Credit Card Fraud Detection Using Improved Deep Learning Models

Fraud of credit cards is a major issue for financial organizations and *** fraudulent actions become more complex,a demand for better fraud detection systems is *** learning approaches have shown promise in several fields,including detecting credit card ***,the efficacy of these models is heavily dependent on the careful selection of appropriate *** paper introduces models that integrate deep learning models with hyperparameter tuning techniques to learn the patterns and relationships within credit card transaction data,thereby improving fraud *** deep learning models:AutoEncoder(AE),Convolution Neural Network(CNN),and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)are proposed to investigate how hyperparameter adjustment impacts the efficacy of deep learning models used to identify credit card *** experiments conducted on a European credit card fraud dataset using different hyperparameters and three deep learning models demonstrate that the proposed models achieve a tradeoff between detection rate and precision,leading these models to be effective in accurately predicting credit card *** results demonstrate that LSTM significantly outperformed AE and CNN in terms of accuracy(99.2%),detection rate(93.3%),and area under the curve(96.3%).These proposed models have surpassed those of existing studies and are expected to make a significant contribution to the field of credit card fraud detection.

Calix[n]arenes was utilized to detect PABA,the primary sunscreen *** study investigates the interaction of calix[4]arene(C4),calix[6]arene(C6),and PABA using the Langmuir method and first-principle density functional theory(DFT).Using the Langmuir-Schaefer(LS)technique,an ultrathin film composed of calix[n]arenes and their complexes with PABA was deposited on various *** on the Langmuir study,the PABA molecule was bonded to the lower rims of both C4 and C6 with the host-guest ratio of 1.*** of the LS films formed were then characterized by ultravioletvisible spectroscopy(UV-Vis),Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and carbon,hydrogen,nitrogen,sulfur elemental analyzer(CHNS).The band gap reduction obtained in the DFT study denotes the charge transfer interaction with promising reactivity between the calix[n]arenes and *** sensing of PABA by C4 and C6 is successful based on the formation of bonding between them due to the hosts’effective trapping *** outcomes of this study could be applied to drug delivery systems for future pharmaceutical and medical applications.

Employing a 4-form ansatz of 1.-dimensional supergravity over a non-dynamical AdS_(4)×S^(7)/Z_(k)background and setting the internal space as an S1.Hopf fibration on CP3,we obtain a consistent ***(pseudo)scalars,in the resulting scalar equations in Euclidean AdS_(4)space,may be considered to arise from(anti)M-branes wrapping around the internal directions in the(Wick-rotated)skew-whiffed M2-brane background(as the resulting theory is for anti-M2-branes),thus realizing the modes after swapping the three fundamental representations 8_(s),8_(c),and 8_(v) of SO(8).Taking the backreaction on the external and internal spaces,we obtain the massless and massive modes,corresponding to exactly marginal and marginally irrelevant deformations on the boundary CFT3,***,we obtain a closed solution for the bulk equation and compute its correction with respect to the background ***,considering the Higgs-like(breathing)mode m^(2)=1.,having all supersymmetries as well as parity and scale-invariance broken,solving the associated bulk equation with mathematical methods,specifically the Adomian decomposition method,and analyzing the behavior near the boundary of the solutions,we realize the boundary duals in the SU(4)×U(1.-singlet sectors of the ABJM ***,introducing the new dual deformationΔ_(+)=3,6 operators made of bi-fundamental scalars,fermions,and U(1.gauge fields,we obtain the SO(4)-invariant solutions as small instantons on a three-sphere with the radius at infinity,which correspond to collapsing bulk bubbles leading to big-crunch singularities.

This paper focuses on a question raised by Holm and J?rgensen, who asked if the induced cotorsion pairs(Φ（X）, Φ（X）⊥) and(⊥Ψ（Y）, Ψ（Y）) in Rep（Q, A）—the category of all A-valued representations of a quiver Q—are complete whenever（X, Y） is a complete cotorsion pair in an abelian category A satisfying some mild conditions. We give an affirmative answer if the quiver Q is rooted. As an application, we show under certain mild conditions that if a subcategory L, which is not necessarily closed under direct summands, of A is special precovering（resp., preenveloping）, then Φ（L）(resp.,Ψ（L）) is special precovering（resp., preenveloping） in Rep（Q, A）.

In this article, the transmission dynamics of a Hand-Foot-Mouth disease model with treatment and vaccination interventions are studied. We calculated the basic reproduction number and proved the global stability of disease-free equilibrium when R0 R0 > 1. Meanwhile, we obtained the optimal control strategies minimizing the cost of intervention and minimizing the infected person. We also give some numerical simulations to verify our theoretical results.

The eccentricity matrix E(G) of a connected graph G is obtained from the distance matrix of G by leaving unchanged the largest nonzero entries in each row and each column,and replacing the remaining ones with *** this paper,we consider the set CT of clique trees whose blocks contain at most two cut-vertices of the clique *** with studying the structural properties of a clique tree in CT,we prove its eccentricity matrix to be irreducible,and then determine its inertia showing that every graph in CT with more than four vertices and odd diameter has two positive and two negative *** E-eigenvalues and negative E-eigenvalues turn out to be equal in number even for graphs in CT with even diameter;that shared cardinality also counts the‘diametrally distinguished’***,we prove that the spectrum of the eccentricity matrix of a clique tree G in CT is symmetric with respect to the origin if and only if G has an odd diameter and exactly two adjacent central *** results generalize those achieved on trees by *** and *** in 2022.
