The dynamic characteristics of hydraulic self servo swing cylinder were analyzed according to the hydraulic system natural frequency formula. Based on that,a method of the hydraulic self servo swing cylinder structure optimization based on genetic algorithm was proposed in this paper. By analyzing the four parameters that affect the dynamic characteristics, we had to optimize the structure to obtain as larger the Dm( displacement) as possible under the condition with the purpose of improving the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic self servo swing cylinder. So three state equations were established in this paper. The paper analyzed the effect of the four parameters in hydraulic self servo swing cylinder natural frequency equation and used the genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal solution of structure parameters. The model was simulated by substituting the parameters and initial value to the simulink model. Simulation results show that: using self servo hydraulic swing cylinder natural frequency equation to study its dynamic response characteristics is very *** with no optimization,the overall system dynamic response speed is significantly improved.

In order to solve the problem of using new nozzle is proposed in fire rescue robot. middle or low water pressure to form fine water mist, a Existing water mist nozzles are basically used for high pressure and in large size, complex structure and poor low pressure atomization effect in comparison with requirement of snake-like fire rescue robots. On the basis of comprehensive typical spray noz- zles, a direct spiral double helix converging nozzle （DSDHCN） is proposed, which has the advanta- ges of small volume, light weight, simple structure, and convenient installation. To make the spray nozzle have good performance, and meet the requirements of more efficient fire extinguishing, a nu- merical study is carried out to analyze the internal and external full flow field of nozzle. A gas-liquid two-phase flow is applied to simulate the external full flow field of nozzle with VOF model in fluent software. The simulation results show the real situation of water flow out of the atomization nozzle and the water jet trajectory. Some simulations about middle or low water pressure direct spiral double he- lix converging optimized nozzle have been done in 30bar pressure. The simulation results show that the optimized nozzle structure not only makes the spray droplets have a good cone angle, but also have a sufficient axial velocity,which proves the structure rationality of the proposed optimized nozzle.

Iron‐based pyrophosphates are attractive cathodes for sodium‐ion batteries due to their large framework,cost‐effectiveness,and high energy ***,the understanding of the crystal structure is scarce and only a limited candidates have been reported so *** this work,we found for the first time that a continuous solid solution,Na_(4−α)Fe_(2+α)_(2)(P_(2)O_(7))_(2)(0≤α≤1.could be obtained by mutual substitution of cations at center‐symmetric Na3 and Na4 sites while keeping the crystal building blocks of anionic P_(2)O_(7) *** particular,a novel off‐stoichiometric Na_(3)Fe(2.5)(P_(2)O_(7))_(2)is thus proposed,and its structure,energy storage mechanism,and electrochemical performance are extensively investigated to unveil the structure–function *** as‐prepared off‐stoichiometric electrode delivers appealing performance with a reversible discharge capacity of 83 mAh g^(−1.,a working voltage of 2.9 V(***^(+)/Na),the retention of 89.2%of the initial capacity after 500 cycles,and enhanced rate capability of 51.mAh g^(−1.at a current density of 1.00 mA g^(−1..This research shows that sodium ferric pyrophosphate could form extended solid solution composition and promising phase is concealed in the range of Na_(4−α)Fe_(2+α)_(2)(P_(2)O_(7))_(2),offering more chances for exploration of new cathode materials for the construction of high‐performance SIBs.

This study addresses the limitations of Transformer models in image feature extraction,particularly their lack of inductive bias for visual *** to Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs),the Transformers are more sensitive to different hyperparameters of optimizers,which leads to a lack of stability and slow *** tackle these challenges,we propose the Convolution-based Efficient Transformer Image Feature Extraction Network(CEFormer)as an enhancement of the Transformer *** model incorporates E-Attention,depthwise separable convolution,and dilated convolution to introduce crucial inductive biases,such as translation invariance,locality,and scale invariance,into the Transformer ***,we implement a lightweight convolution module to process the input images,resulting in faster convergence and improved *** results in an efficient convolution combined Transformer image feature extraction *** results on the ImageNet1. Top-1.dataset demonstrate that the proposed network achieves better accuracy while maintaining high computational *** achieves up to 85.0%accuracy across various model sizes on image classification,outperforming various baseline *** integrated into the Mask Region-ConvolutionalNeuralNetwork(R-CNN)framework as a backbone network,CEFormer outperforms other models and achieves the highest mean Average Precision(mAP)*** research presents a significant advancement in Transformer-based image feature extraction,balancing performance and computational efficiency.

The early decay of citrus can cause economic and serious food safety *** early decayed area has no obvious visual characteristics,making effective detection of this damage very difficult for the citrus *** study constructed a new detection system based on visible-light emitting diode(LED)structured-illumination imaging and proposed an effective methodology combined with a spiral phase transform(SPT)algorithm for the early detection of decayed *** sample obtained three phase-shifting pattern images with phase shifts of−2π/3,0,and 2π/3 at a spatial frequency of 0.25 cycles/*** strategies(i.e.,the conventional three-phase-shifting method,2-phase SPT,and 1.phase SPT)were used to demodulate the original patterned images to recover the direct component(DC)and amplitude component(AC)*** partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)and least squares support vector machine(LS-SVM)classification models were established based on the texture features of DC,AC,and RT(*** ratio of AC to DC)***,the random frog(RF)algorithm was used to simplify the optimal full-featured ***,the LS-SVM model constructed using 7 texture features from the RT image obtained an average classification accuracy of 95.1.for all tested *** study indicates that the proposed structured-illumination imaging technique combined with 2-phase SPT and feature-based classification model can achieve the fast identification of early decayed oranges.
