For space-based gravitational wave （GW） detection,the main noise source for massive black hole binaries （MBHBs） is attributed to approximately 1.～7double white dwarf binaries in the *** a GW source,the amplitude of the detector response,recorded by a space-based gravitational wave detector,exhibits a modulation effect with a year period when observing the source from various orbital *** the adverse conditions mentioned above,where there is a strong foreground noise and annual modulation in the signals,we employed the wavelet transform and the strong-amplitude relevant orbital position search methods,which allows the weak MBHB sources to achieve higher locating *** detail,for two MBHB sources of lower intensity,the precision of luminosity distance,represented by the ratio ?DL/DLat the 95%confidence level,is enhanced by factors of ～*** angular resolutions,denoted by??s,are enhanced by a factor of ～*** improvements increase the number of detectable GW sources,facilitate multi-messenger follow-up observations and provide constraints on the cosmological constant.

Acoustic and seismoacoustic methods have become the most perspective and intensely developed meth- ods in the research of dynamic processes and inho- mogeneities in shallow water. Seismoacoustic moni- toring allows one to draw conclusions about the pres- ence of different inhomogeneities in the water environ- ment and to identify various dynamic processes in the oceanic shelf zone. Studies of the propagation of hy- droacoustic signals of different frequencies and config- urations are widely discussed in scientific publications in Russia, China and the United States Solutions to inversion problems in acoustics, the con- struction of geoacoustic models and research of low- frequency acoustic signals with respect to the absorb- ing bottom are without any doubt at the forefront of underwater acoustics.

Characteristics of shallow gas hydrate in Okhotsk Sea

Multidisciplinary field investigations were carried out in Okhotsk Sea by R/V Akademik M.A. Lavrentyev (LV) of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) in May 2006, supported by funding agencies from Ko- rea, Russia, Japan and China. Geophysical data including echo-sounder, bottom profile, side-scan- sonar, and gravity core sample were obtained aimed to understand the characteristics and formation mechanism of shallow gas hydrates. Based on the geophysical data, we found that the methane flare detected by echo-sounder was the evidence of free gas in the sediment, while the dome structure de- tected by side-scan sonar and bottom profile was the root of gas venting. Gas hydrate retrieved from core on top of the dome structure which was interbedded as thin lamination or lenses with thickness varying from a few millimeters to 3 cm. Gas hydrate content in hydrate-bearing intervals visually amounted to 5%―30% of the sediment volume. This paper argued that gases in the sediment core were not all from gas hydrate decomposition during the gravity core lifting process, free gases must existed in the gas hydrate stability zone, and tectonic structure like dome structure in this paper was free gas central, gas hydrate formed only when gases over-saturated in this gas central, away from these struc- tures, gas hydrate could not form due to low gas concentration.

Measurements of gaseous elemental mercury（Hg^0） in the marine boundary layer of the western Bering Sea were performed using an automatic mercury analyzer RA 91. ＋（Ltd. ＂Lumex＂, St. Petersburg, Russia） aboard the Russian research vessel Academician *** from 3 to 20 August 201.. Hg^0 concentrations varied from 0.3 to 2.1.ng/m^3（n = 4783）;the average value（1.1.± 0.3 ng/m^3） was lower than both the background range of the Northern Hemisphere（1.5–1.7 ng/m^3） and average values previously observed in the Bering Sea, and corresponded to the background concentrations of the Southern Hemisphere（1.1.1.3 ng/m^3）.Maximum Hg^0 concentrations were observed within air masses that came from the lower troposphere of the central Arctic. Under these conditions, Hg^0 ranged between 1.1.and 2.1.ng/m^3 with an average of 1.5 ± 0.2 ng/m^3（n = 1.83）. Except for these periods, Hg^0 concentrations during the rest of the study varied from 0.3 to 1.8 ng/m^3, with an average value of 1.0 ± 0.2 ng/m^3（n = 3600）. Our results support the hypothesis that, in the summer, air masses from the central Arctic Ocean can be an exporter of mercury to lower latitudes. Perhaps the atmospheric transport of elevated concentrations of Hg^0 into lower latitudes may have implications for the biologic and economic health of important fisheries, such as the Bering Sea.

