N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A), the most prevalent and conserved RNA modification in eukaryotic cells, profoundly influences virtually all aspects of mRNA metabolism. mRNA plays crucial roles in neural stem cell genesis and neural regeneration, where it is highly concentrated and actively involved in these processes. Changes in m^(6)A modification levels and the expression levels of related enzymatic proteins can lead to neurological dysfunction and contribute to the development of neurological diseases. Furthermore, the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells, as well as nerve regeneration, are intimately linked to memory function and neurodegenerative diseases. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, as well as its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases. m^(6)A has demonstrated divergent effects on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. These observed contradictions may arise from the time-specific nature of m^(6)A and its differential impact on neural stem cells across various stages of development. Similarly, the diverse effects of m^(6)A on distinct types of memory could be attributed to the involvement of specific brain regions in memory formation and recall. Inconsistencies in m^(6)A levels across different models of neurodegenerative disease, particularly Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, suggest that these disparities are linked to variations in the affected brain regions. Notably, the opposing changes in m^(6)A levels observed in Parkinson's disease models exposed to manganese compared to normal Parkinson's disease models further underscore the complexity of m^(6)A's role in neurodegenerative processes. The roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, and its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases, appear contradictory. Developing a quantitative index system for assessing sustainable forestry management in heilongjiang {2.,China： a case study

In this study, we developed a comprehensive index system for forestry sustainability of heilongjiang {2., which includes forest resources sustainability,sustainable economic development, sustainable social development and sustainable advancement in science and technology. Based on this system and the regional forest development, we further evaluated the sustainability of heilongjiang {2. for year 2.08-2.13. The results show that even though the regional forestry has been preliminarily on the track of sustainable development, it is fragile. Four indicators, e.g. soil and water retention rate,forest stand growth（per unit area）, the proportion of national investment and the annual carbon sequestration have important impact on the sustainability, with a weight of 39.0 % in all the indicators. We also analyzed the factors hindering the sustainable development. It turns out that soil and water retention rate, forest stand growth（per unit area）,the proportion of science and technology funds, per capita GDP and the proportion of the tertiary industry production are the main factors hindering regional sustainable development, which accounts for 50.94 % of the total obstacle degrees in the system. At last, we discussed how to promote the regional sustainable development from the perspectives of forest resources sustainability, economic development sustainability, society development sustainability and the sustainable advancement of science and technology.

DETERMINATION OF STATIC AND DYNAMIC DIFFUSION COEFFICIENTS OF MOISTURE IN PARTICLEBOARDS

The static and dynamic diffusion coefficients are important coefficients to describe the moisture transfer processes in particleboard. In this paper, the formula of culculating the static and dynamic diffusion coefficients were deduced. At first, the static diffusion coefficients of four kinds of particleboards were determined by using diffusion cup method. The results demonstrated that the static diffusion coefficients parallel to panel surface were 10-2. times as large as that of perpendicular to panel surface for test boards. To determine both dynamic diffusion coefficients and surface emission coefficients of moisture in particleboards in one experimental period, specimens in four different thicknesses of each kind of particleboard were used in the experiment. Then the method of regression was used and the dynamic diffusion coefficients and surface emission coefficients were determined based on the slope and intercept of the regressive line.

ANALYSIS OF COMPUTER VISION ON RESIN EFFICIENCY IN PARTICLEBOARD

This paper summarized the previous researches about resin emciency of particleboard in the world, and introduced the computer vision (CV) technique on resin effciency. which has the properties of high measuring speed, automatic pattern recognition and low environmental requirement. etc. The theory of the CV technique used for resin effciency in particleboard was studied,along with the handling of resined-particle images and the gathering of relative gray image features. Some quantitative parameters describing the resin efficiency of particleboard were established, and the results indicated that the computer vision method on the resin effciency was much better than others and can control the producing of pafticleboard more effect.

If some suitable treatments are used plantations can be grown and established on the soil of soda-saline-alkali with the soil condition of PH 8.5- 9.6, salinity 0.1-0.3% and normality ratio of saline base Na+ / ( Ca+++ Mg++)≥4. From the results of plot inventory and tree stem analysis, the increment of Poplus simonigra is highest. For 9 years, the volume can reach 100 m3/ha, the biomass (above ground) can reach 2..7 ton/ha. Poplus simonigra grows very well on the all kinds of soda-saline-alkali soils except for the alkali spot with the worst soil condition. So Poplus simonigra is a good tree species for planting on the soil of soda-saline-alkali.

The primary purpose of fertilization in nursery soils is to assure production of high-quality planting stock. Therefore, the appropriate information on fertilizers and their use as well as their effects on seedling growth is important to nursery managers in their nursery practice. Researches and analyses were carried on the mechanism of forest edge effect by the classification of its types in forest ecosystem. Two kinds of practical models were put forward to extricate forestry from 'Two Crisises' and increase the utilization efficiency of solar energy and the net primary productivity on unit area by combination forest edge effect theory with forestry production. 1. Cultivating fast growth and rich yield plantation directionally in optimal community structure by use of forest edge effect theory. 2. Establishing artificial-natural compound forest community by openning up effect belts in natural secondary forest.

THE ESTIMATE OF THE EFFECTIVE FUEL COMBUSTION VALUE OF FOREST COMMUNITY IN THE DAXINGAN MOUNTAIN

Under the condition of absolute dry, more than thirty forest fuel pararneters,ash content. extract and burning point were measured. By the method of regression step by step. we found an experience formula which can estimate effective fuel high combusti on value of forest community from the Daxingan Mountain,and then,By means of modifying moisture content. we gave an approximate formula about actual heat releasing of forest fuels in the forest fire behavior.
