An aqueous rechargeable Fe//LiMn_(2)O_()hybrid battery with superior electrochemical performance beyond mainstream Fe-based batteries

Aqueous rechargeable batteries(ARBs)are generally safer than non-aqueous analogues,they are also less-expensive,and more friendly to the ***,the inherent disadvantage of the narrow electrochemical window of H2O seriously restricts the energy density and output voltage of ARBs,especially aqueous rechargeable Fe-based ***,we introduce a new battery system:the anode contains C@Fe/Fe_(2)O_(3)composite,which is interfaced with an alkaline electrolyte;the cathode contains LiMn_(2)O_()in contact with a neutral electrolyte.A Li^(+)-conducting membrane is carefully selected to decouple the electrode-electrolyte,which effectively widens the electrochemical window to above 2.65 V,thereby enables an aqueous rechargeable iron *** average output voltage is 1.83 V and its energy density is 235.3 Wh/kg at 549 W/*** this work,we propose the energy storage mechanism with the aid of density functional theory(DFT).The calculated reduction potential of the anode agrees with the experimental ***,this battery system demonstrates long cycle lifespan of approximately 2500 cycles at 2 A/g,corresponding to a capacity retention of 82.1..These results are very far superior than those of mainstream aqueous rechargeable Fe-based batteries,which guarantee future investigation for storing electricity energy.

Alignment,functionalization and detection of carbon nanotube(CNT)bundles are vital processes for utilizing this onedimensional nanomaterial in ***,we report a polymer-assisted wet shearing method to acquire super-aligned craterpatterned CNT arrays by nanobubble(NB)self-assembly with a"migrate and aggregation"mechanism and use craters to controllably mold even-sized nanodisks periodically along CNT bundles with tunable *** green,low-cost method can be extended to diverse substrates and fabricate different *** an example,the Ag-nanodisk-patterned CNT arrays are utilized as substrates of surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)for rhodamine 6G(R6G)and methylene blue(MB)in which a linear correlation is found between the SERS intensity and the CNT bundle density due to the periodic distribution of hot spots,enabling a spectral detection of CNT bundles and their densities by conventional dye *** from routine morphological characterization,this spectral method possesses an enhanced accuracy and a detection range of 0.1.2μm^(–1.,showing its uniqueness in the detection of CNT bundle density since the intensity of traditional spectral merely relates to the quantity of CNTs,exhibiting its potential in future CNT-bundle-based electronics.

Structure and immunomodulatory activity of Lentinus edodes polysaccharides modified by probiotic fermentation

Plant-based fermentations provide an untapped source for novel biotechnological *** this study,a probiotic named Lactobacillus fermentum 21.28 was introduced to ferment Lentinus *** were extracted from fermented and non-fermented *** and purified via DEAE-52 and Sephadex *** components designated F-LEP-2a and NF-LEP-2a were analyzed by FT-IR,HPGPC,HPAEC,SEM,GC-MS and *** results revealed that probiotic fermentation increased the molecular weight from 1.1.×1.^(4) Da to 1.87×1.^(4) Da and altered the proportions of glucose,galactose and mannose,in which glucose increased from 45.94%to 48.1.%.Methylation analysis and NMR spectra indicated that F-LEP-2a and NF-LEP-2a had similar linkage ***,their immunomodulatory activities were evaluated with immunosuppressive ***-LEP and F-LEP improved immune organ indices,immunoglobulin(Ig G and Ig M)and cytokines concentrations;restored the antioxidation capacity of liver;and maintained the balance of gut microbiota.F-LEP displayed better moderating effects on the spleen index,immunoglobulin,cytokines and the diversity of gut microbiota than NF-LEP(200,400 mg/kg).Our study provides an efficient and environment-friendly way for the structural modification of polysaccharides,which helps to enhance their biological activity and promote their wide application in food,medicine and other fields.

Improving the response of 2D COFs to the surface doping strategies through rational design of their chemical structure

The chemical structure of covalent organic frameworks(COFs)plays a key role in their response to the surface doping strategy used for tuning their electronic character,but it is still not fully *** explore a rational design proposal for their chemical structure,the electronic properties of three n-doped typical COFs,including boroncontaining(COF-1.,triazine-based(CTF),and C–C bondlinked(GCOF)COFs,were investigated theoretically in this *** expected,the chemical doping effects are different for these *** dispersion of the frontier bands,the nuclear-independent chemical shift(NICS)aromaticity index results,distribution of the electron localization function(ELF),and Hirshfeld charge population plots show that part of the transferred electron from dopants will be offset by the intralayer charge transfer of ***,chemical doping effects are more significant if the electron distribution in the COFs is more *** means the response of COFs to the surface doping strategy should be dominated by the conjugation degree of their chemical *** results prove that the intrinsic conjugation degree of COFs plays a key role in such doping functionalization strategies,which are expected to provide more useful information for the initial structure design of COF materials and facilitate their practical applications as active electronic transport materials in nanoscale devices.

