Aqueous Zn-ion batteries have attracted much attention due to their unique high safety and low-cost ***,their practical applications are at a slow pace due to their short cycle life,which fundamentally results from the instability of the positive/negative electrode interface in the traditional dilute aqueous electrolytes with high water *** highly concentrated electrolyte（HCE）has been considered as an effective *** previous studies of single salt-based HCE（SSHCE）,herein,a new dual-salt HCE（15 m ZnCl2.10 m NH4NH2.O3DS-HCE） was proposed for the first ***-HCE was proven to simultaneously possess higher conductivity than traditional dilute electrolytes and ultralow water activity of SS-HCE by the regulation of dual high-concentration salts on the solvation structure,which renders the Zn‖Zn symmetric cell the record-long cycling life of 2.00 h compared with those with SS-HCE（30 m ZnCl2.300 h） and other reported ***,the Zn‖NH4V4O10full cell with DS-HCE demonstrated impressed rate capability within a wide-range current densities from 0.1 to 10 A ***,at the high current density of 5 A g-1,the full cell shows almost100% capacity retention after 4000 cycles,which indicates the promising future of the DS-HCE system for long-duration aqueous Zn-ion batteries.

Compute-in-memory(CIM) based on various devices such as static random access memory(SRAM) and resistive random access memory(RRAM) and other emerging devices such as indium-gallium-zinc-oxide(IGZO) transistor, magnetoresistive RAM(MRAM), and ferroelectric RAM(FeRAM) has been explored for better performance and energy efficiency on neural networks applications. However, CIM based on a single-type device suffers a variety of non-ideal metrics to reach the simultaneous optimal accuracy, density, and energy efficiency. This work presents equivalent-ideal CIM(Eq-CIM), a monolithic 3D(M3D) IGZO-RRAM-SRAM integrated architecture for robust and efficient compute-in-memory enabling equivalent-ideal device metrics. To overcome the non-ideality(variation, endurance, temperature, etc.) of the single-type devices, system-technology co-optimization(STCO) is performed. This work highlights the non-ideality-aware functionality breakdown for robust high accuracy and simultaneous high density/efficiency, by utilizing 2.0C IGZO for temporal activation storage, RRAM for high-density weight storage, and SRAM for accurate CIM. Device-to-algorithm variation transfer is applied to analyze the system-level accuracy. We benchmark Eq-CIM architecture on CIFAR-10/ImageNet, with 5.06× storage density and 5.05×/2.45× area/energy efficiency compared with single-type-device-based CIM, and high robustness(2.% accuracy loss) from-40℃ to 12.℃.

Determining accurate pulsar timing model parameters is essential for establishing TT(PT), a realization of Terrestrial Time (TT) based on a pulsar timescale (PT). This study discusses the impact of different data spans on the accuracy of pulsar timing model parameters when determining pulsar timing model parameters. Using observations of PSR J0437-4715, J1909-3744, J1713+0747, and J1744-1134 from the second data release of the International Pulsar Timing Array (IPTA II, Version A), we compare the accuracy of the timing model parameters determined by these observations with different data spans. The results show for PSR J0437-4715, J1713+0747,and J1909-3744, the amplitude fluctuations of rotational frequency remain within 10-15, 10-14, and 10-14Hz,respectively, when the data spans for determining pulsar timing model parameters exceed 13, 14, and 6 ***, the one-year accuracy of TT(PT) is crucial for its application in timekeeping. By comparing the frequency deviations of TT(PT) relative to TT(BIPM) under both ideal (kr) and actual (kp) conditions across different data spans, we find that when the data span reaches the duration above, the accuracy of TT(PT) surpasses that of TT(TAI) under ideal conditions, slightly inferior under actual conditions. This suggests with improved observational technologies, the accuracy of TT(PT) can be further enhanced.

