Algorithms for steganography are methods of hiding data transfers in media *** machine learning architectures have been presented recently to improve stego image identification performance by using spatial information,and these methods have made it feasible to handle a wide range of problems associated with image *** with little information or low payload are used by information embedding methods,but the goal of all contemporary research is to employ high-payload images for *** address the need for both low-and high-payload images,this work provides a machine-learning approach to steganography image classification that uses Curvelet transformation to efficiently extract characteristics from both type of *** Vector Machine(SVM),a commonplace classification technique,has been employed to determine whether the image is a stego or *** Wavelet Obtained Weights(WOW),Spatial Universal Wavelet Relative Distortion(S-UNIWARD),Highly Undetectable Steganography(HUGO),and Minimizing the Power of Optimal Detector(MiPOD)steganography techniques are used in a variety of experimental scenarios to evaluate the performance of the *** WOW at several payloads,the proposed approach proves its classification accuracy of 98.60%.It exhibits its superiority over SOTA methods.

Object Constraint Language(OCL)is one kind of lightweight formal specification,which is widely used for software verification and validation in NASA and Object Management Group *** OCL provides a simple expressive syntax,it is hard for the developers to write correctly due to lacking knowledge of the mathematical foundations of the first-order logic,which is approximately half accurate at the first stage of devel-opment.A deep neural network named DeepOCL is proposed,which takes the unre-stricted natural language as inputs and automatically outputs the best-scored OCL candidates without requiring a domain conceptual model that is compulsively required in existing rule-based generation *** demonstrate the validity of our proposed approach,ablation experiments were conducted on a new sentence-aligned dataset named *** experiments show that the proposed DeepOCL can achieve state of the art for OCL statement generation,scored 74.3. on BLEU,and greatly outperformed experienced developers by 3..19%.The proposed approach is the first deep learning approach to generate the OCL expression from the natural *** can be further developed as a CASE tool for the software industry.

Automated test generation tools enable test automation and further alleviate the low efficiency caused by writing hand-crafted test ***,existing automated tools are not mature enough to be widely used by software testing *** paper conducts an empirical study on the state-of-the-art automated tools for Java,i.e.,EvoSuite,Randoop,JDoop,JTeXpert,T3.and *** design a test workflow to facilitate the process,which can automatically run tools for test generation,collect data,and evaluate various ***,we conduct empirical analysis on these six tools and their related techniques from different aspects,i.e.,code coverage,mutation score,test suite size,readability,and real fault detection *** discuss about the benefits and drawbacks of hybrid techniques based on experimental ***,we introduce our experience in setting up and executing these tools,and summarize their usability and ***,we give some insights into automated tools in terms of test suite readability improvement,meaningful assertion generation,test suite reduction for random testing tools,and symbolic execution integration.

While single-modal visible light images or infrared images provide limited information,infrared light captures significant thermal radiation data,whereas visible light excels in presenting detailed texture ***-bining images obtained from both modalities allows for leveraging their respective strengths and mitigating individual limitations,resulting in high-quality images with enhanced contrast and rich texture *** capabilities hold promising applications in advanced visual tasks including target detection,instance segmentation,military surveillance,pedestrian detection,among *** paper introduces a novel approach,a dual-branch decomposition fusion network based on AutoEncoder(AE),which decomposes multi-modal features into intensity and texture information for enhanced *** contrast enhancement module(CEM)and texture detail enhancement module(DEM)are devised to process the decomposed images,followed by image fusion through the *** proposed loss function ensures effective retention of key information from the source images of both *** comparisons and generalization experiments demonstrate the superior performance of our network in preserving pixel intensity distribution and retaining texture *** the qualitative results,we can see the advantages of fusion details and local *** the quantitative experiments,entropy(EN),mutual information(MI),structural similarity(SSIM)and other results have improved and exceeded the SOTA(State of the Art)model as a whole.

This paper aims to investigate the multi-soliton solutions of the coupled Lakshmanan–Porsezian–Daniel equations with variable coefficients under nonzero boundary *** equations are utilized to model the phenomenon of nonlinear waves propagating simultaneously in non-uniform optical *** analyzing the Lax pair and the Riemann–Hilbert problem,we aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics and interactions of solitons of this ***,we study the impacts of group velocity dispersion or the fourth-order dispersion on soliton *** appropriate parameter selections,we observe various nonlinear phenomena,including the disappearance of solitons after interaction and their transformation into breather-like solitons,as well as the propagation of breathers with variable periodicity and interactions between solitons with variable periodicities.

Graph databases have gained widespread adoption in various industries and have been utilized in a range of applications,including financial risk assessment,commodity recommendation,and data lineage *** the principles and design of these databases have been the subject of some investigation,there remains a lack of comprehensive examination of aspects such as storage layout,query language,and *** present study focuses on the design and implementation of graph storage layout,with a particular emphasis on tree-structured key-value *** also examine different design choices in the graph storage layer and present our findings through the development of TuGraph,a highly efficient single-machine graph database that significantly outperforms well-known Graph DataBase Management System(GDBMS).Additionally,TuGraph demonstrates superior performance in the Linked Data Benchmark Council(LDBC)Social Network Benchmark(SNB)interactive benchmark.
