Chalcogen-dependent catalytic properties of RuX2 (X = S/Se/Te) nanoparticles decorated carbon nanofibers for hydrogen evolution in acidic and alkaline media

Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs),with the general formula MX_(2)(M=Mo/W/Fe/Co/Ni,etc.;X=S/Se/Te),have attracted extensive research interests for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Compared with numerous studies on noble-metal-free TMDs,the chalcogen-dependent HER catalytic properties of noble-metal-based TMDs are lack of sufficient research ***,a facile electrospinning-assisted synthetic strategy is proposed to synthesize ruthenium dichalcogenides(RuX_(2),X=S/Se/Te)nanoparticles decorated carbon nanofibers(CNFs).Benefiting from the identical nanofibrous morphology and exposed crystal planes of RuX_(2)(111),the catalytic activities of RuX_(2)@CNFs samples were investigated and compared in a fair and direct *** electrochemical measurements coupled with density functional theory calculations were carried out to probe their intrinsic HER catalytic activities,resulting in the catalytic activity order of RuS_(2)@CNFs>ruse_(2)@CNFs>RuTe_(2)@CNFs in acidic media and that of RuS_(2)@CNFs>RuTe_(2)@CNFs>ruse_(2)@CNFs in alkaline *** superior catalytic performance of RuS_(2)@CNFs mainly stems from the relative lower HER energy barriers and thereby the higher intrinsic catalytic activity of RuS_(2)(111),leading to ultralow overpotentials of 44 and 9 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2) in acidic and alkaline media,***_(2)(111)is endowed with the more optimized Gibbs free energy of hydrogen adsorption(ΔGH*)than RuTe_(2)(111),but RuTe_(2)(111)shows enhanced catalytic property for H_(2)O dissociation and OH-desorption than ruse_(2)(111),therefore,resulting in the altered catalytic activity sequences for ruse_(2) and RuTe_(2) in acidic and alkaline media.

过渡金属二硫族化合物(TMDs)是二维材料家族中的重要成员,具有丰富多样的晶体结构和物理特性,是近年来在科学研究和器件应用领域关注度较高的材料之一.本文通过第一性原理计算研究了单层ruse_(2)的结构和相变,在确定其基态为二聚相(T′相)的同时,发现该材料存在能量相近的三聚相(T′″相).分别从动力学和热力学角度预测了该晶相结构的稳定性.结合相变势垒的计算和分子动力学模拟,预测在室温下对相结构施加较小的应力就可以实现晶格从T′相到T′″相的转变.相变后的能带结构以及载流子迁移率都发生了明显的改变,其带隙由1.11 eV的间接带隙转变为0.71 eV的直接带隙,载流子迁移率有了大幅的提升,空穴迁移率达到了3.22×10^(3)cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1).本文对比研究了ruse_(2)单层中可能共存的两种畸变相,分析了不同晶相的电子结构和迁移率,为实验上研究二维ruse_(2)材料及其在未来器件中的应用提供了理论依据.

Analysis on Flow Field of the Valveless Piezoelectric Pump with Two Inlets and One Outlet and a Rotating Unsymmetrical Slopes Element

Typically,liquid pump and liquids mixer are two separate *** invention of piezoelectric pump makes it possible to integrate the two ***,the existing piezoelectric mixing-pumps are larger because the need the space outside the chamber,and another shortcome of them is that they cannot adjust the mixing ratio of two *** this paper,a new piezoelectric pump being capable of integrating mixer and pump is presented,based on the theory of the piezoelectric pump with the unsymmetrical slopes element（USE）.Besides the features of two inlets and one outlet,the piezoelectric pump has a rotatable unsymmetrical slopes element（ruse）.When the pump works,two fluids flow into the inlet channels *** the ruse controls the ratio of the two flows by adjusting the flow resistances of the two inlet *** fluids form a net flow due to the USE principle,while they are mixed into a homogeneous solution due to strong turbulence flow field and complex vortices generated by ruse in the *** then the solution flows through the ***,the theoretical analysis on this pump is ***,the flow field in the chamber is calculated and *** then,the relationship between the flows of the two channels and the rotating angle of the ruse is set up and ***,experiment with the proposed pump is carried out to verify the numerical results.A ruse with 20° slope angle is used in the *** sets of data are tested with the ruse at the rotating angles of 0°,6°,11°,and 16°,respectively,corresponding to the numerical *** experimental results show that the empirical data and the theoretical data share the same *** maximum error between the theoretical flow and the experimental flow is 11.14%,and the maximum error between the theoretical flow ratio of the two inlets and the experimental one is 2.5%.The experiment verified the theoretical *** proposed research provides a new idea for integration o

