Recovering high-quality inscription images from unknown and complex inscription noisy images is a challenging research *** fromnatural images,character images pay more attention to stroke ***,existingmodelsmainly consider pixel-level informationwhile ignoring structural information of the character,such as its edge and glyph,resulting in reconstructed images with mottled local structure and character *** solve these problems,we propose a novel generative adversarial network(GAN)framework based on an edge-guided generator and a discriminator constructed by a dual-domain U-Net framework,i.e.,*** existing frameworks,the generator introduces the edge extractionmodule,guiding it into the denoising process through the attention mechanism,which maintains the edge detail of the restored inscription ***,a dual-domain U-Net-based discriminator is proposed to learn the global and local discrepancy between the denoised and the label images in both image and morphological domains,which is helpful to blind denoising *** proposed dual-domain discriminator and generator for adversarial training can reduce local artifacts and keep the denoised character structure *** to the lack of a real-inscription image,we built the real-inscription dataset to provide an effective benchmark for studying inscription image *** experimental results show the superiority of our method both in the synthetic and real-inscription datasets.

The ubiquitous implementation of integrated microelectronics requires the on-chip power sources featured with the lightweight configuration design,high areal-capacity-loadings as well as facile reaction kinetics that beyond the current available microbattery ***,this study constructs a mechanically flexible,nanocellulose fiber(NCF)reinforced microbattery configuration,which consists of metal-organic frameworks(ZIF-8)modified NCF as the separator(MOF@NCF),the carbonized MOF@NCF as the metallic deposition substrate(c-MOF@NCF)as well as gradient-structured LiFePO4 particles infiltrated in the NCF matrix(LFP@NCF)as the *** film-stacked,integrated NCF-based microbattery prototype not only achieves the facile reaction kinetics with homogenized,dendrite-free Li metal deposition at high-capacity-loadings(2 mAh·cm^(-2)),but also eliminates the necessary use of metallic current collector to maximize the electroactive mass ratio,which therefore enables the high energy density of 6.8 mWh·cm^(-2)at the power output of 1.36 mW·cm^(-2)as well as the robust cyclability upon various geometric flexing *** study presents a quantum leap towards the facile reaction kinetics and multi-scale interfacial stability for the flexible microbattery construction that based on the sustainable utilization of bio-scaffolds.

Bone homeostasis relies on the dynamic balance of osteoblast mediated bone construction and osteoclast-based bone resorption processes,which has been reported to be controlled by various mineral ***,there is no direct evidence of the effect and the underlying mechanism of high salt stimulation on bone *** this study,we demonstrated that high salt stimulation promoted excessive mitochondrial fission mediated by dynamin-related protein 1.in mesenchymal stem cells,which resulted in impaired mitochondrial morphology and ***,this impairment hindered the bone formation of mesenchymal stem cells,resulting in osteopenia in ***,the impaired property of mesenchymal stem cells which was caused by high salt was controlled by dynamin-related protein 1.mediated mitochondrial fission,which inhibited the classical Wnt signaling ***,the osteogenic property of mesenchymal stem cells decreased by high salt could be restored by exosomes to transfer the mitochondrial DNA into the impaired mesenchymal stem *** study provides not only new strategies for promoting bone regeneration but also new insights into the effect and mechanism of exosome-mediated delivery.

Biopolymers,the potential flexoelectric materials,are environment-friendly,degradable,lightweight,cost-effective,and possess remarkable processing properties catering to the requirements of advanced ***,the flexoelectric coefficient of biopolymers is normally much weaker than that of ceramic materials,limiting their potential applications for designing high-performance green electromechanical coupling *** improve the flexoelectric response in biopolymers,we composited barium titanate(BTO)with 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1.oxyl-oxidized cellulose nanofibrils(TOCNF)to enhance the flexoelectric response of *** to the high permittivity and flexoelectric effect of BTO,the relative dielectric constant and flexoelectric coefficient of 33.3 wt%BTO-TOCNF films reached 30.94@1.kHz and 50.05±1.88 nC/m@1.Hz,which were almost 1.2 times and 27 times higher than those of TOCNF,*** composite thin film contains high dielectric constant and flexoelectric coefficient,as well as excellent *** study provided a straightforward and efficient method for improving the flexoelectric effect of biopolymers,and demonstrated its great potential applications in flexoelectric-based devices.

With the deepening of neural network research,object detection has been developed rapidly in recent years,and video object detection methods have gradually attracted the attention of scholars,especially frameworks including multiple object tracking and *** current works prefer to build the paradigm for multiple object tracking and detection by multi-task *** with others,a multi-level temporal feature fusion structure is proposed in this paper to improve the performance of framework by utilizing the constraint of video temporal *** training the temporal network end-to-end,a feature exchange training strategy is put forward for training the temporal feature fusion structure *** proposed method is tested on several acknowledged benchmarks,and encouraging results are obtained compared with the famous joint detection and tracking *** ablation experiment answers the problem of a good position for temporal feature fusion.

The human gastrointestinal tract is populated with a diverse microbial *** vast genetic and metabolic potential of the gut microbiome underpins its ubiquity in nearly every aspect of human biology,including health maintenance,development,aging,and *** advent of new sequencing technologies and culture-independent methods has allowed researchers to move beyond correlative studies toward mechanistic explorations to shed light on microbiome–host *** has unveiled the bidirectional communication between the gut microbiome and the central nervous system,referred to as the“microbiota–gut–brain axis”.The microbiota–gut–brain axis represents an important regulator of glial functions,making it an actionable target to ameliorate the development and progression of neurodegenerative *** this review,we discuss the mechanisms of the microbiota–gut–brain axis in neurodegenerative *** the gut microbiome provides essential cues to microglia,astrocytes,and oligodendrocytes,we examine the communications between gut microbiota and these glial cells during healthy states and neurodegenerative ***,we discuss the mechanisms of the microbiota–gut–brain axis in neurodegenerative diseases using a metabolite-centric approach,while also examining the role of gut microbiota-related neurotransmitters and gut ***,we examine the potential of targeting the intestinal barrier,blood–brain barrier,meninges,and peripheral immune system to counteract glial dysfunction in ***,we conclude by assessing the pre-clinical and clinical evidence of probiotics,prebiotics,and fecal microbiota transplantation in neurodegenerative diseases.A thorough comprehension of the microbiota–gut–brain axis will foster the development of effective therapeutic interventions for the management of neurodegenerative diseases.
