The rising flexible and intelligent electronics greatly facilitate the noninvasive and timely tracking of physiological information in telemedicine *** building bionic-sensitive moieties is vital for designing efficient electronic skin with advanced cognitive functionalities to pluralistically capture external ***,realistic mimesis,both in the skin’s three-dimensional interlocked hierarchical structures and synchronous encoding multistimuli information capacities,remains a challenging yet vital need for simplifying the design of flexible logic ***,we construct an artificial epidermal device by in situ growing Cu_(3)(HHTP)_(2) particles onto the hollow spherical Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) surface,aiming to concurrently emulate the spinous and granular layers of the skin’s *** bionic Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@Cu_(3)(HHTP)_(2) exhibits independent NO_(2) and pressure response,as well as novel functionalities such as acoustic signature perception and Morse code-encrypted message ***,a wearable alarming system with a mobile application terminal is self-developed by integrating the bimodular senor into flexible printed *** system can assess risk factors related with asthmatic,such as stimulation of external NO_(2) gas,abnormal expiratory behavior and exertion degrees of fingers,achieving a recognition accuracy of 97.6%as assisted by a machine learning *** work provides a feasible routine to develop intelligent multifunctional healthcare equipment for burgeoning transformative telemedicine diagnosis.

A novel unsymmetrical (S,S,S)-salen ligand bearing a derived chiral-BINOL was synthesized by the reaction of the condensation product of (1.,2S)-1.2-diaminocyclohexane mono(hydrogen chloride) with 3-adamanyl-5-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzalde-hyde and 3-formoyl-2-hydroxy-2'-alkyloxy-1.1.-binaphthyl,which originated from (S)-1.1.-bi-2-naphthol via a four-step *** cobalt complexes of this ligand,in conjunction with a nucleophilic cocatalyst,exhibited excellent activity in catalyzing asymmetric,regio-and stereo-selective copolymerization of CO2 and racemic propylene *** highest record of kinetic resolution coefficient (Krel) was obtained with the use of binary catalyst system consisting of (S,S,S)-salenCo(III) complex 1. and bulky bis(triphenylphosphine)-iminium chloride (PPNCl).The resulting poly(propylene carbonate)s have more than 99% carbonate linkages and more than 98% head-to-tail content.

A static and dynamic collaborative optimization mode for complex machine system and itsontology project relationship are put forward, on which an agent-based structural static and dynamiccollaborative optimization system is constructed as two agent colonies: optimization agent colony andfinite element analysis colony. And a two-level solving strategy as well as the necessity and possibilityfor handing with finite element analysis model in multi-level mode is discussed. Furthermore, the coop-eration of all FEA agents for optimal design of complicated structural is studied in detail. Structural stat-ic and dynamic collaborative optimization of hydraulic excavator working equimpent is taken as an ex-ample to show that the system is reliable.

Research on generalized optimization process for mechanical product

The generalized optimization process for mechanical product is proposed which includes functional optimization phase, conceptual design optimization phase, technical design optimization phase (that is further divided into product modeling phase, optimization process scheduling phase, optimization modeling phase and multi-computer collaborative optimizing phase), and result analysis and evaluation phase. The characteristics of the generalized optimization are incarnated such as oriented to the design of entire system, whole process and overall performance of a product and combined with human intelligent and artificial intelligent optimization. The functions and the achieved strategies of each key phase in the generalized optimization process are discussed. A prototype of the generalized optimization supported system for mechanical product is preliminarily established.

Effects of induction heat treatment on mechanical properties of TiAl-based alloy

The effects of rapid heating cyclic heat treatment on mechanical properties of a TiAl based alloy (Ti 33Al 3Cr) were studied by means of an induction heating machine. The results show that: 1. fine fully lamellar microstructure with colony size of about 50 μm and lamellar spacing of about 0.1. μm can be obtained; 2) the compression mechanical properties can be improved to a large extent and the best comprehensive compression mechanical properties can reach the yield stress 745 MPa, the large flow stress 1.672 MPa and the compression ratio 1..4%; and 3) the compression fracture at room temperature after induction heat treatment and aging is still typical cleavage fracture.

