Dual modification of LiNi_(0.83)Co_(0.1.)Mn_(0.06)O_(2) cathode materials by K^(+) doping and Li_(3)PO_(4) coating for lithium ions batteries

Li_(3)PO_(4)@Li_(0.99)K_(0.01.Ni_(0.83)Co_(0.1.)Mn_(O.06)O_(2)(NCM-KP) cathode powders are synthesized via K^(+)doping in calcination processes and H_3PO_4 coating in sol-gel processes.K^(+) precisely enters into the lattice to widen the(003) plane to 0.4746 nm with a lower cationic disordered degree of 1.87%.Moreover,the surface residual lithium salts are treated by H_3PO_4 to generate a uniform Li_(3)PO_(4) coating layer of approximately 1..41.nm,which completely covers on the surface of secondary spherical particles to improve the interfacial *** 25℃,the NCM-KP electrode delivers a discharge specific capacity of 1.8.9 mAh·g^(-1. with a remarkable capacity retention ratio of 84.1. after 200 cycles at 1.0C and retains a high reversible specific capacity of 1.4.4 mAh·g^(-1. at *** at 1.0C and 60℃,it can maintain a reversible discharge specific capacity of 1.4.6 mAh·g^(-1. with 0.21. of capacity decay per cycle after 200 cycles,which is significantly lower than 0.40% for the pristine NCM ***,the charge transfer resistance of 238.89 Ω for the NCM-KP electrode is significantly lower than 947.41.Ω for the pristine NCM one by restricting the interfacial side ***,combining K+doping and Li_(3)PO_(4) coating is an effective strategy to enable the significant improvement of the electrochemical property of high-nickel cathode materials,which may be mainly attributed to the widened diffusion pathway and the formed Li_(3)PO_(4) protective layer,thus promoting Li~+diffusion rate and preventing the erosion of HF.

Intelligent geochemical interpretation of mass chromatograms:Based on convolution neural network

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)is an extremely important analytical technique that is widely used in organic *** is the only approach to capture biomarker features of organic matter and provides the key evidence for oil-source correlation and thermal maturity ***,the conventional way of processing and interpreting the mass chromatogram is both timeconsuming and labor-intensive,which increases the research cost and restrains extensive applications of this *** overcome this limitation,a correlation model is developed based on the convolution neural network(CNN)to link the mass chromatogram and biomarker features of samples from the Triassic Yanchang Formation,Ordos Basin,*** this way,the mass chromatogram can be automatically *** research first performs dimensionality reduction for 1. biomarker parameters via the factor analysis and then quantifies the biomarker features using two indexes(*** and PMI)that represent the organic matter thermal maturity and parent material type,***,training,interpretation,and validation are performed multiple times using different CNN models to optimize the model structure and hyper-parameter setting,with the mass chromatogram used as the input and the obtained MI and PMI values for supervision(label).The optimized model presents high accuracy in automatically interpreting the mass chromatogram,with R2values typically above 0.85 and0.80 for the thermal maturity and parent material interpretation results,*** significance of this research is twofold:(i)developing an efficient technique for geochemical research;(ii)more importantly,demonstrating the potential of artificial intelligence in organic geochemistry and providing vital references for future related studies.

Methane adsorption effected by pore structure of overmature continental shale:Lower Cretaceous Shahezi Formation,Xujiaweizi Fault,Songliao Basin

