Disentangling facial expressions from other disturbing facial attributes in face images is an essential topic for facial expression *** methods only care about facial expression disentanglement(FED)itself,ignoring the negative effects of other facial *** to the annotations on limited facial attributes,it is difficult for existing FED solutions to disentangle all disturbance from the input *** solve this issue,we propose an expression complementary disentanglement network(ECDNet).ECDNet proposes to finish the FED task during a face reconstruction process,so as to address all facial attributes during *** from traditional reconstruction models,ECDNet reconstructs face images by progressively generating and combining facial appearance and matching *** designs the expression incentive(EIE) and expression inhibition(EIN) mechanisms,inducing the model to characterize the disentangled expression and complementary parts *** geometry and appearance,generated in the reconstructed process,are dealt with to represent facial expressions and complementary parts,*** combination of distinctive reconstruction model,EIE,and EIN mechanisms ensures the completeness and exactness of the FED *** results on RAF-DB,AffectNet,and CAER-S datasets have proven the effectiveness and superiority of ECDNet.

Modern power grid is fast emerging as a complex cyber-physical power system(CPPS)integrating physical current-carrying components and processes with cyber-embedded computing,which faces increasing cy-berspace security threats and *** this paper,the state(i.e.,voltage)offsets resulting from false data injection(FDI)attacks and the bus safety characterization are applied to quantify the attack *** state offsets are obtained by the state estimation method,and the bus safety characterization considers the power net-work topology as well as the vulnerability and connection relationship of *** the indeterminacy of attacker’s resource consumption and reward,a zero-sum game-theoretical model from the defender’s perspective with incomplete information is explored for the optimal allocation of limited defensive *** attacker aims to falsify measurements without triggering threshold alarms to break through the protection,leading to load shedding,over-voltage or *** defender attempts to ensure the estimation results to be as close to the actual states as possible,and guarantee the system’s safety and efficient defensive resource *** proposed solution is extensively evaluated through simu-lations using the IEEE 33-bus test network and real-time digital simulator(RTDS)based testbed experiments of the IEEE 1.-bus *** results demonstrate the effec-tiveness of the proposed game-theoretical approach for optimal defensive resource allocation in CPPS when lim-ited resources are available when under FDI *** Terms—Optimal strategy,game theory,Nash equilibrium,CPPS,FDI attack.

This paper investigates the distributed adaptive platoon tracking problem of third-order heterogeneous vehicles subject to model uncertainties. The design process is divided into two steps. Firstly, an adaptive tracking controller is designed for the dynamic leading vehicle. And then, the distributed adaptive controllers are established for followers. Moreover, the predictor technique is used to improve the estimate performance of the adaptive law, and the total disturbance is approximated and compensated by the variable gain nonlinear extended state observers(NESOs) driven by the estimation error. By introducing the variable gain hyperbolic tangent tracking differentiator(HTTD), the “complexity explosion” problem is avoided. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed protocol are verified by simulation tests.

Multi-Robot Collaborative Hunting in Cluttered Environments With Obstacle-Avoiding Voronoi Cells

This work proposes an online collaborative hunting strategy for multi-robot systems based on obstacle-avoiding Voronoi cells in a complex dynamic environment. This involves firstly designing the construction method using a support vector machine(SVM) based on the definition of buffered Voronoi cells(BVCs). Based on the safe collision-free region of the robots, the boundary weights between the robots and the obstacles are dynamically updated such that the robots are tangent to the buffered Voronoi safety areas without intersecting with the obstacles. Then, the robots are controlled to move within their own buffered Voronoi safety area to achieve collision-avoidance with other robots and obstacles. The next step involves proposing a hunting method that optimizes collaboration between the pursuers and evaders. Some hunting points are generated and distributed evenly around a circle. Next, the pursuers are assigned to match the optimal points based on the Hungarian ***, a hunting controller is designed to improve the containment capability and minimize containment time based on collision risk. Finally, simulation results have demonstrated that the proposed cooperative hunting method is more competitive in terms of time and travel distance.

