Species delimitation is one of the most fundamental processes in *** undertakings,for instance,require explicit species concepts and criteria for species delimitation in order to be relevant and ***,a perfect species concept does not exist for ***,we review the species concepts commonly used in Basidiomycota,the second largest phylum of Fungi that contains some of the best known species of mushrooms,rusts,smuts,and jelly *** general,best practice is to delimitate species,publish new taxa,and conduct taxonomic revisions based on as many independent lines of evidence as possible,that is,by applying a so-called unifying(or integrative)conceptual ***,the types of data used vary considerably from group to *** this reason we discuss the different classes of Basidiomycota,and for each provide:(i)a general introduction with difficulties faced in species recognition,(ii)species concepts and methods for species delimitation,and(iii)community recommendations and conclusions.

发展中国家中正面临经济发展挑战的那些人口密集的流域盆地和海岸带地区可能会在各种问题上受到中度或严重的环境影响。这些由巴西东北部至南部流向大西洋海岸的汇水盆地包括广阔的气候带和多种生态系统。盆地边界以内分布着大西洋雨林、大范围的半干旱热带旱生林(caatinga)、广阔的树木及灌木林地(cerrado)、巴西6670km海岸线的一大部分及其海洋生态系统。在过去的几十年中,这些自然资源上的人类活动不断发展。海滨化已给沿海生境及生物群落造成了沉重的负担。caatinga和cerrado中的大部分原生植被遭到了破坏,仅存留了7%的大西洋原始雨林。河口、海湾和沿海泻湖也遭到了无法恢复的破坏。土地使用、筑坝和分水等活动已成为造成生境丧失和水生生态系统改变的主要原因。尽管巴西东北部地区的干旱和东南部及南部地区的富庶和工业化之间形成明显反差,但给上述两种地区的生境和生物群落造成的影响是同样严重的。阻止环境恶化的努力没有见到效果。为此建议,应该实行将重点集中在水生生态系统完整性的一些更加综合性的环境政策,而不是把重点单独地集中在自然资源上。

目的进一步比较洛铂联合紫杉醇(TL)方案与卡铂联合紫杉醇(TC)方案一线治疗局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)随机对照、多中心Ⅲ期临床研究(HNCA001)中60岁以上老年患者的数据,了解其有效性和安全性。方法专门分析该研究中纳入的60岁以上NSCLC患者数据,包括TL组(紫杉醇175 mg/m^2静滴,d1;洛铂30 mg/m^2静滴,d2)和TC组(紫杉醇175 mg/m^2静滴,d1;卡铂AUC=5静滴,d2)。两方案均以21天为1个周期,最多治疗6个周期。根据RECIST 1.1版标准和NCI CTC 3.0版标准分别评估客观疗效和不良事件(AE)。主要研究终点为无进展生存期(PFS),次要研究终点包括总生存期(OS)、客观有效率(ORR)、疾病控制率(DCR)、安全性和生活质量。结果全国13家中心,入组60岁以上患者共123例,其中TL组59例和TC组64例。有效性指标中,TL组和TC组的中位PFS均为5.50个月,但是两组75%PFS分别为11.93个月和7.60个月;大概7个月后两组的PFS曲线开始明显分开。两组PFS的HR=0.604(95%CI:0.380~0.958,P=0.0304)。TL组和TC组的ORR、DCR和中位OS分别为32.73%和43.75%(P=0.2593),85.45%和81.25%(P=0.6270),14.43个月和13.87个月(P=0.7770)。安全性方面,TL和TC组AE的总发生率分别为91.38%和100.00%(P=0.0221),3、4级AE和药品不良反应的发生率分别为63.79%和84.38%(P=0.0122),56.90%和82.81%(P=0.0026)。生活质量方面,TL组EQ-VAS评分第2、3、4、6个周期指标均优于TC组(P<0.05)。结论对于60岁以上的老年人群,与TC方案相比,TL方案的疗效较好且安全性和生活质量更好。因此,含洛铂的TL方案可作为老年晚期NSCLC患者一线治疗的优选方案。