Overmature continental shale is commonly developed,but few studies have given insight into its pore structure and sorption *** techniques,including SEM,helium porosity and permeability,N_(2)/CO_(2)adsorption,MICP,and NMR,were used to detect the pore structure of shale from the Shahezi Formation,Xujiaweizi Fault,Songliao *** excess methane adsorption volumes were measured by the volumetric method and modeled by the Langmuir *** on the findings,the most developed pores are intraparticle pores in clay minerals,followed by the dissolution pores in feldspar,but organic pores are *** selected shales have low helium porosity(mean 1.66%)and ultralow permeability(mean 0.0498×1.^(−3)μm^(2)).The pore throats are at the nanoscale,and the pore-throat size distributions are unimodal,with most less than 50 *** studied shales are characterized by the lower specific surface area(SSA)and pore volume(PV)but the larger average pore *** total SSA is contributed by the micro-and mesopores,while the PV is dominated by meso-and *** pore structures are more complex and controlled by multiple factors,such as mineral compositions and diagenesis,but organic matter is not *** maximum absolute adsorption methane volume(VL)is 0.97−3.58 cm^(3)/g(mean 1.90 cm^(3)/g),correlating well with the total SSA,SSA,and pore volume of micropores,which indicates that methane is mainly adsorbed and stored in micropores,followed by mesopores.

Integrated assessment of yield,nitrogen use efficiency and ecosystem economic benefits of use of controlled-release and common urea in ratoon rice production

Controlled-release urea(CRU)is commonly used to improve the crop yield and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE).However,few studies have investigated the effects of CRU in the ratoon rice *** rice is the practice of obtaining a second harvest from tillers originating from the stubble of the previously harvested main *** this study,a 2-year field experiment using a randomized complete block design was conducted to determine the effects of CRU on the yield,NUE,and economic benefits of ratoon rice,including the main crop,to provide a theoretical basis for fertilization of ratoon *** experiment included four treatments:(i)no N fertilizer(CK);(ii)traditional practice with 5 applications of urea applied at different crop growth stages by surface broadcasting(FFP);(iii)one-time basal application of CRU(BF1.;and(iv)one-time basal application of CRU combined with common urea(BF2).The BF1.and BF2 treatments significantly increased the main crop yield by 1..47 and 1..99%in 201.,and by 1..91.and 1..44%in 2020,respectively,compared with FFP *** BF2 treatment achieved similar yield of the ratoon crop to the FFP treatment,whereas the BF1.treatment significantly increased the yield of the ratoon crop by 1..81.in 201. and 1..21.in 2020 compared with the FFP *** BF1.and BF2 treatments significantly improved the 2-year apparent N recovery efficiency,agronomic NUE,and partial factor productivity of applied N by 1..47-1..66,27.31.44.49,and 9.23-1..60%,respectively,compared with FFP *** BF1.and BF2 treatments reduced the chalky rice rate and chalkiness of main and ratoon crops relative to the FFP ***,emergy analysis showed that the production efficiency of the BF treatments was higher than that of the FFP *** BF treatments reduced labor input due to reduced fertilization times and improved the economic benefits of ratoon *** with the FFP treatment,the BF1.and BF2 treatments increased the net income by 1..21.1.

Effects of biodegradation on diamondoid distribution in crude oils from the Bongor Basin,Chad

The sensitivity of biodegradation on diamondoids was investigated using a series of biodegraded oil samples from the Ronier tectonic unit of Bongor Basin,*** results suggest that diamondoids,including adamantanes(As)and diamantanes(Ds),are relatively resistant to biodegradation and obvious biodegradation was observed in oils with a Peters-Moldowan(PM)biodegradation rank of 6 or ***,the sensibility of biodegradation on diamondoids is generally similar to hopanes and regular *** biodegradation evolves,the changes in concentration and components of diamondoids show that the biodegradation process is selective and *** significant increase of MD/MA and DMD/DMA for oils with a PM ranking 6^(+) indicates that diamantanes are generally more resistant to biodegradation than *** similar trends of DMA/MA,EA/MA,MD/D,DMD/MD and other relevant indexes,show that higher alkylation homologs are more resistant to *** commonly used diamondoid ratios,such as MAI,EAI,MDI and DMID-1.are obviously affected by biodegradation at the stage of high-level biodegradation,which may indicate that these ratios should be used with caution in case of severely degraded oils.

