Due to the numerous variables to take into account as well as the inherent ambiguity and uncertainty,evaluating educational institutions can be *** concept of a possibility Pythagorean fuzzy hypersoft set(pPyFHSS)is more flexible in this regard than other theoretical fuzzy set-like models,even though some attempts have been made in the literature to address such *** study investigates the elementary notions of pPyFHSS including its set-theoretic operations union,intersection,complement,OR-and *** results related to these operations are also modified for ***,the similarity measures between pPyFHSSs are formulated with the assistance of numerical examples and ***,an intelligent decision-assisted mechanism is developed with the proposal of a robust algorithm based on similarity measures for solving multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)problems.A case study that helps the decision-makers assess the best educational institution is discussed to validate the suggested *** algorithmic results are compared with the most pertinent model to evaluate the adaptability of pPyFHSS,as it generalizes the classical possibility fuzzy set-like theoretical ***,while considering significant evaluating factors,the flexibility of pPyFHSS is observed through structural comparison.

We derive a blow-up formula for holomorphic Koszul–Brylinski homologies of compact holomorphic Poisson manifolds. As applications, we investigate the invariance of the E1.degeneracy of the Dolbeault–Koszul–Brylinski spectral sequence under Poisson blow-ups, and compute the holomorphic Koszul–Brylinski homology for del Pezzo surfaces and two complex nilmanifolds with holomorphic Poisson structures.

Missingness in mixed-type variables is commonly encountered in a variety of areas. The requirement of complete observations necessities data imputation when a moderate or large proportion of data is ***, inappropriate imputation would downgrade the performance of machine learning algorithms, leading to bad predictions and unreliable statistical inference. For high-dimensional large-scale mixed-type missing data, we develop a computationally efficient imputation method, missing value imputation via generalized factor models（MIG）, under missing at random. The proposed MIG method allows missing variables to be of different types,including continuous, binary, and count variables, and are scalable to both data size n and variable dimension p while existing imputation methods rely on restrictive assumptions such as the same type of missing variables,the low dimensionality of variables, and a limited sample size. We explicitly show that the imputation error of the proposed MIG method diminishes to zero with the rate Op(max{n-1.2, p-1.2}) as both n and p tend to infinity. Five real datasets demonstrate the superior empirical performance of the proposed MIG method over existing methods that the average normalized absolute imputation error is reduced by 5.3%–34.1..

The coronavirus disease 201.（COVID-1.） outbreak caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2（SARS-CoV-2） developed into a global health emergency. Systemic microthrombus caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection is a common complication in patients with COVID-1.. Cardiac microthrombosis as a complication of SARS-CoV-2 infection is the primary cause of cardiac injury and death in patietns with severe COVID-1.. In this study, we performed single-cell sequencing analysis of the right ventricular free wall tissue from healthy donors,patients who died during the hypercoagulable period of characteristic coagulation abnormality（CAC）, and patients who died during the fibrinolytic period of CAC. We collected 61.1.7 cells enriched in 24 immune cell subsets and 1. cardiac-resident cell subsets. We found that in the course of SARS-CoV-2 infected heart microthrombus, MYO1.highRASGEF1.highmonocyte-derived macrophages promoted hyperactivation of the immune system and initiated the extrinsic coagulation pathway by activating chemokines CCL3, CCL5. This series of events is the main cause of cardiac microthrombi following SARS-CoV-2 infection. In a SARS-CoV-2 infected heart microthrombus, excessive immune activation is accompanied by an increase in cellular iron content, which in turn promotes oxidative stress and intensifies intercellular competition. This induces cells to alter their metabolic environment, resulting in increased sugar uptake via the glycosaminoglycan synthesis pathway. In addition, high levels of reactive oxygen species generated by elevated iron levels promote increased endogenous malondialdehyde synthesis in a subpopulation of cardiac endothelial cells. This exacerbates endothelial cell dysfunction and exacerbates the coagulopathy process.
