Envita’s Precision Cancer Care: 35-Fold Improvement in Response Rates

New clinical approaches are imperative beyond the widely adopted National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines, utilized by prominent cancer institutions. Cancer is the leading cause of death among individuals younger than 85 years within the United States. Despite significant technological advances, including the expenditure of hundreds of billions, treatment outcomes and overall survival have not notably improved for most types of advanced cancer over the last several decades. Over the past 24 years, Envita medical centers has pioneered a unique form of personalized treatment approach for late-stage and refractory cancer patients, introducing groundbreaking innovations in the field. Our integrated algorithm utilizes advanced genomics, transcriptomics, and highly tailored immunotherapy, resulting in remarkable outcome improvements. This study presents Envita’s innovative personalized treatment algorithms and examines the response outcomes of 199 late-stage cancer patients treated at Envita medical centers over a two-year period. Compared to standard of care and palliative chemotherapy, Envita’s treatment demonstrated a remarkable 35-fold improvement in overall response rates (Figure 1). Moreover, 88% of the patients, the majority presenting with Stage 3 or 4 cancer, experienced a 43-fold improvement in quality of life with minimal side effects, as compared to standard of care chemotherapy and palliative care. This revolutionary success is attributed to Envita’s personalized therapeutic algorithms, which incorporate customized immunotherapy. Envita’s precision care approach has also achieved a 100% better response rate compared to over 65 global chemotherapy clinical trials with more than 2700 patients. The results from this study suggest that a wider utilization of Envita’s personalized approach can significantly benefit patients with late-stage and refractory cancer.

Enzymatic self-assembly/disassembly turns “ON”/“OFF” the mimetic hydrolytic activity of histidine nanofibers

Mimetic enzymes are devised as alternates or supplements of natural enzymes in broad fields but regulating their activities in a switchable manner remains ***,we proposed an enzymatic self-assembly/disassembly strategy to address this issue.A peptide molecule Nap FFEYIH(YH) was rationally designed which,after self-assembling into nanofibers,lined up the histidine moieties to form active hydrolysis centers for mimicking hydrolase *** dephosphorylation of Nap FFEYp IH(Yp H) by alkaline phosphatase to yield YH also turned “ON” the hydrolase *** turn,phosphorylation of YH by phosphokinase epidermal growth factor receptor to yield Yp H disassembled the nanofibers and thus turned the activity “OFF”.As such,the “ON”/“OFF” of the mimetic hydrolase activities could be regulated under physiological conditions through ALP/EGFR-mediated self-assembly/disassembly of histidine *** work provides a feasible strategy for the on-demand fabrication of artificial enzymes with controllable and superior activities.

This cohort study was performed to explore the influence of intensive care unit(ICU)quality on in-hospital mortality of veno-venous(V-V)extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)-supported patients in *** study involved all V-V ECMO-supported patients in 318 of 1700 tertiary hospitals from 2017 to 2019,using data from the National Clinical Improvement System and China National Critical Care Quality Control *** quality was assessed by quality control indicators and capacity *** the 2563 V-V ECMO-supported patients in 318 hospitals,a significant correlation was found between ECMO-related complications and *** reintubation rate within 48 hours after extubation and the total ICU mortality rate were independent risk factors for higher in-hospital mortality of V-V ECMO-supported patients(cutoff:1.5%and 7.0%;95%confidence interval:1.05–1.48 and 1.04–1.45;odds ratios:1.25 and 1.23;P=0.012 and P=0.015,respectively).Meanwhile,the V-V ECMO center volume was a protective factor(cutoff of≥50 cases within the 3-year study period;95%confidence interval:0.57–0.83,odds ratio:0.69,P=0.0001).The subgroup analysis of 864 patients in 11 high-volume centers further strengthened these ***,ICU quality may play an important role in improving the prognosis of V-V ECMO-supported patients.

Metabolomics signature of blood pressure salt sensitivity and its link to cardiovascular disease:A dietary salt-intervention trial
