Objectives:Cisplatin(CDDP)is a widely used and effective basic chemotherapeutic drug for the treatment of a variety of tumors,including ovarian ***,adverse side effects and acquired drug resistance are observed in the clinical application of *** a mode of administration that can alleviate side effects and reduce drug resistance has become a promising strategy to solve this ***:In this study,3 D printing technology was used to prepare a CDDP-poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(CDDP-PLGA)polymer compound stent,and its physicochemical properties and cytotoxicity were evaluated both in vitro and in ***:The CDDP-PLGA stent had a significant effect on cell proliferation and apoptosis and clearly decreased the size of subcutaneous tumors in nude mice,whereas the systemic side effects were mild compared with those of intraperitoneal CDDP *** with the control group,CDDP-PLGA significantly increased the mRNA and protein levels of p-glycoprotein(P1.P1.and decreased vascular endothelial growth factor mRNA(P1.,however,CDDP-PLGA significantly decreased the mR NA and protein levels of p-glycoprotein(P1.P1.and vascular endothelial growth factor(P1.P1.,which are associated with chemoresistance,in subcutaneous tumor *** assay results revealed that,in the CDDP-PLGA group,the staining of the proliferation-related genes Ki67 and PCNA were lightly,and the apoptosis-related gene caspase-3 stained ***:PLGA biomaterials loaded with CDDP,as compared with the same amount of free CDDP,showed good efficacy in terms of cytotoxicity,as evidenced by changes in *** local CDDP release can decrease the systemic side effects of this drug and the occurrence of drug resistance and angiogenesis,and improve the therapeutic *** new approach may be an effective strategy for the local treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer.

Correlation of An Ultrasonic Scoring System and Intraoperative Blood Loss in Placenta Accreta Spectrum Disorders: A Retrospective Cohort Study

Objective This study aims to investigate the correlation of an ultrasonic scoring system with intraoperative blood loss(IBL) in placenta accreta spectrum(PAS) *** A retrospective cohort study was conducted between January 201. and November *** data for patients with PAS have been obtained from medical records. Generalized additive models were used to explore the nonlinear relationships between ultrasonic scores and IBL. Logistic regressions were used to determine the differences in the risk of IBL ≥ 1.500 m L among groups with different ultrasonic *** A total of 332 patients participated in the analysis. Generalized additive models showed a significant positive correlation between score and blood loss. The amount of IBL was increased due to the rise in the ultrasonic score. All cases were divided into three groups according to the scores(low score group: ≤ 6 points, n = 1.7;median score group: 7-9 points, n = 1.6;and high score group: ≥ 1. points, n = 59). Compared with the low score group, the high score group showed a higher risk of IBL≥ 1.500 m L [odds ratio, 1..09;95% confidence interval(3.85, 59.1.);P ≤ 0.001. after a multivariable *** The risk of blood loss equal to or greater than 1.500 m L increases further when ultrasonic score greater than or equal to 1. points, the preparation for transfusion and referral mechanism should be considered.
