The widespread availability of GPS has opened up a whole new market that provides a plethora of location-based ***-based social networks have become very popular as they provide end users like us with several such services utilizing GPS through our ***,when users utilize these services,they inevitably expose personal information such as their ID and sensitive location to the *** to untrustworthy servers and malicious attackers with colossal background knowledge,users'personal information is at risk on these ***,many privacy-preserving solutions for protecting trajectories have significantly decreased utility after *** have come up with a new trajectory privacy protection solution that contraposes the area of interest for ***,Staying Points Detection Method based on Temporal-Spatial Restrictions(SPDM-TSR)is an interest area mining method based on temporal-spatial restrictions,which can clearly distinguish between staying and moving ***,our privacy protection mechanism focuses on the user's areas of interest rather than the entire ***,our proposed mechanism does not rely on third-party service providers and the attackers'background knowledge *** test our models on real datasets,and the results indicate that our proposed algorithm can provide a high standard privacy guarantee as well as data availability.

HTDcr:a job execution framework for high-throughput computing on supercomputers

High-throughput computing(HTC) is a computing paradigm that aims to accomplish jobs by easily breaking them into smaller,independent ***,it requires a large amount of computing power for a long *** existing HTC frameworks are job-oriented without support for coscheduling with hardware architecture and task-level ***,most of the frameworks reach a limited scale,and their usability needs further ***,we present HTDcr,a job execution framework for the HTC on *** study aims to improve the throughput,task dispatching,and usability of the *** detail,the throughput optimizations include a sophisticated designed task management system,a hierarchical scheduler,and the co-optimization of the task-scheduling strategy with the application and hardware *** optimizations for usability include a programable execution workflow,mechanisms for more robust and reliable service qualities,and a fine-grained resource allocation system for the colocation of multiple *** to our evaluations,HTDcr can achieve outstanding scalability and high throughput on large-scale clusters for the HTC *** evaluate HTDcr with several microbenchmarks and real-world applications on Tianhe-2.and Sunway TaihuLight to demonstrate its effects on existing design *** instance,the task scheduling for two real-world applications integrated with the application and hardware characteristics achieves 1.7× and 1.9× speedups over the basic task-scheduling strategy.

Adaptive neural network control of a 2.DOF helicopter system considering input constraints and global prescribed performance

In this study, an adaptive neural network(NN) control is proposed for nonlinear two-degree-offreedom(2.DOF) helicopter systems considering the input constraints and global prescribed ***, radial basis function NN(RBFNN) is employed to estimate the unknown dynamics of the helicopter system. Second, a smooth nonaffine function is exploited to approximate and address nonlinear constraint functions. Subsequently, a new prescribed function is proposed, and an original constrained error is transformed into an equivalent unconstrained error using the error transformation and barrier function transformation methods. The analysis of the established Lyapunov function proves that the controlled system is globally uniformly bounded. Finally, the simulation and experimental results on a constructed Quanser's test platform verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed control.

QARF: A Novel Malicious Traffic Detection Approach via Online Active Learning for Evolving Traffic Streams

In practical abnormal traffic detection scenarios,traffic often appears as drift,imbalanced and rare labeled streams,and how to effectively identify malicious traffic in such complex situations has become a challenge for malicious traffic *** have extensive studies on malicious traffic detection with single challenge,but the detection of complex traffic has not been widely *** adaptive random forests(QARF) is proposed to detect traffic streams with concept drift,imbalance and lack of labeled *** is an online active learning based approach which combines adaptive random forests method and adaptive margin sampling *** achieves querying a small number of instances from unlabeled traffic streams to obtain effective *** conduct experiments using the NSL-KDD dataset to evaluate the performance of *** is compared with other state-of-the-art *** experimental results show that QARF obtains 98.2.% accuracy on the NSL-KDD *** performs better than other state-of-the-art methods in comparisons.

Modifying Lyapunov exponent of chaotic map by self-cascading

The self-cascade(SC) method is an effective technique for chaos enhancement and complexity increasing in chaos ***, the controllable self-cascade(CSC) method allows for more accurate control of Lyapunov exponents of the discrete map. In this work, the SC and CSC systems of the original map are derived, which enhance the chaotic performance while preserving the fundamental dynamical characteristics of the original map. Higher Lyapunov exponent of chaotic sequences corresponding to higher frequency are obtained in SC and CSC systems. Meanwhile, the Lyapunov exponent could be linearly controlled with greater flexibility in the CSC system. The verification of the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis is carried out based on the platform of CH32.

