Multi-scale data joint inversion of minerals and porosity in altered igneous reservoirs—A case study in the South China Sea

There are abundant igneous gas reservoirs in the South China Sea with significant value of research,and lithology classification,mineral analysis and porosity inversion are important links in reservoir ***,affected by the diverse lithology,complicated mineral and widespread alteration,conventional logging lithology classification and mineral inversion become considerably *** the same time,owing to the limitation of the wireline log response equation,the quantity and accuracy of minerals can hardly meet the exploration requirements of igneous *** overcome those issues,this study takes the South China Sea as an example,and combines multi-scale data such as micro rock slices,petrophysical experiments,wireline log and element cutting log to establish a set of joint inversion methods for minerals and porosity of altered igneous ***,we define the lithology and mineral characteristics through core slices and mineral data,and establish an igneous multi-mineral volumetric *** we determine element cutting log correction method based on core element data,and combine wireline log and corrected element cutting log to perform the lithology classification and joint inversion of minerals and ***,it is always difficult to determine the elemental eigenvalues of different minerals in *** paper uses multiple linear regression methods to solve this ***,an integrated inversion technique for altered igneous formations was *** results show that the corrected element cutting log are in good agreement with the core element data,and the mineral and porosity results obtained from the joint inversion based on the wireline log and corrected element cutting log are also in good agreement with the core data from X-ray *** results demonstrate that the inversion technique is applicable and this study provides a new direction for the mineral inversion research of altered igneous formation

Background Mastitis is an inflammatory disease of the mammary gland that has serious economic impacts on the dairy industry and endangers food *** previous study found that the body has a gut/rumen-mammary gland axis and that disturbance of the gut/rumen microbiota could result in‘gastroenterogenic mastitis'.However,the mechanism has not been fully ***,we found that long-term feeding of a high-concentrate diet induced mastitis in dairy cows,and the abundance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia(***)was significantly increased in both the rumen and milk ***,we hypothesized that‘gastroenterogenic mastitis'can be induced by the migration of endogenous gut bacteria to the mammary ***,this study investigated the mechanism by which enterogenic *** induces *** First,*** was labelled with superfolder GFP and administered to mice via *** results showed that treatment with *** promoted the occurrence of mastitis and increased the permeability of the blood-milk barrier,leading to intestinal inflammation and intestinal ***,tracking of ingested *** revealed that *** could migrate from the gut to the mammary gland and induce ***,mammary gland transcriptome analysis showed that the calcium and AMPK signalling pathways were significantly upregulated in mice treated with ***,using mouse mammary epithelial cells(MMECs),we verified that *** induces mastitis through activation of the calcium-ROS-AMPK-mTOR-autophagy *** In conclusion,the results showed that enterogenic *** could migrate from the gut to the mammary gland via the gut-mammary axis and activate the calcium-ROS-AMPK-mTOR-autophagy pathway to induce *** the gut-mammary gland axis may also be an effective method to treat mastitis.

BACKGROUND This report delves into the diagnostic and therapeutic journey undertaken by a patient with high-dose cantharidin poisoning and multiorgan dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Particular emphasis is placed on the comprehensive elucidation of the clinical manifestations of high-dose cantharidin poisoning,the intricate path to diagnosis,and the exploration of potential underlying *** SUMMARY A patient taking 10 g of cantharidin powder orally subsequently developed *** patient was treated with supportive care,fluid hydration and antibiotics,and hemoperfusion and hemofiltration therapy for 24 h and successfully recovered 8 d after hospital *** poisoning can cause lifethreatening MODS and is rare *** case underscores the challenge in diagnosis and highlights the need for early clinical differentiation to facilitate accurate assessment and prompt *** This article has reported and analyzed the clinical data,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of a case of high-dose cantharidin poisoning resulting in MODS and reviewed the relevant literature to improve the clinical understanding of this rare condition.

Lactiplantibacillusplantarum 104， which was previously screened in the laboratory， has been confirmed to have the effect of lowering lipids and regulating intestinal microbial homeostasis. However， the mechanism of action of its fermentation supernatant in alleviating metabolic disorders is ***104 cell-freesupernatant (LP104s) was fed to high-fat C57BL/6N mice for 8 weeks. The intervention of LP104s increased the concentration of conjugated bile acids in the ileum， especially taur-α/β-muricholic acid sodium salt (T-α-MCA or T-β-MCA)， inhibited intestinal farnesoid X receptor (FXR)-related signaling pathways. LP104s reduced cholesterol levels by increasing the synthesis of hepatic cholic acid (CA)， chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA)， and the excretion of bile acids in feces. Moreover， western blotting results showed that TLR2/NF-?B signaling pathway expression was inhibited. In addition， 16S rDNA sequencing results showed that LP104s regulated the relative abundance of bacteria associated with inflammatory response and obesity (Prevotella， Ruminococcus， and Clostridium). Therefore， this paper further elaborates the role of gut microbiology and bile acids in improving metabolism from the perspective of secondary bile acids and intestinal chronic inflammation and also lays a theoretical foundation for the next step in the development of fermentation products of this strain.

