Spatial Differentiation and Convergence Trend of High-quality Development Level of China’s Tourism Economy

This paper aims to interpret the connotation of high-quality development of tourism economy(HQTE)from the perspective of the new development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,and then to evaluate the spatial differenti-ation of China’s HQTE based on provincial panel data from 2009 to ***,we employ the spatial convergence model to ex-plore the absolute and conditionalβconvergence trends of HQTE in the whole country and the eastern,central and western regions of *** empirical results reveal that:1.within the decade,from 2009 to 201.,regions of China with the highest HQTE index is its eastern region followed by the central region and then the western region,but the fastest growing one is the western region of China fol-lowed by the central region and then the eastern region.2)Whether or not the spatial effect is included,there are absolute and condition-alβconvergence in HQTE in the whole country and aforementioned three regions.3)The degree of government attention as well as the level of economic development and location accessibility are the positive driving factors for the convergence of HQTE in the whole country and the three *** degree of marketization and human capital have not passed the significance test either in the whole country or in the three *** above conclusions could deepen the understanding of the regional imbalance and spatial conver-gence characteristics of HQTE,clarify the primary development objects,and accomplish the goal of China’s HQTE.

Stand dynamics of old-growth hemlock forests in central Bhutan are shaped by natural disturbances

Understanding how past disturbances have influenced the development of forests is critical for deciphering their current structure and composition and forecasting future *** this study,dendrochronological methods were applied to uncover the disturbance history of old-growth hemlock-dominated forests in central *** of tree-ring samples from two old-growth hemlock stands,located in two different topographic settings,identified the importance of gap-phase dynamics in facilitating recruitment and growth releases and producing complex,multi-aged structure s over *** site showed evidence of a near stand-replacing disturbance in the late 1.00s,while the other showed no evide nce of high-severity disturbance at any time over the last 400 *** both sites low-to medium-severity disturbances,some of which appear to be associated with cyclones originating in the Bay of Bengal,dominated the disturbance *** hemlock stands exhibited a significant positive association between cyclone occurrence and growth release events and between recruitment pulses and growth release *** 1.00 to 1.70 there was an increase in recruitment of angiosperm tree species at most sites and a corresponding decline in conifer *** the past 50 years there has been little new recruitment;this may be due to light limitation in the understory from shade-tolerant angiosperms and bamboo in the lower strata of these *** variations in disturbance dynamics and recruitment were observed across the study sites,suggesting that other factors,such as topography and climate,may be influencing long-term stand development *** study highlights the complex interplay between historical disturbance regimes and tree recruitment in shaping the age and size structures of old-growth hemlock forests in central *** also provides new insights into the dynamics of these forests that can be used to support effective forest conservation and management i

Oxygen-assisted zinc recovery from electric arc furnace dust using magnesium chloride

Electric arc furnace(EAF)dust is an important secondary resource containing metals,such as zinc(Zn)and iron(Fe).Recover-ing Zn from EAF dust can contribute to resource recycling and reduce environmental ***,the high chemical stability of ZnFe_(2)O_(4)in EAF dust poses challenges to Zn *** address this issue,a facile approach that involves oxygen-assisted chlorination using molten MgCl_(2)is *** work focused on elucidating the role of O2 in the reaction between ZnFe_(2)O_(4)and molten MgCl_(2).The results demonstrate that MgCl_(2)effectively broke down the ZnFe_(2)O_(4)structure,and the high O2 atmosphere considerably promoted the sep-aration of Zn from other components in the form of ZnCl_(2).The presence of O2 facilitated the formation of MgFe_(2)O_(4),which stabilized Fe and prevented its ***,the excessive use of MgCl_(2)resulted in increased evaporation loss,and high temperatures pro-moted the rapid separation of *** on these findings,we successfully extracted ZnCl_(2)-enriched volatiles from practical EAF dust through oxygen-assisted *** optimized conditions,this method achieved exceptional Zn chlorination percentage of over 97%within a short period,while Fe chlorination remained below 1..The resulting volatiles contained 85wt%of ZnCl_(2),which can be further processed to produce metallic *** findings offer guidance for the selective recovery of valuable metals,particularly from solid wastes such as EAF dust.