Marine container terminal(MCT)plays a key role in the marine intelligent transportation system and international logistics ***,the efficiency of resource scheduling significantly influences the operation performance of *** solve the practical resource scheduling problem(RSP)in MCT efficiently,this paper has contributions to both the problem model and the algorithm ***,in the problem model,different from most of the existing studies that only consider scheduling part of the resources in MCT,we propose a unified mathematical model for formulating an integrated *** new integrated RSP model allocates and schedules multiple MCT resources simultaneously by taking the total cost minimization as the ***,in the algorithm design,a pre-selection-based ant colony system(PACS)approach is proposed based on graphic structure solution representation and a pre-selection *** the one hand,as the RSP can be formulated as the shortest path problem on the directed complete graph,the graphic structure is proposed to represent the solution encoding to consider multiple constraints and multiple factors of the RSP,which effectively avoids the generation of infeasible *** the other hand,the pre-selection strategy aims to reduce the computational burden of PACS and to fast obtain a higher-quality *** evaluate the performance of the proposed novel PACS in solving the new integrated RSP model,a set of test cases with different sizes is *** results and comparisons show the effectiveness and efficiency of the PACS algorithm,which can significantly outperform other state-of-the-art algorithms.

Hybrid tri-memristor hyperchaotic map and application in Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Nets

Inspired by basic circuit connection methods,memristors can also be utilized in the construction of complex discrete chaotic *** investigate the dynamical effects of hybrid memristors,we propose two hybrid tri-memristor hyperchaotic(HTMH)mapping structures based on the hybrid parallel/cascade and cascade/parallel operations,*** the HTMH mapping structure with hybrid parallel/cascade operation as an example,this map possesses a spatial invariant set whose stability is closely related to the initial states of the *** distributions and bifurcation behaviours dependent on the control parameters are explored with numerical ***,the memristor initial offset-boosting mechanism is theoretically demonstrated,and memristor initial offset-boosting behaviours are numerically *** results clarify that the HTMH map can exhibit hyperchaotic behaviours and extreme multistability with homogeneous coexisting infinite *** addition,an FPGA hardware platform is fabricated to implement the HTMH map and generate pseudorandom numbers(PRNs)with high ***,the generated PRNs can be applied in Wasserstein generative adversarial nets(WGANs)to enhance training stability and generation capability.

QAAS:quick accurate auto-scaling for streaming processing

In recent years,the demand for real-time data processing has been increasing,and various stream processing systems have *** the amount of data input to the stream processing system fluctuates,the computing resources required by the stream processing job will also *** resources used by stream processing jobs need to be adjusted according to load changes,avoiding the waste of computing *** present,existing works adjust stream processing jobs based on the assumption that there is a linear relationship between the operator parallelism and operator resource consumption(e.g.,throughput),which makes a significant deviation when the operator parallelism *** paper proposes a nonlinear model to represent operator *** divide the operator performance into three stages,the Non-competition stage,the Non-full competition stage,and the Full competition *** our proposed performance model,given the parallelism of the operator,we can accurately predict the CPU utilization and operator *** with actual experiments,the prediction error of our model is below 5%.We also propose a quick accurate auto-scaling(QAAS)method that uses the operator performance model to implement the auto-scaling of the operator parallelism of the Flink *** to previous work,QAAS is able to maintain stable job performance under load changes,minimizing the number of job adjustments and reducing data backlogs by 50%.

Short-Term Wind Power Prediction Based on WVMD and Spatio-Temporal Dual-Stream Network

As the penetration ratio of wind power in active distribution networks continues to increase, the system exhibits some characteristics such as randomness and volatility. Fast and accurate short-term wind power prediction is essential for algorithms like scheduling and optimization control. Based on the spatio-temporal features of Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) data, it proposes the WVMD_DSN (Whale Optimization Algorithm, Variational Mode Decomposition, Dual Stream Network) model. The model first applies Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC) to choose some NWP features with strong correlation to wind power to form the feature set. Then, it decomposes the feature set using Variational Mode Decomposition (VMD) to eliminate the nonstationarity and obtains Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs). Here Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) is applied to optimise the key parameters of VMD, namely the number of mode components K and penalty factor a. Finally, incorporating attention mechanism (AM), Squeeze-Excitation Network (SENet), and Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit (BiGRU), it constructs the dual-stream network (DSN) for short-term wind power prediction. Comparative experiments demonstrate that the WVMD_DSN model outperforms existing baseline algorithms and exhibits good generalization performance.
