This paper is devoted to understanding the stability of perturbations around the hydrostatic equilibrium of the Boussinesq system in order to gain insight into certain atmospheric and oceanographic *** Boussinesq system focused on here is anisotropic,and involves only horizontal dissipation and thermal *** the 2D case R^(2),due to the lack of vertical dissipation,the stability and large-time behavior problems have remained open in a Sobolev *** the spatial domain T×R,this paper solves the stability problem and gives the precise large-time behavior of the *** decomposing the velocity u and temperatureθinto the horizontal average(ū,θ)and the corresponding oscillation(ū,θ),we can derive the global stability in H~2 and the exponential decay of(ū,θ)to zero in H^(1..Moreover,we also obtain that(ū_(2),θ)decays exponentially to zero in H^(1.,and thatū_(1.decays exponentially toū_(1.(∞)in H^(1.as well;this reflects a strongly stratified phenomenon of buoyancy-driven *** addition,we establish the global stability in H^(3)for the 3D case R^(3).

A class of stochastic Besov spaces BpL2(Ω;H~α(O)), 1. p ≤∞ and α ∈ [-2, 2], is introduced to characterize the regularity of the noise in the semilinear stochastic heat equation du-△udt = f(u)dt + d W(t),under the following conditions for some α ∈(0, 1.:‖(∫t)0e~(-(t-s)A)dW(S)‖_(L2(Ω;L2(O)))≤Cta/2and ‖(∫t)0e~(-(t-s)A)dW(S)‖_(B~∞L2(Ω;H~α(O)))≤C The conditions above are shown to be satisfied by both trace-class noises(with α = 1. and one-dimensional space-time white noises(with α =1.2). The latter would fail to satisfy the conditions with α =1.2 if the stochastic Besov norm ∥·∥_(B~∞L2(Ω;H~α(O)))is replaced by the classical Sobolev norm ∥·∥_(L2(Ω;H~α(O))), and this often causes reduction of the convergence order in the numerical analysis of the semilinear stochastic heat equation. In this paper, the convergence of a modified exponential Euler method, with a spectral method for spatial discretization,is proved to have order α in both the time and space for possibly nonsmooth initial data in L4(Ω;H~β(O)) withβ >-1. by utilizing the real interpolation properties of the stochastic Besov spaces and a class of locally refined stepsizes to resolve the singularity of the solution at t = 0.

In this paper,we consider two kinds of extragradient methods to solve the pseudo-monotone stochastic variational inequality ***,we present the modified stochastic extragradient method with constant step-size(MSEGMC)and prove the convergence of *** the strong pseudo-monotone operator and the exponentially growing sample sequences,we establish the R-linear convergence rate in terms of the mean natural residual and the oracle complexity O(1.ǫ).Second,we propose a modified stochastic extragradient method with adaptive step-size(MSEGMA).In addition,the step-size of MSEGMA does not depend on the Lipschitz constant and without any line-search ***,we use some numerical experiments to verify the effectiveness of the two algorithms.

The development of accurate,rapid and practical electrochemical sensing technology for antibiotic detection has an important application prospect in many fields such as food safety,environmental monitoring,medical and health *** this research,kanamycin specific DNA aptamer and its partially complementary short chain were self-assembled onto the surface of an integrated portable plastic gold electrode(PGE)by Au-s bond,and a simple kanamycin electrochemical biosensor interface was *** the same time,the epoxy resin channel layer was designed,and the auxiliary instrument was set up independently in the laboratory,which could help to measure and analyze eight groups of samples automatically in *** quantitative analysis results showed that in 20 min,the sensor had a good linear relationship between the peak current change of square wave voltammetry and the negative logarithm of kanamycin concentration when kanamycin concentration was in the range of 1.1.o0μmol/L,and the detection limit could reach 0.40μmol/*** addition,the discrimination could be achieved within 5 min in the real-time analysis *** sensor had a simple construction method,good selectivity and stability,and could be used for rapid or real-time detection of kanamycin residues in actual water samples,which provided a new direction for the practical detection of kanamycin in environmental watersamples.