For the first time,we have introduced the tetrahedron constellation of gravitational wave observatory(TEGO)composed of four identical spacecrafts(S/Cs).The laser telescopes and their pointing structures are mounted on the S/C platform and are evenly distributed at three locations 12. degrees *** structures form automatically a stable mass center for the *** time delay interferometry(TDI)is used to suppress the frequency noise of gravitational wave(GW)*** unequal-arm Michelson TDI configuration and the Sagnac TDI configuration are equally effective at eliminating the laser frequency noise based on the TEGO ***,compared with the configurations of LISA,Taiji,and Tian Qin,the TEGO has more combinations of optical paths in its TDI system sensitive to GW *** six arms of TEGO are simultaneously sensitive to the six polarization modes of *** sensitivity implies that GW modes beyond the predictions of general relativity(GR)can be detected *** instance,a scalar longitudinal mode of GWs,which is not predicted by GR,has been identified as a dominant polarization *** mode is found to be evident in the response amplitudes of the TEGO arms,such as between S/C1 and S/C4,and S/C3 and S/C4,at certain orbital positions.

Hydrodynamical cosmological simulations of galaxy formation such as Illustris TNG or Auriga have shown considerable success in approximately matching many galaxy properties,but their treatment of the star-forming interstellar medium (ISM) has relied on heuristic sub-grid ***,recent high-resolution simulations of the ISM that directly resolve the regulation of star formation suggest different mean relations for the dependences of pressure and star formation rate on the average gas *** this study,we adopt such a modern,physically grounded parameterization inspired by the TIGRESS small-scale *** dub this model TEQS and use it for a detailed comparative analysis of the formation and evolution of a Milky Way-sized galaxy when compared with the widely used TNG *** employing high-resolution simulations in tall box setups,we first investigate the structural differences expected for these two models when applied to different self-gravitating gas surface *** results indicate that TEQS produces considerably thinner gaseous layers and can be expected to form stellar distributions with smaller scale-height than TNG,especially at higher surface *** test whether this induces systematic structural differences in cosmological galaxy formation simulations,we carry out zoom-in simulations of 12.galaxies taken from the set of Milky Way-sized galaxies that have been studied in the Auriga *** results for these galaxies shows that disk galaxies formed with the TEQS model have on average very similar stellar mass but are more concentrated in their central regions and exhibit smaller stellar radii compared to those formed with the TNG *** differences in the scale-heights of the formed stellar disks are only marginal,however,suggesting that other factors for setting the thickness of the disk are more important than the applied ISM equation-of-state ***,the predicted galaxy structure is quite similar for TNG and

China’s lowland rural rivers are facing severe eutrophication problems due to excessive phosphorus(P)from anthropogenic ***,quantifying P dynamics in a lowland rural river is challenging due to its complex interaction with surrounding areas.A P dynamic model(River-P)was specifically designed for lowland rural rivers to address this *** modelwas coupled with the Environmental Fluid Dynamics Code(EFDC)and the Phosphorus Dynamic Model for lowland Polder systems(PDP)to characterize P dynamics under the impact of dredging in a lowland rural *** on a two-year(2.2.-2.2.)dataset from a representative lowland rural river in the Lake Taihu Basin,China,the coupled model was calibrated and achieved a model performance(R^(2.>0.59,RMSE2.%after dredging.(2.Dredging significantly reduced P release from sediment by 98%,while increased P resuspension and settling capacities by 16%and 46%,respectively.(3)The sediment-water interface(SWI)plays a critical role in P transfer within the river,as resuspension accounts for 16%of TP imports,and settling accounts for 47%of TP *** the large P retention capacity of lowland rural rivers,drainage ditches and ponds with macrophytes are promising approaches to enhance P retention *** study provides valuable insights for local environmental departments,allowing a comprehensive understanding of P dynamics in lowland rural *** enable the evaluation of the efficacy of sediment dredging in P control and the implementation of corresponding P control measures.

