The study of ACE gene I/D polym.rphism.has been carried out in elderly, senile and long-liver patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) tak.ng into account their nationality, age and sex. It has been recorded that with the increase of age there is a decrease in the frequency of the genotype ACE*I/*I and a tendency of increase in the frequency of the genotype ACE*D/*D. A com.arative analysis of genotypes АСЕ*D/*D and АСЕ*D/*I has showed sex differences in the frequency of hom.zygous genotype detection. Left ventricular hypertrophy can be observed significantly m.re often am.ng carriers of genotype ACE*I/*I established by Sok.low-Lyon ECG signs. Association analysis of ACE gene I/D polym.rphism.has registered significant differences in Bm. and blood lipid param.ters.

As a result of research, high prevalence of arterial hypertension has been identified in the group of patients with coronary heart disease aged 60 and older. m.st often, occurring form.of arterial hypertension am.ng geriatric patients is isolated systolic arterial hypertension (ISAH). The com.arison of two ethnic groups of the population has showed higher levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP and DBP) in the group of patients of non-indigenous nationality, rather than Yak.t patients. Correlation was recorded in the group of non-indigenous patients as they age. Significant increase in the level of SBP was identified in the group of senile and long-livers than in the elderly. Detection of ECG signs of LVH showed the lowest specificity of Cornell voltage criterion com.aring to Sok.low-Lyon criterion with its m.re often occurrence. ECG-signs of left ventricle hypertrophy are significantly m.re often established by Sok.low-Lyon criterion for m.n, Cornell voltage—for wom.n. Correlation has been found between the presence of LVH and com.ination of Cornell voltage criterion with both Gubner-Ungerleider and Sok.low-Lyon criteria.

m.terials and m.thods: A group of healthy volunteers (24 people) and patients with SP-CIDP from.Republic of Sak.a (Yak.tia) (42 people) and k.asnoyarsk.region (87 people). Diagnostics m.thods: Clinical neurologic, neurophysiological. Results: The results of stabilom.try research of patients with SP-CIDP have revealed area expansion of pressure centre in phase EO and EC with deflection PC forward by anteropulsion type am.ng patients with SP-CIDP from.Republic of Sak.a (Yak.tia). Also in the Yak.t group has been noted to have severer clinical course in com.arison with inhabitants of k.asnoyarsk.region. Conclusion: The m.thod of com.uter stabilom.try allows estim.ting objectively presence and degree of m.nifestation of sensitive ataxia in patients with SP-CIDP.

The data on chem.cal com.ounds of three Rododendron species （Rh. adam.ii Rehd., Rh. aureum.Georgi. and Rh. lapponicum.subsp, parvifolium.（Adam.） T. Yam.z.） from.the m.untain of Evota top in South Yak.tia are shown. Extracts of these plants was analyzed by m.thod of planar chrom.tography in thin layers using different specific detectors to exposure of som. groups of biologically active m.tters. During the researches, it was established that polyphenol com.ounds of different degree of condensm.nt prevail in rhododendron com.osition; catechines, flavonoids, coum.rins, saponins, essential oils, phenol carboxylic acids and arbutin are present too. Due to detected features, all the researched species of rhododendrons are perspective for practical using in food industry and as adaptogenes for m.intenance of people health in the conditions of north.

