A universal vaccine is in high demand to address the uncertainties of antigenic drift and the reduced effectiveness of current influenza *** this study,a strategy called computationally optimized broadly reactive antigen(COBRA)was used to generate a consensus sequence of the hemagglutinin globular head portion(HA1.of influenza virus samples collected from 1.1. to 2021.to trace evolutionary changes and incorporate them into the designed *** carrying different HA1.egions were delivered into eukaryotic cells by Salmonella-mediated bactofection using a Semliki Forest virus RNA-dependent RNApolymerase(RdRp)-based eukaryotic expression system,*** protein expression was confirmed by Western blot and immunofluorescence *** immunized with the designed constructs produced a humoral response,with a significant increase in immunoglobulin G(IgG)levels,and a cell-mediated immune response,including a 1.5-fold increase in CD4^(+) and CD8^(+)T ***,constructs #1.and #5 increased the production of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)producing CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)T cells,skewing the response toward the T helper type 1.cell(Th1.***,interleukin-4(IL-4)-producing T cells were upregulated *** efficacy was demonstrated,with up to 4-fold higher production of neutralizing antibodies and a hemagglutination inhibition titer>40 against the selected viral *** designed constructs conferred a broadly protective immune response,resulting in a notable reduction in viral titer and minimal inflammation in the lungs of mice challenged with the influenza A/PR8/34,A/Brisbane/59/2007,A/California/07/2009,KBPV VR-92,and NCCP 43021.*** discovery revolutionizes influenza vaccine design and delivery;Salmonella-mediated COBRA-HA1.is a highly effective in vivo antigen presentation *** approach can effectively combat seasonal H1.1.influenza strains and potential pandemic outbreaks.

Searching for a neutral top-Higgs in association with top-quark pairs at an e^+e^- collider in the TC2 model

We investigate the associated production of the neutral top-Higgs ht^0 with a pair of top-quarks in the context of the topcolor-assisted technicolor （TC2） model at the future e＋e- Linear Colliders （LC） i.e. e＋e- → ttht^0. We calculate the production rate and present the distributions of the transverse momenta of top-Higgs and top-quarks. The results show that the total cross section is typically of the order of 1.0 7.5 fb in the energy range between 1.00 GeV and 2000 GeV of the LC for the whole top-Higgs mass region of interest. It should be distinctly possible that hundreds or even thousands of ht^0 signals can be produced per year at the LC given the luminosity L = 500 fb^-1.

Flavor-Changing Bottom-Strange Associated in the Littlest Higgs Model with T-parity at the ILC

In the littlest Higgs model with T-parity(LHT) the mirror quarks induce the special flavor structures and some new flavor-changing couplings,which could greatly enhance the production rates of the flavor-changing processes. We in this paper study some bottom and anti-strange production processes in the LHT model at the International Linear Collider(ILC),i.e.,e^+e^-→bs andγγ→*** results show that the production rates of these processes are sizeable for the favorable values of the ***,it is quite possible to test the LHT model or make some constraints on the relevant parameters of the LHT through the detection of these processes at the ILC.

Nonlinear solitary waves are investigated for a plasma system at the night side of Titan's *** plasma model consists of three positive ions,namely C2H5^+,HCNH^+,and C3H5^+,as well as Maxwellian *** basic set of fluid equations is reduced to a Korteweg de-Vries(KdV)equation and linear inhomogeneous higher order KdV(LIHO-KdV)*** solitary wave solutions of both equations are obtained using a renormalization *** solitary waves'existence region and the wave profile are investigated,and their dependences on the plasma parameters at the night side of Titan's ionosphere are *** solitary waves'phase velocities are subsonic or supersonic,and the propagating pulses are usually *** effect of higher-order corrections on the perturbation theory is *** is found that the higher-order contribution makes the amplitude slightly taller,which is suitable for describing the solitary waves when the amplitude augments.

In this paper,a new upconversion luminescent material co-doped with Erbium and Ytterbium is reported. The upconversion luminescence transition routes and related properties are studied. The results show that the absorption and emission intensities under excitation of 980 nm laser increase with the increase of the Yb3+ concentration. The red emission is stronger than the green emission. The energy transfer process plays an important role in the upconversion mechanism.

Properties of Charmonium States in a Phenomenological Approach

We investigate the spectrum and decay rates of charmonium states within the framework of the non relativistic quark model by employing a Coulomb like potential from the perturbative one gluon exchange and the linear confining potential along with the potential derived from instanton vacuum to account for the hyperfine mass splitting of charmonium states in variational approach. We predict radiative E1. M1. two-photon, lepton and two-gluon decay rates of low lying charmonium states. An overall agreement is obtained with the experimental masses and decay *** have estimated the branching ratio of two gluons decaying into light hadrons.

An anion-rich electric double layer(EDL)region is favorable for fabricating an inorganic-rich solid-electrolyte interphase(SEI)towards stable lithium metal anode in ester ***,cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB),a cationic surfactant,is adopted to draw more anions into EDL by ionic interactions that shield the repelling force on anions during lithium *** situ electrochemical surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy results combined with molecular dynamics simulations validate the enrichment of NO_(3)^(−)/FSI−anions in the EDL region due to the positively charged CTA^(+).In-depth analysis of SEI structure by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry results confirmed the formation of the inorganic-rich SEI,which helps improve the kinetics of Li^(+)transfer,lower the charge transfer activation energy,and homogenize Li *** a result,the Li||Li symmetric cell in the designed electrolyte displays a prolongated cycling time from 500 to 1.00 h compared to that in the blank electrolyte at 0.5 mA cm^(-2) with a capacity of 1.mAh cm^(-2).Moreover,Li||LiFePO_(4) and Li||LiCoO_(2) with a high cathode mass loading of>1. mg cm^(-2) can be stably cycled over 1.0 cycles.