The sub-continental lithosphere mantle(SCLM)represents a mechanical barrier that separate the convecting mantle from the exosphere,and possesses the ability to sequester and release volatiles,making it an integral part in deep volatile *** we explore the SCLM in modulating F and Cl cycling through a case study from the Early Cretaceous Dabeigou basalts in the North China Craton(NCC).These lavas are associated with decratonization of the NCC,a process involving significant removal and replacement of the ancient *** Dabeigou basalts,characterized by arc magma-like trace element signatures,evolved initial^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr(0.70574–0.70578),ε_(Nd)(t)(-11.2.-11.1),andε_(Hf)(t)(-13.7–-13.4)values,along with high Fe/Mn ratios,Ni contents,andδ^(18)O values(5.8‰–6.8‰)of olivine phenocrysts,are compatible with their origination from a veined,pyroxene-rich source formed through the infiltration and interaction of hydrous silicate melts from the subducting Pacific slabs with ambient ***-hosted melt inclusions of the Dabeigou basalts have compositions similar to the whole rocks,indicating that they record pre-eruptive melt compositions forming the whole *** melt inclusions exhibit high F(1371–2.16 ppm)and moderate Cl(688–900 ppm)contents,with high F/Cl ratios of 2.1±0.3(1σ).The F and Cl signatures of the Dabeigou basalts are different from those of typical arc magmas,which are commonly characterized by high Cl contents(median of~12.0 ppm)and low F/Cl ratios(<1).The observed differences can be attributed to chromatographic reaction that fractionates elements of different compatibility in the metasomatic agents,with amphibole as the main mineral phase for fractionating and preserving F and *** is,amphibole crystallization prefers to retain F rather than Cl,making the metasomes in vein enriched in F and exhibiting elevated F/Cl ratios compared to original metasomatic *** is further suggested that the scenario inferred from the Dabeigou basalts mi

For space-based gravitational wave(GW)detection,the main noise source for massive black hole binaries(MBHBs)is attributed to approximately 107 double white dwarf binaries in the *** a GW source,the amplitude of the detector response,recorded by a space-based gravitational wave detector,exhibits a modulation effect with a year period when observing the source from various orbital *** the adverse conditions mentioned above,where there is a strong foreground noise and annual modulation in the signals,we employed the wavelet transform and the strong-amplitude relevant orbital position search methods,which allows the weak MBHB sources to achieve higher locating *** detail,for two MBHB sources of lower intensity,the precision of luminosity distance,represented by the ratioΔD_(L)/D_(L) at the 95%confidence level,is enhanced by factors of∼*** angular resolutions,denoted byΔΩs,are enhanced by a factor of∼*** improvements increase the number of detectable GW sources,facilitate multi-messenger follow-up observations and provide constraints on the cosmological constant.

A cationic radical lanthanide organic tetrahedron with remarkable coordination enhanced radical stability

Rare–earth supramolecular compounds, such as lanthanide organic polyhedrons（LOPs）, are of particular interest due to their many possible applications in various fields. Here we report the first syntheses of Ln4(L·+)4–type(Ln, lanthanides; L·+, radical ligand) radical–bridged lanthanide organic tetrahedrons by self–assembly of face–capping triphenylamine（TPA）–cored radical ligand with different lanthanide *** coordination enhanced radical stability has been observed, with half–life times(t1/2. for L1·+,La4(L1·+)4, Eu4(L1·+)4, Gd4(L1·+)4, Tb4(L1·+)4and Lu4(L1·+)4estimated to be 53 min, 482.min, 62. min,12.8 min, 82. min and 347 min, respectively. The TPA radical in Ln4(L1·+)4containing paramagnetic Ln ions（Ln = EuⅢ, GdⅢand TbⅢ） is observed to be more stable than that in Ln4(L1·+)4（Ln = LaⅢand LuⅢ）constructed by diamagnetic Ln ions. This difference in radical stability is possibly due to the magnetic interactions between paramagnetic LnⅢions and L1·+ligands, as confirmed by electron paramagnetic resonance（EPR） in La4（L）4(L = L1and L1·+) and Tb4（L）4(L = L1and L1·+), and magnetic susceptibility measurements in Tb·4（L）4(L = L1and L1·+). Our study reveals the coordination of radical ligands with lanthanide ions can improve the radical stability, which is crucial for their applications.