DSN-BR-Based Online Inspection Method and Application for Surface Defects of Pharmaceutical Products in Aluminum-Plastic Blister Packages

Ensuring high product quality is of paramount importance in pharmaceutical drug manufacturing,as it is subject to rigorous regulatory *** study presents a research focused on the development of an on-line detection method and system for identifying surface defects in pharmaceutical products packaged in aluminum-plastic ***,the aluminum-plastic blister packages exhibit multi-scale features and inter-class *** address this,the deep semantic network with boundary refinement(DSN-BR)model is proposed,which leverages semantic segmentation domain knowledge,to accurately segment the defects in pixel ***,a specialized image acquisition module that minimizes the impact of ambient light is established,ensuring high-quality image ***,the image acquisition module,image detection module,and data management module are designed to construct a comprehensive online surface defect detection *** validate the effectiveness of our approach,we employ a real dataset for instance verification on the implemented *** experimental results substantiate the outstanding performance of the DSN-BR,achieving the mean intersection over union(MIoU)of 90.5%.Furthermore,the proposed system achieves an inference speed of up to 1..1. f/s,while attaining an F1.Score of 98.25%.These results demonstrate that the system meets the actual needs of the enterprise and provides theoretical and methodological support for intelligent inspection of product surface *** standardizing the control process of pharmaceutical manufacturing and improving the management capability of the manufacturing process,our approach holds significant market application prospects.

BSTFNet:An Encrypted Malicious Traffic Classification Method Integrating Global Semantic and Spatiotemporal Features

While encryption technology safeguards the security of network communications,malicious traffic also uses encryption protocols to obscure its malicious *** address the issues of traditional machine learning methods relying on expert experience and the insufficient representation capabilities of existing deep learning methods for encrypted malicious traffic,we propose an encrypted malicious traffic classification method that integrates global semantic features with local spatiotemporal features,called BERT-based Spatio-Temporal Features Network(BSTFNet).At the packet-level granularity,the model captures the global semantic features of packets through the attention mechanism of the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers(BERT)*** the byte-level granularity,we initially employ the Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit(BiGRU)model to extract temporal features from bytes,followed by the utilization of the Text Convolutional Neural Network(TextCNN)model with multi-sized convolution kernels to extract local multi-receptive field spatial *** fusion of features from both granularities serves as the ultimate multidimensional representation of malicious *** approach achieves accuracy and F1.score of 99.39%and 99.40%,respectively,on the publicly available USTC-TFC201. dataset,and effectively reduces sample confusion within the Neris and Virut *** experimental results demonstrate that our method has outstanding representation and classification capabilities for encrypted malicious traffic.

Photostriction effect and electric properties of La-doped PMN-PT transparent ferroelectric ceramics

Ferroelectric ceramics display a remarkable photostriction effect,which could facilitate the prevention of electromagnetic interference and promote the integration and miniaturization of actuator systems,indicating potential applications in glim-mer *** this work,highly transparent La-doped 0.9Pb(Mg1.3Nb2/3)O3-0.1.bTiO3(0.9PMN-0.1.T)ceramicswere synthesized using a solid-state reaction method in an oxyge-nated *** and SEM were used to analyze the phase structure of the dense samples,which displayed a pure perovskite structure,with no trace of a pyrochlore *** La doping,the phase transitiontemperature shows a decreasing trend,and its dielectric constant could reach up to 20,*** P-E loop of the samples was gradually refined into a straight line with an increase in the doping *** La doping,the transparency of the 0.9PMN-0.1.T cera-mics was significantly enhanced and reached up to 61.at the near-infrared ***,the photogenerated voltage and deformation of the La-doped 0.9PMN-0.1.T ceramics were investigated under ultraviolet light of various *** 20 s of irradiation at an intensity of 800 mW/cm²,the max-imum voltage and deformation,with values of 40 V and 250 nm,respectively,were both found in the 1.La-doped 0.9PMN-0.1.T ceramics.

Proteomics Study of Benzene Metabolite Hydroquinone Induced Hematotoxicity in K562 Cells

Objective Hydroquinone(HQ),one of the phenolic metabolites of benzene,is widely recognized as an important participant in benzene-induced ***,there are few relevant proteomics in HQ-induced hematotoxicity and the mechanism hasn’t been fully understood *** In this study,we treated K562 cells with 40μmol/L HQ for 72 h,examined and validated protein expression changes by Label-free proteomic analysis and Parallel reaction monitoring(PRM),and performed bioinformatics analysis to identify interaction *** One hundred and eighty-seven upregulated differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)and 279 downregulated DEPs were identified in HQ-exposed K562 cells,which were involved in neutrophilmediated immunity,blood microparticle,and other GO terms,as well as the lysosome,metabolic,cell cycle,and cellular senescence-related *** on the 23 DEGs and 5 DEPs in erythroid differentiation-related pathways,we constructed the network of protein interactions and determined 6 DEPs(STAT1.STAT3,CASP3,KIT,STAT5B,and VEGFA)as main hub proteins with the most interactions,among which STATs made a central impact and may be potential biomarkers of HQ-induced *** Our work reinforced the use of proteomics and bioinformatic approaches to advance knowledge on molecular mechanisms of HQ-induced hematotoxicity at the protein level and provide a valuable basis for further clarification.
