In the United States,the buildings sector consumes about 76%of electricity use and 40% of all primary energy use and associated greenhouse gas *** behavior has drawn increasing research interests due to its impacts on the building energy ***,occupant behavior study at urban scale remains a challenge,and very limited studies have been *** an effort to couple big data analysis with human mobility modeling,this study has explored urban scale human mobility utilizing three months Global Positioning System(GPS)data of 93,o00 users at Phoenix Metropolitan *** research extracted stay points from raw data,and identified users'home,work,and other locations by Density-Based Spatial Clustering ***,daily mobility patterns were constructed using different types of *** propose a novel approach to predict urban scale daily human mobility patterns with 12-hour prediction horizon,using Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)neural network *** shows the developed models achieved around 85%average accuracy and about 86%mean *** developed models can be further applied to analyze urban scale occupant behavior,building energy demand and flexibility,and contributed to urban planning.

Air-side economizers are increasingly used to take advantage of“free-cooling”in data centers with the intent of reducing the carbon footprint of ***,they can introduce outdoor pollutants to indoor environment of data centers and cause corrosion damage to the information technology *** evaluate the reliability of information technology equipment under various thermal and air-pollution conditions,a mechanistic model based on multi-ion transport and chemical reactions was *** model was used to predict Cu corrosion caused by Cl_(2)-containing pollutant *** also accounted for the effects of temperature(25℃and 28℃),relative humidity(50%,75%,and 95%),and *** also identified higher air temperature as a corrosion barrier and higher relative humidity as a corrosion accelerator,which agreed well with the experimental *** average root mean square error of the prediction was 13.7Å.The model can be used to evaluate the thermal guideline for data centers design and operation when Cl_(2)is present based on pre-established acceptable risk of corrosion in data centers’environment.

辛弹性力学已广泛应用于弹性学中各种边值问题的精确解、计算表面波模式以及预测多层超弹性薄膜中的表面褶皱。本文展示了辛分析框架还可应用于受约束介电弹性体中的表面褶皱。机械和电位移向量是两个基本变量来描述介电弹性体中机械变形与电场紧密耦合。褶皱的临界电压可以通过引入基本变量的对偶变量来从辛本征值问题中解决。本文采用扩展的W-W(Wittrick-Williams)算法和精确的积分方法,准确而高效地解决制定的辛本征值问题的本征值。通过将褶皱电压和波数与有无表面能的褶皱基准结果进行比较,验证了辛分析的有效性。辛分析框架简洁且适用于其他不稳定问题,如分层电介质弹性体、磁弹性不稳定性以及层压复合结构的微观和宏观不稳定性。

Impact of an official accountability audit on industrial structure adjustment:a case study of environmental regulation in China

As a unique environmental regulation in China,the official accountability audit was piloted in *** a focus on prioritizing the ecological environment,officials in pilot districts have implemented economic construction,adjusted industrial structures,and promoted coordinated development between the economy and *** effects of implementation have garnered widespread attention from ***,there is limited research on the impact of an accountability audit on industrial structure *** the“Accountability Audit of Officials for Natural Resource Assets(Trial)”released in 2015 as a quasi-natural experiment,this study collected panel data from 279 cities between 2013 and *** then empirically analyzed the impact mechanism and effects of the accountability audit on industrial structure adjustment using the Propensity Score Matching and Difference-in-Differences *** research findings indicate that the accountability audit directly impacted industrial structure adjustment,promoting the upgrading of the primary industry to the secondary industry and restricting the development of the tertiary *** addition,the audit is beneficial for enterprise entry,but not conducive to technological innovation,and has no significant impact on foreign direct *** conclusion fills a gap in the existing research and provides valuable insights for policymakers.

作为一种施用范围广、用量大的微毒农药,赤霉酸(GA3)的高溶解度会造成其在土壤中的弱吸附和强迁移并伴随强烈的自然衰减,且受到间歇性灌溉过程中变化土壤含水率的影响,因此有必要系统研究不同含水率条件下土壤中GA3的自然衰减规律。通过设置10%、20%、30%的3种土壤含水率,研究了不同土壤含水率条件下GA3的自然衰减规律,分析了土壤微生物对GA3自然衰减过程的影响,定性识别了GA3自然衰减产物。结果表明:(1)实验结束(34 d)时初始含水率为10%、20%和30%的灭菌组和未灭菌组土壤中GA3的自然衰减率分别为87.77%、89.70%、90.70%和87.70%、94.47%、95.87%,其自然衰减半衰期分别为12.38,12.16,12.60d和8.56,6.80,7.07d;(2)含水率对灭菌组土壤GA3的自然衰减速率无显著影响,未灭菌组在不同土壤含水率条件下GA3自然衰减速率有差异(20%土壤含水率最大);(3)在水解作用的基础上,土壤微生物降解进一步促进了GA3的自然衰减,且生物降解贡献率为39.62%±7.58%;(4)GA3主要自然衰减产物为异构赤霉酸与赤霉烯酸(其中异构赤霉酸占比更大),未来需要进一步关注GA3自然衰减产物在环境中的生物毒性与环境风险。上述研究结果有助于进一步深入理解农业生产过程土壤中GA3的环境行为,并为其环境毒性及潜在风险评估与管控提供数据支撑。

Since the coronavirus disease 2019,the extended time indoors makes people more concerned about indoor air quality,while the increased ventilation in seeks of reducing infection probability has increased the energy usage from heating,ventilation,and air-conditioning *** this study,to represent the dynamics of indoor temperature and air quality,a coupled grey-box model is *** model is identified and validated using a data-driven approach and real-time measured data of a campus *** manage building energy usage and indoor air quality,a model predictive control strategy is proposed and *** simulation study demonstrated 18.92%energy saving while maintaining good indoor air quality at the testing *** nationwide simulation studies assessed the overall energy saving potential and the impact on the infection probability of the proposed strategy in different climate *** results showed 20%–40%energy saving in general while maintaining a predetermined indoor air quality *** the infection risk is increased due to the reduced ventilation rate,it is still less than the suggested threshold(2%)in general.

Hybridization and polyploidization have made great contributions to speciation,heterosis,and agricultural production within plants,but there is still limited understanding and utilization in *** structure and expression reorganization and cooperation post hybridization and polyploidization are essential for speciation and allopolyploid ***,the mechanisms have not yet been comprehensively assessed in ***,we produced a high-fidelity reference genome sequence for common carp,a typical allotetraploid fish species cultured *** genome enabled in-depth analysis of the evolution of subgenome architecture and expression *** genes were expressed with subgenome biases,with a trend of transition from the expression of subgenome A during the early stages to that of subgenome B during the late stages of embryonic *** subgenome A evolved more rapidly,subgenome B contributed to a greater level of expression during development and under stressful *** dominant patterns for homoeologous gene pairs both during development and under thermal stress suggest a potential fixed heterosis in the allotetraploid *** expressing either copy of a homoeologous gene at higher levels to confer development and response to stress indicates the dominant effect of *** plasticity of subgenomes and their shifting of dominant expression during early development,and in response to stressful conditions,provide novel insights into the molecular basis of the successful speciation,evolution,and heterosis of the allotetraploid common carp.