Anthocyanins play crucial roles in pollen protection and pollinator attraction in flowering ***,the mechanisms underlying flower color determination and whether floral anthocyanin regulators participate in other processes remain largely unresolved in soybeans(Glycine max).In this study,we investigated the genetic components and mechanisms governing anthocyanin biosynthesis in soybean *** and genetic studies have characterized two antagonistic regulators,the positive activator GmMYBA3.and the negative repressor GmMYBR1,that modulate the gene expression of anthocyanin biosynthesis in soybean *** findings revealed a regulatory interplay between GmMYBA3.and GmMYBR1 bridged by GmTT8a,highlighting the complexity of anthocyanin regulation in different soybean *** of additional soybean cultivars demonstrated the universality of GmMYBA3.and GmMYBR1 in regulating floral anthocyanin biosynthesis-related genes,with GmF3.5’H identified as a crucial determinant of white flower *** study provides a molecular mechanism underlying soybean flower color determination,paving the way for the molecular modification of soybean flowers to probably enhance their resistance to abiotic stresses and attractiveness to pollinators.

Heat treatment plays an important role in tailoring the mechanical properties of powder-metallurgy(PM)titanium ***,only limited work about the rapid heat treatment(RHT)of PM titanium alloys has been *** this work,RHT was applied to PM Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-1Cr-1Fe alloy after hot rolling to study the evolution of its mechanical properties and the influence of residual pores on its *** hot rolling and annealing,a fine and uniformα+βstructure with few residual pores is *** RHT,the primaryαdissolves gradually and completes in theβregion,and theβgrains then grow,resulting in the continuous decrease in elongation after ***,the tensile strength first increases and then decreases with increasing RHT temperature,owing to the increase in volume fraction of secondaryαinα+βregion and theβgrain growth inβ*** contrast to the RHT of cast-and-wrought titanium,the negative influence of residual pores lowers the RHT temperature for obtaining the highest tensile strength to a temperature below theβ-transus *** the negative influence of the residual pores,retained primaryαand fineβgrains with fine secondaryαinside contribute to achieving a good strength/ductility balance(1570 MPa and 6.1%,respectively).Addi-tionally,although at higher cycles to failure,the negative influence of residual pores increases as it affects the crack initiation zone at the subsurface,the good resistance of secondaryαto fatigue crack propaga-tion still enhances the fatigue strength considerably(about 3.0 MPa).This work suggests a cost-effective strategy to produce titanium alloys with high performance.

The printed circuit heat exchanger(PCHE) is receiving wide attention as a new kind of compact heat exchanger and is considered as a promising vaporizer in the LNG process. In this paper, a PCHE straight channel in the length of 500 mm is established, with a semicircular cross section in a diameter of 1.2 *** simulation is employed to investigate the flow and heat transfer performance of supercritical methane in the channel. The pseudo-boiling theory is adopted and the liquid-like, two-phase-like, and vapor-like regimes are divided for supercritical methane to analyze the heat transfer and flow *** results are presented in micro segment to show the local convective heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop. It shows that the convective heat transfer coefficient in segments along the channel has a significant peak feature near the pseudo-critical point and a heat transfer deterioration when the average fluid temperature in the segment is higher than the pseudo-critical point. The reason is explained with the generation of vapor-like film near the channel wall that the peak feature related to a nucleateboiling-like state and heat transfer deterioration related to a film-boiling-like state. The effects of parameters, including mass flow rate, pressure, and wall heat flux on flow and heat transfer were *** calculating of the averaged heat transfer coefficient of the whole channel, the traditional method shows significant deviation and the micro segment weighted average method is adopted. The pressure drop can mainly be affected by the mass flux and pressure and little affected by the wall heat flux. The peak of the convective heat transfer coefficient can only form at high mass flux, low wall heat flux, and near critical pressure, in which condition the nucleate-boiling-like state is easier to appear.
