BSTFNet:An Encrypted Malicious Traffic Classification Method Integrating Global Semantic and Spatiotemporal Features

While encryption technology safeguards the security of network communications,malicious traffic also uses encryption protocols to obscure its malicious *** address the issues of traditional machine learning methods relying on expert experience and the insufficient representation capabilities of existing deep learning methods for encrypted malicious traffic,we propose an encrypted malicious traffic classification method that integrates global semantic features with local spatiotemporal features,called BERT-based Spatio-Temporal Features Network(BSTFNet).At the packet-level granularity,the model captures the global semantic features of packets through the attention mechanism of the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers(BERT)*** the byte-level granularity,we initially employ the Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit(BiGRU)model to extract temporal features from bytes,followed by the utilization of the Text Convolutional Neural Network(TextCNN)model with multi-sized convolution kernels to extract local multi-receptive field spatial *** fusion of features from both granularities serves as the ultimate multidimensional representation of malicious *** approach achieves accuracy and F1.score of 99.39%and 99.40%,respectively,on the publicly available USTC-TFC201. dataset,and effectively reduces sample confusion within the Neris and Virut *** experimental results demonstrate that our method has outstanding representation and classification capabilities for encrypted malicious traffic.

Second-order error analysis of the averaged L1.scheme L1.for time-fractional initial-value and subdiffusion problems

Fractional initial-value problems(IVPs) and time-fractional initial-boundary value problems(IBVPs), each with a Caputo temporal derivative of order α ∈(0, 1., are considered. An averaged variant of the well-known L1.scheme is proved to be O(N^(-2)) convergent for IVPs on suitably graded meshes with N points, thereby improving the O(N^(-(2-α))) convergence rate of the standard L1.scheme. The analysis relies on a delicate decomposition of the temporal truncation error that yields a sharp dependence of the order of convergence on the degree of mesh grading used. This averaged L1.scheme can be combined with a finite difference or piecewise linear finite element discretization in space for IBVPs, and under a restriction on the temporal mesh width, one gets again O(N^(-2)) convergence in time, together with O(h^(2)) convergence in space,where h is the spatial mesh width. Numerical experiments support our results.

Mean-square exponential stability of stochastic Volterra systems in infinite dimensions

Over the past decade, the study of stability theory in integro-differential systems has grown significantly owing to their relevance in solving physical and engineering problems, such as viscoelasticity and thermo-viscoelasticity in materials with memory properties. This paper concentrates on a class of infinite-dimensional stochastic integro-differential systems. We establish the well-posedness of the system and identify mild solutions to the system and an abstract stochastic Cauchy problem. This identification is identified by employing a semigroup approach combined with Yosida approximation. We derive sufficient conditions that ensure the mean-square exponential stability of mild solutions to the system boils down to the boundedness of a certain function and a norm estimate for the stochastic part. These conditions are implemented through the semigroup approach and the composition operator method. Illustrative examples are provided and the obtained theoretical results are validated by numerical simulations.

Bipartite consensus problems of Lurie multi-agent systems over signed graphs: A contraction approach

This paper examines the bipartite consensus problems for the nonlinear multi-agent systems in Lurie dynamics form with cooperative and competitive communication between different agents. Based on the contraction theory, some new conditions for the nonlinear Lurie multi-agent systems reaching bipartite leaderless consensus and bipartite tracking consensus are presented. Compared with the traditional methods, this approach degrades the dimensions of the conditions, eliminates some restrictions of the system matrix, and extends the range of the nonlinear function. Finally, two numerical examples are provided to illustrate the efficiency of our results.

This paper is concerned with the global well-posedness of the solution to the compressible Navier-Stokes/Allen-Cahn system and its sharp interface limit in one-dimensional *** the perturbations with small energy but possibly large oscillations of rarefaction wave solutions near phase separation,and where the strength of the initial phase field could be arbitrarily large,we prove that the solution of the Cauchy problem exists for all time,and converges to the centered rarefaction wave solution of the corresponding standard two-phase Euler equation as the viscosity and the thickness of the interface tend to *** proof is mainly based on a scaling argument and a basic energy method.

Analysis of amino acid enantiomers in ambient aerosols:Effects and removal of coexistent aerosol matrix

Amino acids(AAs)including D-and L-enantiomers are a group of organic nitrogen species in ambient *** to the low abundances of AAs(level of ng/m^(3))and the matrix effects by coexistent components,it is challenging to quantify AA enantiomers in ambient aerosols especially under pollution *** this study,we present an optimized method for analyzing AA enantiomers in atmospheric aerosol samples including a pretreatment process and the detection by high performance liquid chromatography coupled to a fuorescence detector(HPLC-FLD).Matrix effects caused by coexistent chemicals on AA enantiomers analysis in ambient aerosol samples were investigated especially for those collected in pollution *** results revealed that the determination of AA enantiomers is significantly affected by the coexistent organic carbon(as a proxy of organic matter)and water-soluble ion of NH_(4)^(+).To remove the matrix effects,we applied a pretreatment using the solid phase extraction column coupled with alkaline adjustment to sample *** pretreatment,1. AAs including 6 pairs of D-and L-enantiomers(i.e.,leucine,isoleucine,valine,alanine,serine,and aspartic acid)can be successfully separated and quantified in aerosol samples by *** recoveries are in the range of 67%-1.6%.This method was successfully applied to the urban aerosol samples from pollution and non-pollution periods for AA enantiomers *** suggest that the concentrations of D-AAs and the ratio of D-AA/L-AA are indicative of the contribution of bacterial sources and the infuence of biomass burning.