Conversion of natural gas to C_2 hydrocarbons through dielectric-barrier discharge plasma catalysis

The experiments are carried out in the system of continuous flow reactors with dielectric-barrier discharge (DBD) for studies on the conversion of natural gas to C2 hydrocarbons through plasma catalysis under the atmosphere pressure and room temperature. The influence of discharge frequency, structure of electrode, discharge voltage, number of electrode, ratio of H2/CH4, flow rate and catalyst on conversion of methane and selectivity of C2 hydrocarbons are investigated. At the same time, the reaction process is investigated. Higher conversion of methane and selectivity of C2 hydrocarbons are achieved and deposited carbons are eliminated by proper choice of parameters. The appropriate operation parameters in dielectric-barrier discharge plasma field are that the supply voltage is 20-40 kV (8.4-40 W), the frequency of power supply is 20 kHz, the structure of (b) electrode is suitable, and the flow of methane is 20-60 ml · min-1. The conversion of methane can reach 45%, the selectivity of C2 hydrocarbons is 76%, and the total selectivity of C2 hydrocarbons and C3 hydrocarbons is nearly 1.0%. The conversion of methane increases with the increase of voltage and decreases with the flow of methane increase; the selectivity of C2 hydrocarbons decreases with the increase of voltage and increases with the flow of methane increase. The selectivity of C2 hydrocarbons is improved with catalyst for conversion of natural gas to C2 hydrocarbons in plasma field. Methane molecule collision with radicals is mainly responsible for product formation.

Morphological evolution model for unidirectional solidification of multicomponent alloys

Based on the nonlinear interaction of the different species and the calculation of phase diagram,a self-consistent model is developed to describe the interface morphology evolution during unidirectional solidification of multicomponent *** model takes full account of the mutually coupled effect of temperature field,solute field,interface energy and interface attachment *** comparison with linearization analysis of multicomponent,it not only extends the convergent range of the analysis,but also greatly improves the applicability.

Pattern and phase selection of peritectic reaction during directional solidification

Based on the growth competition between different pattern and phases, the pattern and phase selection during peritectic solidification is analysed by applying the maximum interface temperature criterion to the interface response functions calculated from a numerical model for single phase solidification. The theoretical results agree very well with the experimental results published in literature.

Analysis of orthogonal M-band wavelet approximation power

It is focused on the orthogonal M-band wavelet approximation power for band-limited signals and on the quantitative analysis of the approximation behavior of scaling filters and scaling function frequency response near zero. A sharp upper bound of the approximation errors in multiresolution subspaces is obtained for band-limited signals. With this bound one may select better wavelet base and corresponding smaller scale factor to satisfy the given measure of the approximation error. Finally, the experiments of 2-band Daubechies wavelet bases show that signals with the normalized energy and bandwidth almost belong to \%V\-2\% spanned by \%D\%\-8 with the satisfactory error measure.

Deformation reinforcement theory and its application to high arch dams

In this paper,the deformation reinforcement theory(DRT) proposed by the authors is elaborated with a new definition of instability that an elasto-plastic structure is not stable if it cannot satisfy simultaneously equilibrium condition,kinematical admissibility and constitutive equations under the prescribed *** from the definition,a proof is established to the principle of minimum plastic complementary energy for failured *** is revealed that the principle of mini-mum plastic complementary energy results in relaxed constitutive equations,especially,yield *** is demonstrated with case studies that many key issues in arch dam design,e.g.,global stability,dam-toe reinforcement,dam-toe cracking,dam-abut-ment reinforcement,can be well solved within the framework of the deformation reinforcement *** structural global stability can be described by the curve of the plastic complementary energy vs overloading *** unbalanced-forces obtained by elasto-plastic FEM can be used as the basis of analysis of global stability,dam-heel cracking,dam-toe anchorage and reinforcement of faults of high arch dams and their foundations.