目的进一步比较洛铂联合紫杉醇(TL)方案与卡铂联合紫杉醇(TC)方案一线治疗局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌随机对照、多中心Ⅲ期临床研究(HNCA001)中肺鳞癌亚组患者的数据,了解其有效性和安全性的差异。方法专门分析该研究中纳入的初治IIIB/IV期肺鳞癌患者的数据,包括TL组(紫杉醇175 mg/m^2静滴,d1;洛铂30 mg/m^2静滴,d2)和TC组(紫杉醇175 mg/m^2静滴,d1;卡铂AUC=5静滴,d2),两方案均以21天为1个周期,最多治疗6个周期。根据RECIST 1.1版标准和NCI CTC 3.0版标准,分别评估客观疗效和不良事件(AE)。主要研究终点为无进展生存期(PFS),次要研究终点包括总生存期(OS)、客观有效率(ORR)、疾病控制率(DCR)、安全性和生活质量。结果13家研究中心共入组122例肺鳞癌患者,其中TL组58例,TC组64例。有效性指标中,TL组和TC组肺鳞癌患者的中位PFS、中位OS、ORR和DCR分别为5.13个月和4.73个月(P=0.0669),14.53个月和12.17个月(P=0.6735),37.04%和34.92%(P=0.8484),81.48%和76.19%(P=0.5079)。安全性方面,TL组和TC组AE总体发生率和3、4级AE发生率分别为92.86%和100.00%(P=0.0447),60.71%和78.13%(P=0.0467)。生活质量方面,TL组EQ-VAS指标在化疗第4、5、6周期,肺癌问卷13总分在化疗第6周期和LCSS平均症状负担指数在化疗第2、4周期优于TC组(P<0.05)。结论TL方案一线治疗晚期肺鳞癌与TC方案的疗效基本相当,但是安全性和生活质量可能较优。因此,含洛铂的TL方案可以作为国人晚期肺鳞癌一线治疗的替代选择,值得推广应用。

Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in *** article aimed to investigate the status of hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement in China in ***:We investigated the overall status of HVPG technology in China-including hospital distribution,hospital level,annual number of cases,catheters used,average cost,indications,and current challenges by using online *** counting the number and percentages of cases of these results,we hope to clarify the current status of HVPG measurements in ***:According to the survey,85 hospitals in China used HVPG technology in 2022 distributed across 29 provinces.A total of 4989 HVPG measurements were performed in all of the surveyed hospitals in 2022,of which 2813 cases(56.4%)were measured *** average cost of HVPG measurement was 5646.8±2327.9 *** the clinical teams who performed the measurements(sometimes multiple per hospital),94.3%(82/87)used the balloon method,and the majority of the teams(72.4%,63/87)used embolectomy ***:This survey clarified the clinical application status of HVPG in China and confirmed that some medical institutions in China have established a foundation for this *** is still necessary to continue promoting and popularizing this technology in the future.

The Giant Radio Array for Neutrino Detection(GRAND)is a planned large-scale observatory of ultra-high-energy(UHE)cosmic particles,with energies exceeding 10~8 Ge *** goal is to solve the long-standing mystery of the origin of UHE cosmic *** do this,GRAND will detect an unprecedented number of UHE cosmic rays and search for the undiscovered UHE neutrinos and gamma rays associated to them with unmatched *** will use large arrays of antennas to detect the radio emission coming from extensive air showers initiated by UHE particles in the *** design is modular:20 separate,independent sub-arrays,each of 10000 radio antennas deployed over 10000 km^2.A staged construction plan will validate key detection techniques while achieving important science goals *** we present the science goals,detection strategy,preliminary design,performance goals,and construction plans for GRAND.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(iCCA)can originate from the large bile duct group(segment bile ducts and area bile ducts),small bile duct group(septal bile ducts and interlobular bile ducts),and terminal bile duct group(bile ductules and canals of Hering)of the intrahepatic biliary tree,which can be histopathological corresponding to large duct type iCCA,small duct type iCCA and iCCA with ductal plate malformation pattern,and cholangiolocarcinoma,*** challenge in pathological diagnosis of above subtypes of iCCA falls in the distinction of cellular morphologies,tissue structures,growth patterns,invasive behaviors,immunophenotypes,molecular mutations,and surgical *** these reasons,this expert consensus provides nine recommendations as a reference for standardizing and refining the diagnosis of pathological subtypes of iCCA,mainly based on the 5th edition of the World Health Organization Classification of Tumours of the Digestive System.

The Basidiomycota constitutes a major phylum of the kingdom Fungi and is second in species numbers to the *** present work provides an overview of all validly published,currently used basidiomycete genera to date in a single *** outline of all genera of Basidiomycota is provided,which includes 1928 currently used genera names,with 1263 synonyms,which are distributed in 241 families,68 orders,18 classes and four *** provide brief notes for each accepted genus including information on classification,number of accepted species,type species,life mode,habitat,distribution,and sequence ***,three phylogenetic analyses with combined LSU,SSU,5.8s,rpb1,rpb2,and ef1 datasets for the subphyla Agaricomycotina,Pucciniomycotina and Ustilaginomycotina are conducted,*** time estimates are provided to the family level with 632 species from 62 orders,168 families and 605 *** study indicates that the divergence times of the subphyla in Basidiomycota are 406-430 Mya,classes are 211-383 Mya,and orders are 99-323 Mya,which are largely consistent with previous *** this study,all phylogenetically supported families were dated,with the families of Agaricomycotina diverging from 27-178 Mya,Pucciniomycotina from 85-222 Mya,and Ustilaginomycotina from 79-177 *** times as additional criterion in ranking provide additional evidence to resolve taxonomic problems in the Basidiomycota taxonomic system,and also provide a better understanding of their phylogeny and evolution.
