Study on Shear Strength Characteristics of Basalt-Concrete Bonding Interface Based on in-situ Direct Shear Test

Rare earth co-doped phosphor for fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR) thermometer has gained increasing attention in recent years. Herein, the novel Tb^(3+)and Eu^(3+)co-doped K_(3)SrBi(P_(2)O_(7))_(2)(KSBP) phosphate phosphors were reported. The crystal structure of the title phosphor was determined using Rietveld refinement and proved to have a three-dimensional structure. The time-resolved spectroscopy reveals that there is almost no energy transfer between Tb^(3+)and Eu^(3+). More importantly, Tb^(3+)and Eu^(3+)emissions show different thermal quenching behaviors, which claims the potential of this material for application in optical thermometer. The FIR of the typical KSBP:0.02Tb^(3+),0.04Eu^(3+)sample demonstrates a polynomial relationship as a function of temperature and the absolute and relative sensitivity are0.025 K^(-1. and 0.59%/K, respectively. In general, our study reports a novel and potential KSBP:Tb^(3+),Eu^(3+)phosphate phosphor that is promising for use in high-sensitive FIR thermometers.

Unfolding rates of 1.1.and 2:1.complex of CX-5461.and c-MYC promoter G-quadruplexes revealed by single-molecule force spectroscopy

CX-5461. also known as pidnarulex, is a strong G4 stabilizer and has received FDA fast-track designation for BRCA1.and BRCA2-mutated cancers. However, quantitative measurements of the unfolding rates of CX-5461.G4 complexes which are important for the regulation function of G4s, remain ***, we employ single-molecule magnetic tweezers to measure the unfolding force distributions of c-MYC G4s in the presence of different concentrations of CX-5461. The unfolding force distributions exhibit three discrete levels of unfolding force peaks, corresponding to three binding modes. In combination with a fluorescent quenching assay and molecular docking to previously reported ligand-c-MYC G4 structure, we assigned the ～69 pN peak corresponding to the 1.1.ligand:G4） complex where CX-5461.inds at the G4's 5'-end. The ～84 p N peak is attributed to the 2:1.complex where CX-5461.occupies both the 5' and 3'. Furthermore, using the Bell-Arrhenius model to fit the unfolding force distributions,we determined the zero-force unfolding rates of 1.1. and 2:1.complexes to be（2.4 ± 0.9） × 1.-8s-1.nd（1.4 ± 1.0） × 1.-9s-1.espectively. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of G4-targeted ligands to combat c-MYC-driven cancers.

CCaP1.CCaP2/CCaP3 interact with plasma membrane H^(+)-ATPases and promote thermoresponsive growth by regulating cell wall modification in Arabidopsis

Arabidopsis plants adapt to warm temperatures by promoting hypocotyl growth primarily through the basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor PIF4 and its downstream genes involved in auxin responses,which enhance cell *** the current study,we discovered that cell wall-related calcium-binding protein 2(CCaP2)and its paralogs CCaP1.and CCaP3 function as positive regulators of thermo-responsive hypocotyl growth by promoting cell elongation in ***,mutations in CCaP1.CCaP2/CCaP3 do not affect the expression of PIF4-regulated classic downstream ***,they do noticeably reduce the expression of xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolase genes,which are involved in cell wall *** also found that CCaP1.CCaP2/CCaP3 are predominantly localized to the plasma membrane,where they interact with the plasma membrane H^(+)-ATPases AHA1.***,we observed that vanadate-sensitive H^(+)-ATPase activity and cell wall pectin and hemicellulose contents are significantly increased in wild-type plants grown at warm temperatures compared with those grown at normal growth temperatures,but these changes are not evident in the ccap1.1.ccap2-1.ccap3-1.triple ***,our findings demonstrate that CCaP1.CCaP2/CCaP3 play an important role in controlling thermo-responsive hypocotyl growth and provide new insights into the alternative pathway regulating hypocotyl growth at warm temperatures through cell wall modification mediated by CCaP1.CCaP2/CCaP3.

The tight tuff reservoir is an unusual type of unconventional reservoir with strong ***,there is a lack of research on the microscopic pore structure that causes the heterogeneity of tuff *** the Chang 7 Formation in Ordos Basin,China as a case study,carbon-dioxide gas adsorption,nitrogen gas adsorption and high-pressure mercury injection are integrated to investigate the multi-scale pore structure characteristics of tuff ***,the fractal dimension is introduced to characterize the complexity of pore structure in tuff *** this multi-experimental method,the quantitative characterizations of the full-range pore size distribution of four tuff types were obtained and compared in the size ranges of micropores,mesopores and *** dimension curves derived from full-range pores are divided into six segments as D1.D2,D3,D4,D5 and D6 corresponding to fractal characteristics of micropores,smaller mesopores,larger mesopores,smaller macropores,medium macropores and larger macropores,*** macropore volume,average macropore radius and fractal dimension D5 significantly control petrophysical *** larger macropore volume,average macropore radius and D5 correspond to favorable pore structure and good reservoir quality,which provides new indexes for the tuff reservoir *** study enriches the understanding of the heterogeneity of pore structures and contributes to unconventional oil and gas exploration and development.

Accurate and efficient floor localization with scalable spiking graph neural networks

Floor localization is crucial for various applications such as emergency response and rescue,indoor positioning,and recommender *** existing floor localization systems have many drawbacks,like low accuracy,poor scalability,and high computational *** this paper,we first frame the problem of floor localization as one of learning node embeddings to predict the floor label of a ***,we introduce FloorLocator,a deep learning-based method for floor localization that integrates efficient spiking neural networks with powerful graph neural *** approach offers high accuracy,easy scalability to new buildings,and computational *** results on using several public datasets demonstrate that FloorLocator outperforms state-of-the-art ***,in building B0,FloorLocator achieved recognition accuracy of 95.9%,exceeding state-of-the-art methods by at least 1.%.In building B1.it reached an accuracy of 82.1.,surpassing the latest methods by at least 4%.These results indicate FloorLocator’s superiority in multi-floor building environment localization.

Review of Artificial Intelligence for Oil and Gas Exploration: Convolutional Neural Network Approaches and the U-Net 3D Model

Deep learning, especially through convolutional neural networks (CNN) such as the U-Net 3D model, has revolutionized fault identification from seismic data, representing a significant leap over traditional methods. Our review traces the evolution of CNN, emphasizing the adaptation and capabilities of the U-Net 3D model in automating seismic fault delineation with unprecedented accuracy. We find: 1. The transition from basic neural networks to sophisticated CNN has enabled remarkable advancements in image recognition, which are directly applicable to analyzing seismic data. The U-Net 3D model, with its innovative architecture, exemplifies this progress by providing a method for detailed and accurate fault detection with reduced manual interpretation bias. 2) The U-Net 3D model has demonstrated its superiority over traditional fault identification methods in several key areas: it has enhanced interpretation accuracy, increased operational efficiency, and reduced the subjectivity of manual methods. 3) Despite these achievements, challenges such as the need for effective data preprocessing, acquisition of high-quality annotated datasets, and achieving model generalization across different geological conditions remain. Future research should therefore focus on developing more complex network architectures and innovative training strategies to refine fault identification performance further. Our findings confirm the transformative potential of deep learning, particularly CNN like the U-Net 3D model, in geosciences, advocating for its broader integration to revolutionize geological exploration and seismic analysis.

Elevation response of above-ground net primary productivity for Picea crassifolia to climate change in Qilian Mountains of Northwest China based on tree rings

Artemisia argyi extract subfraction exerts an antifungal effect against dermatophytes by disrupting mitochondrial morphology and function
