Objective:To evaluate the attitudes and practices of oncosexology in the management of breast and prostate cancer in Côte d’***:A cross-sectional,multicenter,descriptive and analytical survey carried out over 02 months from 1 November to 31 December 2022,among doctors involved in the management of breast and prostate cancer in Côte d’***:78 physicians on 114 participated in the study,with a participation rate of 79.5%.Only one doctor discussed the sexual risks associated with cancer with all his patients and 7.7%of doctors said they never broached questions of sexuality with their *** approach to sexuality was strongly associated with occupation(p=0.002).A request for oncosexological care was initiated by the patient and the partner respectively in 3.8%and 25.6%of *** 5.1%of physicians claimed to have received training in *** 92.3%of cases,doctors would like to have training on this ***:On the questions relating to sexuality,Physicians are not addressing sexuality with their patients diagnosed with breast or prostate *** lack of training in this area appears to be the main reason for this lack of communication and onco-sexological care.

Traffic modeling is a key step in several intelligent transportation systems（ITS） applications. This paper regards the traffic modeling through the enhancement of the cell transmission model. It considers the traffic flow as a hybrid dynamic system and proposes a piecewise switched linear traffic model. The latter allows an accurate modeling of the traffic flow in a given section by considering its geometry. On the other hand, the piecewise switched linear traffic model handles more than one congestion wave and has the advantage to be modular. The measurements at upstream and downstream boundaries are also used in this model in order to decouple the traffic flow dynamics of successive road portions. Finally, real magnetic sensor data, provided by the performance measurement system on a portion of the Californian SR60-E highway are used to validate the proposed model.

Objective To determine the prevalence of U. urealyticum and M. hominis in semen samples collected from men admitted in clinic for infertility, and to compare the quality of these semen samples.Methods A total of 1 058 semen samples collected were investigated. Sperm semiological assays were performed according to the guidelines of the World Health Organisation （WHO）. Semen were examined by Mycoplasma IST for the detection of mycoplasma. Semen culture on agar media was used to detect other microorganisms. Chlamydia was detected using direct fluorescent assay （DFA） of Clamydia Trachomatis.Results Among 1 058 semen samples, microorganisms were detected in 638 （60.3%）. The infected sperms consisted of mycoplasma alone in 507 cases （47.9%）, mycoplasma and other microorganisms in 98 （9.3%）, giving in all 605 （57.2%） samples infected with mycoplasma. The last 33 （3.1%） consisted of other microorganisms alone. The frequency of U. urealyticum, M. hominis and mixed genital infections detected in semen samples of infertile men were 39%, 23.8% and 5.6%, respectively. The rates of abnormal semen parameters recorded among patients infected with mycoplasma were for volume （22.2%-25%）, viscosity （29.6%-43.5%）, pH （64.7%-72.9%）, motility （80.8%-93.8%）, morphology （36.3%-47.9%）, sperm concentration （53.3%-58.3%） and leukocyte count （51.4%-58.3%）.Conclusion Frequency of U. urealyticum infection was higher than that of M. hominis. Mycoplasma infections were associated with disorders of pH, motility and sperm concentration. In addition M. hominis infection affected spermatozoa morphology. Therefore, screening of U. urealyticum clinically relevant in abidjan. and M. hominis for routine semen analysis is