Garnet-type solid-state batteries(SSBs)are considered to be one of the most promising candidates to realize next-generation lithium metal batteries with high energy density and ***,the dendrite-induced short-circuit and the poor interfacial contact impeded the practical ***,interface engineering to achieve low interfacial resistance without high temperature calcination was developed,which Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(1.)(LLZTO)was simply coated with complex hydride(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I(3L1.))in various mass ratios n(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I)-(1.0−n)LLZTO(1.≤n≤40).The interfacial conductivity increases by more than three orders of magnitude from 8.29×1.^(−6)S·cm^(−1.to 1.1.×1.^(−2)S·cm^(−1..Symmetric Li cells exhibit a high critical current density(CCD)of 4.0 mA·cm^(−2) and an excellent cycling stability for 200 h at 4.0 mA·cm^(−2).SSBs with polymeric sulfur-polyacrylonitrile(SPAN)cathode achieve a high discharge capacity of 1.49 mAh·g^(−1. with a capacity retention of 91.after 1.0 cycles(0.2 C).This attempt guides a simple yet efficient strategy for obtaining a stable Li/LLZTO interface,which would promote the development of solid-state batteries.

Quantification of perfluorinated compounds in atmospheric particulate shows potential connection with environmental event

A method of quantification of perfluorinated compounds(PFCs)from atmospheric particulate matter(APM)is described.A single step pretreatment method,selective pressurized liquid extraction(SPLE),was developed to reduce the high matrix background and avoid contamination from commonly used multiple sample pretreatment *** effective sorbent was selected to purify the PFCs during SPLE,followed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS),for quantification of *** affecting the SPLE efficiency,including temperature,static extraction time,and number of extraction cycles used,were *** optimum conditions were found to be 1.0℃,1. min,and 3 cycles,***-MS/MS method was developed to obtain the optimal sensitivity specific to *** method detection limits(MDLs)were 0.006 to 0.48 ng/g for the PFCs studied and the linear response range was from 0.1.to 1.0 ng/*** ensure accurate values were obtained,each step of the experiment was evaluated and controlled to prevent *** optimized method was tested by performing spiking experiments in natural particulate matter matrices and good rates of recovery and reproducibility were obtained for all target ***,the method was successfully used to measure 1. PFCs in the APM samples collected in Beijing over five years from 201. to *** is observed that some PFCs follow the trend of total PFC changes,and can be attributed to the environment influencing events and policy enforcement,while others don't seem to change as much with time of the year or from year to year.

The development and exploration of efficient and economical electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction（OER） represents the main bottleneck to unlocking a sustainable energy scenario based on elec trocataly tic water *** scale integration of three-dimensional（3D） porous heterostructure with highly dispersed active sites and good structural stability is ***,a dual template route is developed to construct the 3D porous SiO2/nitrogen-doped carbon（NC）/Co-carbon nano tubes（CNTs） hetero ***,the hard template（SiO2nano spheres） contributes to 3D porous structure,increases the specific surface area,and promotes the contact area of the *** the same time,the soft template（basic zinc carbonate） can control the growth of 1. CNTs and facilitate the exposure of the active ***,3D porous SiO2/NC/Co-CNTs hetero structure inherits highly dispersed Co nanoparticles coated by *** conductive channels and abundant N hetero atoms doping are reasonably constructed by a dual template ***,SiO2/NC/Co-CNTs catalyst provides an extraordinary activity for the OER in alkaline media,with a low overpotential of 298 mV at a current density of 1. mA·***,SiO2/NC/Co-CNTs hetero structure enables excellent long-term durability with a 1. mV decay in overpotential after 3000 cyclic voltammetry cycles,and 97% remain in current density over 20 *** is believed that this dual template strategy can provide a new and simple way to construct a highly dispersed active site in electrocatalysts.