In this paper,we study a new class of differential quasivariational-hemivariational inequalities of the elliptic *** problem consists of a system coupling the Cauchy problem for an ordinary differential equation with the variational-hemivariational inequalities,unilateral constraints,and history-dependent ***,based on the Minty formulation and the continuity of the solution map of a parametrized quasivariational-hemivariational inequality,and a fixed point theorem for a history-dependent operator,we prove a result on the ***,we examine optimal control problems for differential quasivariational-hemivariational inequalities,including a time-optimal control problem and a maximum stay control problem,for which we show the existence of *** all the optimal control problems,the system is controlled through a distributed and boundary control,a control in initial conditions,and a control that appears in history-dependent ***,we illustrate the results by considering a nonlinear controlled system for a time-dependent elliptic equation with unilateral constraints.

Lead-free perovskite Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)manifests great potential in developing high-performance,environmentally friendly,solution-processable photodetectors(PDs).However,due to the relatively large energy bandgap,the spectrum responses of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)PDs are limited to the ultraviolet and visible region with wavelengths shorter than 560 *** this work,a broadband Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)PD covering the ultraviolet,visible,and near infrared(NIR)range is demonstrated by incorporating titanium nitride(TiN)nanoparticles that are prepared with the assistance of self-assembled polystyrene sphere *** addition,an atomically thick Al2O3layer is introduced at the interface between the Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)film and TiN nanoparticles to alleviate the dark current deterioration caused by nanoparticle *** a result,beyond the spectrum range where Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)absorbs light,the external quantum efficiency(EQE)of the TiN nanoparticle incorporated Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)PD is enhanced significantly compared with that of the control,displaying enhancement factors as high as 2000 over a broadband NIR wavelength *** demonstrated enhancement in EQE arises from the photocurrent contribution of plasmonic hot holes injected from TiN nanoparticles into Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6).This work promotes the development of broadband solution-processable perovskite PDs,providing a promising strategy for realizing photodetection in the NIR region.

Drug-Target Interactions Prediction Based on Signed Heterogeneous Graph Neural Networks

Drug-target interactions(DTIs) prediction plays an important role in the process of drug *** computational methods treat it as a binary prediction problem, determining whether there are connections between drugs and targets while ignoring relational types information. Considering the positive or negative effects of DTIs will facilitate the study on comprehensive mechanisms of multiple drugs on a common target, in this work, we model DTIs on signed heterogeneous networks, through categorizing interaction patterns of DTIs and additionally extracting interactions within drug pairs and target protein pairs. We propose signed heterogeneous graph neural networks(SHGNNs), further put forward an end-to-end framework for signed DTIs prediction, called SHGNN-DTI,which not only adapts to signed bipartite networks, but also could naturally incorporate auxiliary information from drug-drug interactions(DDIs) and protein-protein interactions(PPIs). For the framework, we solve the message passing and aggregation problem on signed DTI networks, and consider different training modes on the whole networks consisting of DTIs, DDIs and PPIs. Experiments are conducted on two datasets extracted from Drug Bank and related databases, under different settings of initial inputs, embedding dimensions and training modes. The prediction results show excellent performance in terms of metric indicators, and the feasibility is further verified by the case study with two drugs on breast cancer.

The dispatch of integrated energy systems in coal mines(IES-CM)with mine-associated supplies is vital for efficient energy utilization and carbon emissions ***,IES-CM dispatch is highly challenging due to its feature as multi-objective and strong *** constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithms often fall into locally feasible domains with poorly distributed Pareto front,which greatly deteriorates dispatch *** tackle this problem,we transform the traditional dispatch model of IES-CM into two tasks:the main task with all constraints and the helper task with constraint *** we propose a constraint adaptive multi-tasking differential evolution algorithm(CA-MTDE)to optimize these two tasks *** helper task with constraint adaptive is developed to obtain infeasible solutions near the feasible *** purpose of this infeasible solution is to transfer guiding knowledge to help the main task move away from local ***,a dynamic dual-learning strategy using DE/current-to-rand/1.and DE/current-to-best/1.is developed to maintain task diversity and ***,we comprehensively evaluate the performance of CA-MTDE by applying it to a coal mine in Shanxi Province,considering two IES-CM *** demonstrate the feasibility of CA-MTDE and its ability to generate a Pareto front with exceptional convergence,diversity,and distribution.