Seasonal variation and topography of the mixed layer in the Sea of Japan are studied by comparison of results from long-term observation data analysis and from numerical simulation with the MHI oceanic model (Shapiro. 1.98. Marine Hydrophysical Journal, 6: 26-40). The data are retrieved from Oceanographic A tlas of the Bering Sea, Okhotsk Sea, and Japan/East Sea (Rostov, Rostov, Dmitrieva, et al. 2003. pacific Oceanography, 1.1.:70-72). The simulated and long-term patterns are compared. An impact of surface buoyancy flux, wind, and convergence/divergence of surface currents upon the mixed layer in the Sea of Japan is analyzed.

Pure fraction (92%-95%) of phagocytes (FP) and a mixture of amoebocytes(62%) and morula cells (38 %) FPMC of the holothurian Eupentacta fraudatrix (Holothuroidea, Dendrochirota) were obtained by using ficoll verographine step gradient. Basal production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in FP quantified by using reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) was more than twice that in FPMC. Thermostable toxin of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis (TST) at different concentrations ( 0.2; 0.5; 2.5 μg/ml, but not 0.1.μg/ml) stimulated NBT reduction in FPMC after 24 h incubation. In FP, TST at concentrations of 0.1.and 0.2 μg/ml inhibited and at concentrations of 0.5 and 2.5 μg/ml stimulated NBT reduction after 24 h incubation. Maximal effect was observed in FP and FPMC at TST concentrations of 0.5 and 0.2 μg/ml, respectively. Addition of catalase (0.7 μg/ml) to the cells treated with TST (2.5 μg/ml) was followed by a decrease in NBT reduction compared to that under toxin treatment alone. TST stimulated superoxide dismutase activity in concentration dependent manner (maximum at 0.5 μg/ml concentration in FP) after 24 h treatment, and this stimulation was prevented by a commercial catalase. Plant lectin concanavalin A stimulated NBT reduction more than 5 fold in FPMC compared to the control. With addition of TST, lectin stimulated ROS to lesser extent than that with lectin alone. When catalase, TST, and lectin were added into the FPMC simultaneously, ROS increase was similar to that under lectin treatment alone. On the whole, data obtained indicated that ROS generation in holothurian coelomocytes especially occurs in both stimulated and not stimulated phagocytes, and that changes in ROS production by these cells may be one of the mechanisms of antibacterial protection of holothurians.

X-ray fluorescence scanning with synchrotron radiation was performed to study sediment core records of floods in Amur Bay,Sea of *** of 3–8 mm with abnormally low bromine content were formed by the Razdolnaya River discharge to the central part of the bay during extreme floods,accompanied by severe storms at *** conditions in the region are typical for periods of deep tropical cyclones(typhoons),to which the distinguished interlayers were compared on the *** approach was made possible thanks to the high rate of sedimentation in the bay(3–5 mm/a) and low bioturbation of sediments under anoxic conditions.

One of the primary goals of space-borne gravitational wave detectors is to detect and analyze extreme-mass-ratio inspirals(EMRIs). This task is particularly challenging because EMRI signals are complex, lengthy, and faint. In this work, we introduce a2-layer convolutional neural network(CNN) approach to detect EMRI signals for space-borne detectors, achieving a true positive rate(TPR) of 96.9% at a 1. false positive rate(FPR) for signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) from 50 to 1.0. Especially, the key intrinsic parameters of EMRIs such as the mass, spin of the supermassive black hole(SMBH) and the initial eccentricity of the orbit can also be inferred directly by employing a neural network. The mass and spin of the SMBH can be determined at 99% and 92% respectively. This will greatly reduce the parameter spaces and computing cost for the following Bayesian parameter *** model also has a low dependency on the accuracy of the waveform model. This study underscores the potential of deep learning methods in EMRI data analysis, enabling the rapid detection of EMRI signals and efficient parameter estimation.