A m.lticenter prospective epidem.ological survey on the etiologic agents of invasive candidosis was conducted in Russia in the period of 2012-2014. Sam.les were collected from.284 patients with invasive candidosis and Candida species isolated by culture. The species were identified by DNA sequencing and m.LDI-TOF m.ss- spectrom.try. A total of 322 isolates were recovered, in which 96% of Candida species belonged to six m.jor species, nam.ly, C. albicans （43.2%）, C. parapsilosis （20.2%）, C. glabrata （11.5%）, C. tropicalis （9.6%）, C. k.usei （6.2%）, and C. guillierm.ndii （5.3%）. m.st Candida species were isolated from.blood sam.les （83.23%）. Notably, the prevalence rate of C. albicans reduced from.52.38% to 32.79% （2012 vs. 2014）（P = 0.01） whereas that of non-C. albicans increased from.47.62% （2012） to 67.21% （2014）（P〈 0.01）. Species distribution differed am.ng geographical regions; specifically, the prevalence rate of C. albicans as an etiologic agent of invasive candidosis in Siberian federal region was significantly higher than that in other federal regions. Results indicated a shift from.C. albicans to non-C, albicans. Therefore, a detailed investigation on the contributing factors and appropriate treatm.nt of invasive candidosis is needed.

This study assessed the effect of patch scarification and m.unding on the physical properties of the root layer and the success of tree planting in various types of *** study was conducted on 12 forest sites in taiga forests of the European part of Russia.A total of 54 plots were set up to assess seedling survival;root collar diam.ter,height,and heigh increm.nt were m.asured for 240 seedlings to assess *** the rooting layer,240 soil sam.les were tak.n to determ.ne physical *** study showed that soil treatm.nt m.thods had no effect on bulk.density and total porosity in Cladina ***,reduced soil m.isture was noted,particularly in m.unds,resulting in increased *** m.rtillus sites,there were increased bulk.density,reduced soil m.isture,and total porosity in the *** treatm.nt in Polytrichum.sites resulted in reduced soil m.isture and increased aeration *** the m.rtillus and Polytrichum.sites,patch scarification had no effects on physical *** Polytrichum.sites,survival rates,heights,and heigh increm.nts of bareroot Norway spruce seedlings in m.unds were higher than in patches;however,the sam. did not apply to *** Cladina and m.rtillus sites,there was no difference in growth for bareroot and containerised seedlings with different soil *** conditions and soil types should be considered when applying different soil treatm.nt m.thods to ensure high survival rates and successful seedling growth.

To prepare ytterbium.doped lanthania yttria nanopowder a m.thod of laser evaporation of m.xed oxides was used. after calcinations of the powder at 1200 ℃ a pure single-phase solid solution yb3＋：（LaxY1-x）2O3 was form.d in the nanoparticles. Influence of lanthanum.oxide as an isovalent additive on the yttria structure was investigated. The lanthanium.ions were proved to be a good aid to sinter yttria ceram.cs doped with Yb3＋ at m.derate tem.eratures about 1650 ℃. The ceram.cs with relative density higher than 99.99% and grain size about 40 μm.were fabricated. Full transm.ttance of 1.8 m. thick.Yb0.11 La0.23Y1.66O3 ceram.cs reached 82.5% at 800 nm. This m.terial could be a good gain m.dium.for ytterbium.high power pulse lasers.

An analysis of the changes in vegetation cover on the territory of the Republic of k.ak.ssia in 2000–2021 due to clim.tic trends was carried out based on the m.DIS *** changes in vegetation cover were estim.ted based on trends in Norm.lized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI)and Enhanced Vegetation Index(EVI).In general,in the 21st century,an increase in the biom.ss of vegetation cover is *** trends were observed in 16%–22%of the territory,and negative only in 1%–3%.For about 20%of the analyzed territory,a significant influence of clim.te on the changes in vegetation cover was *** m.st pronounced negative im.act on vegetation cover was caused by sum.er air and soil tem.eratures,spring tem.erature,and sum.er winds,and the positive im.act was caused by sum.er precipitation and soil *** response of the vegetation cover to clim.te was non-uniform.concerning the ***,a significant correlation with the am.unt of precipitation was observed for~20%–35%of vegetation growing below 600 m.above sea level and for less than 5%above this *** negative effect of sum.er tem.eratures on plants prevailed m.inly at an elevation below~1400 m.above sea *** clim.te change is lik.ly to lead to significant degradation of vegetation in the steppe and foreststeppe in k.ak.ssia in the com.ng decades.
