 2004).

The title compound, C24H28ClCuN4O6 （Mr = 567.49）, has been prepared and its crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 23.1905（14）, b = 30.1877（12）, c = 7.4881 （3） A, β = 97.631 （2）°, V = 5195.8（4） A^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.451 g/cm^3,μ = 0.989 mm^-1, F（000） = 2352, S = 1.030, R = 0.0694, wR = 0.2120 （I 〉 2σ（I））, R = 0.0950 and wR = 0.2322 （all data）. The crystal consists of the Cu（Ⅰ） complex and lattice water molecules. The Cu（Ⅰ） atom is coordinated by two phenanthroline （phen） molecules and one chlorine anion with a distortetl trigonal dipyramidal coordination geometry. By the aid of aromatic π-π stacking, the Cu（Ⅰ） complex molecules form two-dimensional supramolecular layers. Lattice water molecules locate between the adjacent layers to form a three-dimensional sandwich-like supramolecular structure.

In this paper,using the Bootstrap approach and generalized approach,the authors consider the one-sided hypothesis testing problems for variance component functions in the two-way random effects model.Firstly,the test statistics and confidence intervals for the sum of variance components are constructed.Next,the one-sided hypothesis testing problems for the ratio of variance components are also discussed.The Monte Carlo simulation results indicate that the Bootstrap approach is better than the generalized approach in most cases.Finally,the above approaches are applied to the real data examples of mice blood p H and molded plastic part’s dimensions.

Cadmium(Cd) toxicity severely limits plant growth and development. Moreover, Cd accumulation in vegetables, fruits, and food crops poses health risks to animals and humans. Although the root cell wall has been implicated in Cd stress in plants, whether Cd binding by cell wall polysaccharides contributes to tolerance remains controversial, and the mechanism underlying transcriptional regulation of cell wall polysaccharide biosynthesis in response to Cd stress is unknown. Here, we functionally characterized an Arabidopsis thaliana NAC-type transcription factor, NAC102, revealing its role in Cd stress responses. Cd stress rapidly induced accumulation of NAC102.1, the major transcript encoding functional NAC102, especially in the root apex. Compared to wild type(WT) plants, a nac102 mutant exhibited enhanced Cd sensitivity, whereas NAC102.1-overexpressing plants displayed the opposite phenotype. Furthermore, NAC102 localizes to the nucleus, binds directly to the promoter of WALL-ASSOCIATED KINASE-LIKE PROTEIN11(WAKL11), and induces transcription, thereby facilitating pectin degradation and decreasing Cd binding by pectin. Moreover, WAKL11 overexpression restored Cd tolerance in nac102mutants to the WT levels, which was correlated with a lower pectin content and lower levels of pectin-bound Cd. Taken together, our work shows that the NAC102-WAKL11 module regulates cell wall pectin metabolism and Cd binding, thus conferring Cd tolerance in Arabidopsis.

Cross-media retrieval is an interesting research topic,which seeks to remove the barriers among different modalities.To enable cross-media retrieval,it is needed to find the correlation measures between heterogeneous low-level features and to judge the semantic similarity.This paper presents a novel approach to learn cross-media correlation between visual features and auditory features for image-audio retrieval.A semi-supervised correlation preserving mapping(SSCPM)method is described to construct the isomorphic SSCPM subspace where canonical correlations between the original visual and auditory features are further preserved.Subspace optimization algorithm is proposed to improve the local image cluster and audio cluster quality in an interactive way.A unique relevance feedback strategy is developed to update the knowledge of cross-media correlation by learning from user behaviors,so retrieval performance is enhanced in a progressive manner.Experimental results show that the performance of our approach is effective.