Objective: To investigate the potential of anemonin and Clematis flammula(***) extracts against infective ***: The molluscicidal activities of anemonin and *** extracts against Galba truncatula Mull.(Lymnaeidae) and Fasciola hepatica larval stages contaminating this snail in Tunisia were assessed by testing six groups of snails in 250 mL of extracts and aqueous dechlorinated solutions with different concentrations(ranging from 2.5 to 20.0 mg/L) for 48 ***, the antifungal potential of *** leaves and flowers was evaluated by using the diffusion agar and broth dilution methods against four fungal strains: Aspergillus niger, Pythium catenulatum, Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium ***: As a result, hexane and ethyl acetate flower extracts exhibited significant molluscicidal activities with LC_(50) median lethal concentrations values of 11.87 and 11.65 mg/L, respectively while LC_(50) value of anemonin was 9.64 mg/L after 48 h *** flower extracts showed a larvicidal effect with a deterioration rate exceeding 35.39% where flower ethyl acetate residue gave a deterioration rate of cercariae close to 97%.Moreover, *** extracts were not noxious to the associated fauna *** extracts inhibited the growth of ***, the leaves and flowers methanolic extracts had the more important fungicide action with minimum inhibitory concentrations of 1.56 and 3.12 mg/mL together with minimum fungistatic concentrations of 3.12 and 6.25 mg/mL *** flower extracts were active against Rhizoctonia solani with minimum inhibitory concentrations varying between 0.70 and 1.56 mg/mL and 6.25 mg/mL of minimum fungistatic *** tests showed that the antifungal activity may be attributed to the presence of the flavonoids/saponins in the methanolic extracts and the molluscicide effects could be due to the richness of hexane and ethyl acetate extracts on sterols and ***

In this work, a new mathematical modelling of drying kinetics is described. At first, the modelling of the transfer speed （St） of water was performed. Then St was used as basis to state the drying rate model. The drying rate depends not only on drying time, but also on some modelling parameters which are themselves time-dependent. All the modelling parameters are calculated directly from the experimental drying data. Then the theoretical model of the moisture content was stated. Subsequently, the drying kinetics of natural solar drying of plantain banana was studied as illustration. The drying rate was investigated. The comparison with other models encountered in literatures proved that the current theoretical model was decidedly more accurate. Then the modelling of moisture content of banana was performed and the results were compared with the Henderson and Pabis model. The current theoretical modelling provided by far the best fit.

Malaria is a major public health problem in the Cote d＇Ivoire where it is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality. The objective of this study was to assess the knowledge, attitudes and practices of health care providers on the diagnosis and therapeutic procedures used to ensure the management of uncomplicated malaria in the health district of abidjan. A cross-sectional study was conducted from November 2008 to December 2008 among 169 caregivers who treated 1,691 cases of uncomplicated malaria. Results： The knowledge of the caregivers of the national guidelines regarding malaria was sufficient （89%）. A diagnosis of uncomplicated malaria was established only on clinical arguments （70%）. The percentage of patients who were prescribed artemisinin-based combination therapy （ACT） was 86%. However, 25% of the antimalarials drugs that were prescribed to patients （oral quinine, artemisinin derivatives monotherapy, and herbal medicine） did not meet the recommendations on first choice treatment as suggested by the national program against malaria. These results indicate sufficient knowledge of the national guidelines for the treatment of malaria by health care providers as evidenced by acceptable prescriptions for ACTs despite an incomplete knowledge of the guidelines.

A case of congenital obstruction of magendie's foramen:embryologic analysis and treatment

Background: Fourth ventricle isolated Magendie's foramen primitive obstruction is rare. The etiology and the pathophysiology of the constitution of this obstruction in congenital cases remain elusive. We report a case of congenital obstruction of Magendie's foramen in an adult patient and discuss the embryogenic mechanism and our management of this rare *** presentation: A 20 years old female patient without any medical history was referred for headaches and vomiting. Emergency CT scan revealed major hydrocephalus subsequently she underwent a ventriculoperitoneal shunt as initial *** diagnosis of fourth ventricle obstruction was made 5 months later when the patient came back complaining of headaches, cerebellar signs and cystic dilatation of the fourth ventricle on CT scan and MRI. Fourth ventricle Magendie's foraminoplasty via classic posterior fossa surgery brings complete ***: Magendie's foramen obstruction is rare. The embryological development of the posterior fossa and its content could explain the primitive obstruction which can be managed by classic surgery in case of unavaibility of endoscopy.
