We propose a laser speckle contrast imaging method based on uniting spatiotemporal Fourier ***,the raw speckle images are entirely transformed to the spatiotemporal frequency domain with a three-dimensional(3D)fast Fourier ***,the dynamic and static speckle components are extracted by applying 3D low-pass and high-pass filtering in the spatiotemporal frequency domain and inverse 3D Fourier ***,we calculate the time-averaged modulation depth with the average of both components to map the two-dimensional blood flow *** experiments demonstrate that the proposed method could effectively improve computational efficiency and imaging quality.

In the field of optoelectronics, certain types of data may be difficult to accurately annotate, such as high-resolution optoelectronic imaging or imaging in certain special spectral ranges. Weakly supervised learning can provide a more reliable approach in these situations. Current popular approaches mainly adopt the classification-based class activation maps (CAM) as initial pseudo labels to solve the task.

Aiming at the problem that the current traffic safety helmet detection model can't balance the accuracy of detection with the size of the model and the poor generalization of the model, a method based on improving you only look once version 5(YOLOv5) is proposed. By incorporating the lightweight Ghost Net module into the YOLOv5 backbone network, we effectively reduce the model size. The addition of the receptive fields block(RFB) module enhances feature extraction and improves the feature acquisition capability of the lightweight model. Subsequently, the high-performance lightweight convolution, GSConv, is integrated into the neck structure for further model size compression. Moreover, the baseline model's loss function is substituted with efficient insertion over union(EIoU), accelerating network convergence and enhancing detection precision. Experimental results corroborate the effectiveness of this improved algorithm in real-world traffic scenarios.

Objective:To investigate the value of optic disc retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)thickness in the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes,including 60 patients without DPN(NDPN group)and 30 patients with DPN(DPN group),and 30 healthy participants(normal group)were *** coherence tomography(OCT)was used to measure the four quadrants and the overall average RNFL thickness of the optic *** receiver operator characteristic curve was drawn and the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated to evaluate the diagnostic value of RNFL thickness in the optic disc area for ***:The RNFL thickness of the DPN group was thinner than those of the normal and NDPN groups in the overall average((101.07±12.40)μm vs.(111.07±6.99)μm and(109.25±6.90)μm),superior quadrant((123.00±19.04)μm vs.(138.93±14.16)μm and(134.47±14.34)μm),and inferior quadrant((129.37±17.50)μm vs.(143.60±12.22)μm and(144.48±14.10)μm),and the differences were statistically *** diagnostic efficiencies of the overall average,superior quadrant,and inferior quadrant RNFL thicknesses,and a combined index of superior and inferior quadrant RNFL thicknesses were similar,and the AUCs were 0.739(95%confidence interval(CI)0.635–0.826),0.683(95%CI 0.576–0.778),0.755(95%CI 0.652–0.840),and 0.773(95%CI 0.672–0.854),*** diagnostic sensitivity of RNFL thickness in the superior quadrant reached 93.33%.Conclusions:The thickness of the RNFL in the optic disc can be used as a diagnostic method for DPN.

Effect of Cobalt Precursor on Microstructures and Visible Light Photoactivity of Doped TiO2 Powders

In order to develop photoactive cobalt-doped TiO2 for the degradation of organic pollutants using visible light irradiation, the effects of cobalt precursor on TiO2 microstructure were investigated. Three cobaltprecursors, i.e. COCl2, Co（NO3）2 and COSO4 with two doping levels （nominally 1% and 10%）, and two annealing temperatures （400 and 800 ℃） were adopted to prepare tile doped titania through the sol-gel method. The powder samples were characterized with XRD, SEM, BET surface area analysis and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, and their photocatalytic activities were evaluated by the degradation of aniline under visible light irradiation. The results showed that the distribution of titania phases, particle size, morphology, surface area and the optical absorption of the catalysts were greatly dependent on the cobalt precursors. Samples prepared from Co（NO3）2, especially for those doped at 1% and calcined at 400 ℃, showed the highest photocatalytic activity towards the degradation of aniline, and the possible reasons are discussed briefly.

In order to investigate distributions of heavy metal pollution in quanzhou Bay wetland, the total concentration and chemical partitioning of a number of heavy metals （Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb, Cr, Hg） in sediments of three sampling sites of quanzhou Bay wetland and their availability to Suaeda australis were analyzed. The Geoaccumulation Index （Igeo） values reveal that the sediments of three sampling sites may all be considered as moderately contaminated for Pb and Zn, and all sediments might be strongly contaminated with cadmium. The partitioning analyses revealed the measured heavy metals in three sites are bound to the exchangeable fraction at lower concentrations. The measured metals in a considerable amount are bound to the reducible and oxidizable fractions, and a high proportion of the measured heavy metals were distributed in the residual fraction in the sediment samples. The concentrations of Cd in each chemical phase extracted from the sediments are above natural global background levels and should be further investigated because of its toxicity. Suaeda australis has different accumulation abilities for the measured heavy metals. For the root and stem, the bioaccumulation ability assessed by bioaccumulation factor （BAF） for the measured heavy metals follows the decreasing order as： Cu〉Cr〉 Zn〉Cd, Pb, Hg. In the leaf, stronger bioaccumulation ability for Hg is exhibited. The heavy metal concentrations in Suaeda australis roots have positive correlations with their available fractions, while the exchangeable fraction of Cu and Cd might have be more important to both mature plant roots and seedling roots uptake than other fractions; as for Cr, the oxidizable fraction might make a greater contribution to the plant root uptake; as for Zn, the reducible fraction might make so contribution ; and for Pb, the oxidizable fraction might make a significant contribution to the mature plant root uptake, however, the exchangeable fraction might have a significant contribution to th