In-situ sludge reduction based on Mn^(2+)-catalytic ozonation conditioning:Feasibility study and microbial mechanisms

To improve the sludge conditioning efficiency without increasing the ozone dose,an in-situ sludge reduction process based on Mn^(2+)-catalytic ozonation conditioning was *** ozone conditioning alone as a control,a lab-scale sequencing batch reactor coupled with ozonated sludge recycle was evaluated for its operating performance at an ozone dose of 75 mg O_(3)/g VSS and 1.5 mmol/L Mn^(2+)*** results showed a 39.4%reduction in MLSS and an observed sludge yield of 0.236 kg MLSS/kg COD for the O_(3)+Mn^(2+)group compared to the O_(3)group (1..3%and 0.292 kg MLSS/kg COD),accompanied by better COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN and TP removal,improved effluent SS and limited impact on excess sludge ***,activity tests,BIOLOG ECO microplates and 1.S rRNA sequencing were applied to elucidate the changing mechanisms of Mn^(2+)-catalytic ozonation related to microbial action:(1. Dehydrogenase activity reached a higher peak.(2) Microbial utilization of total carbon sources had an elevated effect,up to approximately 1.%,and metabolic levels of six carbon sources were also increased,especially for sugars and amino acids most pronounced.(3) The abundance of Defluviicoccus under the phylum Proteobacteria was enhanced to 1..0%and dominated in the sludge,they had strong hydrolytic activity and metabolic *** bacteria of the genus Ferruginibacter also showed an abundance of 7.6%,they contributed to the solubilization and reduction of sludge *** results could guide researchers to further reduce ozonation conditioning costs,improve sludge management and provide theoretical support.

The Mishrif Formation(Cenomanian-E Turonian)is one of the most important geological formations in the Middle East and Iraq because it contains enormous petroleum *** is considered to be the first reservoir in the region,and is still being studied because of its economic *** carbonate of the Mishrif Formation derives from a variety of depositional settings,including mid-ramp,shoal,lagoon,and *** five main microfacies discussed in this paper are wackestone,packstone,grainstone,floatstone,and *** most frequent fossilised components found in the Mishrif Formation are rudists,benthic foraminifera,echinoderms,burrows molluscs,and *** to the microfacies and analysed wireline log data,the sequence stratigraphy of the studied formation is composed of two regression *** parasequences of transgressive-regressive cycles make up the depositional sequence of the Mishrif *** standard depositional environments seem to demonstrate a gradual regression,beginning with a short period of the outer ramp,then a steady period of the mid-ramp,and ending in the intertidal ***,the study recorded two regional maximum flooding surfaces:K-1.5 and *** former is present in the lowermost part of the formation,while the other lies in the *** study shows a close relationship between facies(environments)and hydrocarbon *** increased accumulation focuses on the lower part of the studied formation,and seems to be lower in the upper part of the formation as a result of changes in the environment of deposition.

The Taiyuan Basin is of importance for intraplate tectonic deformation in North China and contains Cenozoic strata with a maximum thickness of 3800 m.A～853.5-m-deep borehole (ZK01. with an overall core recovery rate of 85.09%was drilled at Yuci (37°35'37?N,1.2°39'47?E) in the central Taiyuan Basin,to obtain high-resolution records of paleomagnetism,paleoclimatic and paleoenvironmental conditions,and depositional environment of the *** obtained magnetic polarity sequence consists of 1. normal and 1. reverse zones,which correspond to C1.-C4An.2n of the geomagnetic polarity time *** data show that the evolution of ZK01.core covers the interval from 8.1.Ma to the present,and the bottoms of Pliocene,Quaternary,and Middle Pleistocene were identified in Taiyuan Basin,with a sedimentary accumulation rate ranging from 62.5 m/Ma to 1.5.9 m/*** data reveal that the source rocks in the study area underwent intense weathering and the sediments mainly formed in a semi-arid and oxygen-rich *** addition,paleoclimatic changes occurred at～7 Ma,3.8 Ma,and 1.7 Ma,which can be closely related to the tectonic uplift of the Loess Plateau and Tibetan Plateau,as well as the variations in the Asian monsoon and associated regional and global climatic change.