Nanozyme is a promising field that offers the substitution for natural enzymes using various *** nanoma-terials with peroxidase-like activity were *** them,transition metal chalcogenides were explored as promis-ing nanozymes due to their excellent enzyme-mimicking ***,ruthenium selenide has not been studied as a peroxidase mimic because of the difficulty for ***,we prepared ruthenium selenide nanomaterial with ordered mesoporous structure(P-ruse_(2))employing KIT-6 silica as the *** composition and structure of P-ruse_(2) were fully ***,its peroxidase-like activity was investigated.P-ruse_(2) possessed excellent peroxidase-mimicking activ-ity,which catalyzed the oxidation of peroxidase substrates,including 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine,o-phenylenediamine,and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)in the presence of H_(2)O_(2).Moreover,P-ruse_(2) exhibited higher peroxidase-like activity when compared with several representative nanozymes as well as bulk ruse_(2).To demonstrate its potential applications,the colorimetric detection systems for H_(2)O_(2) and glucose were successfully constructed based on P-ruse_(2) nanozyme.

The aim of this paper is to prove the existence of one or multiple solutions of nonlinear difference equations coupled to a general set of boundary *** to do this,we construct a discrete operator whose fixed points coincide with the solutions of the problem we are looking ***,we introduce a strong positiveness condition on the related Green's function that allows us to construct suitable cones where to apply adequate fixed point *** we have the general existence result,we deduce,as a particular case,the existence of solutions of a second order difference equation with nonlocal perturbed Dirichlet conditions.

为提高硒化钌(ruse_(2))催化剂的活性位点数量、导电性和传质扩散能力,采用静电纺丝、碳化和硒化相结合的策略,制备了负载ruse_(2)纳米颗粒的N掺杂碳纳米纤维复合材料(ruse_(2)@CNFs)。利用SEM、TEM、XRD、Raman、XPS等表征技术对该复合材料的组成和结构进行系统表征,并通过LSV、CV、恒电位电解等电化学技术对该复合材料的电催化析氢性能和稳定性进行测试分析。结果表明:ruse_(2)@CNFs具有丰富的催化活性位点、良好的导电性以及充足的电解液/气体传输孔道,展现出优异的电催化性能和稳定性,在碱性电解液中产生10 mA/cm^(2)的催化电流密度仅需58 mV的过电位,优于大部分近期报道的Ru基催化剂。该研究为高活性析氢催化剂的设计合成提供了新的研究思路。

Simulation Models for Evaluation and Selection of Depreciation Policy for Agricultural Companies in the Republic of Bulgaria

In the present paper, the results from research on the influence of criteria (factors) such as depreciation method, materiality threshold, and inflation rate on the selection of depreciation policy are shown. The research has been carried out with the help of specifically devised simulation models. The simulation is realized in accounting for the unevenness of money in time and the profitability of the company, the tax rates for corporate tax, and the inflation rate. The models have been devised after analyzing methodology issues, related to depreciation policy and investigating current practices in its implementation in specific agricultural companies in present-day Bulgaria. It has been determined that there is a clear-cut relation between the profitability of the companies and the materiality threshold and depreciation method chosen. The main conclusion is that when the companies develop their depreciation policy, at ceteris paribus they should select higher materiality thresholds and diminishing balance depreciation methods due to the inequality of money in time, the acceleration of obsolescence, and the inflation processes.
