Currently,renewable energy generation has received more and more *** article focuses on wind energy generation,one of the renewable energy *** at the intermittent and unpredictable wind power problems,according to the day ahead bidding mechanism in the power market,this paper introduces the energy storage system to maximize wind power merchants profit based on the newsvendor ***,this paper focuses on the wind farms combined with storage system to put forward the optimal bidding decision of selling or buying electricity to the market one day in advance and the optimal bidding ***,we analyze the relationship between the optimal bid amount and the market penalty price coefficient,government subsidy,storage system charge and discharge efficiency,and other *** on the analysis of various parameters,power generation companies can make reasonable bidding decisions and amount to maximize profits.

Environmental pollution and emissions from greenhouse gases caused by fossil fuel use are a threat to sustainable development. With renewable energy sources, no polluting emissions are released into the atmosphere. Therefore, using these sources on a large-scale is a key to reducing emissions and meeting the commitments established by Kyoto Protocol. Moreover, EU wants that the 20% of energy consumption is renewable in 2020. This study describes economic aspects, such as net present value and internal profitability rate, of the repowering process for the wind farms. Repowering can generate considerably more power with fewer facilities. This process was the result of a growing demand for renewable energies, facilitated by the great potential of wind energy in the north of Spain. The wind farms studied in this work were set up before 1998 and they had obsolete machinery with low power. There are strong indications that repowering is a profitable endeavour.

＜正＞A new method to calculate active power output of large-scale wind farms connected to power grids, based on the fuzzy random chance-constrained programming（FRC ）theory,is presented in this *** calculation of calculate active power output can be turned into a FRC programming problem which constrained conditions.A mathematical model of calculate active power in wind power integrated system based on FRC programming form is put forward,including ramp constrains of the generating units,output restricted zone,line transmission capacity,reserved capacity constraints,the balance of load,and so *** problem can be solved by particle swarm optimization based fuzzy *** results on IEEE30 system demonstrate the advantages of the proposed approach.

The impact of wind power forecast errors (WPFEs) on power system reliability can be quantified by a sensitivity model, which helps to determine the importance of different wind farms. However, the unknown distribution and correlation of WPFEs make it difficult to calculate the reliability sensitivity. The existing univariate non-standard third-order polynomial normal transformation (NSTPNT) expresses the reliability sensitivity of WPFEs by a normal random variable with explicit distribution, and is not suitable for multiple wind farms with correlated forecast errors. In this paper, the univariate NSTPNT method is extended to the multivariate by deriving the analytical expression of the correlation coefficients before and after the transformation, to establish the transformation between the WPFEs and a normal random vector (RV) with the specific correlation. A reliability sensitivity model to the WPFEs expressed to the normal RV is then proposed. The numerical results validate the accuracy of the proposed multivariate NSTPNT and the sensitivity model. The maximum relative error for using the sensitivity to approximate the change of reliability with distribution parameters of the WPFEs is less than 2.42%. The necessity of considering the correlation of WPFEs is analyzed. The maximum relative error of the sensitivity reaches 83% when the correlation is ignored.

Zhangjiakou is an important wind power base in Hebei Province,*** impact of its wind farms on the local climate is *** on long-term meteorological data from 1981 to 2018,we investigated the effects of the Shangyi wind Farm(SWF)in Zhangjiakou on air temperature,wind speed,relative humidity,and precipitation using the anomaly or ratio method between the impacted weather station and the non-impacted background weather *** influence of the SWF on land surface temperature(LST)and evapotranspiration(ET)using MODIS satellite data from 2003 to 2018 was also *** results showed that the SWF had an atmospheric warming effect at night especially in summer and autumn(up to 0.95℃).The daytime air temperature changes were marginal,and their signs were varying depending on the *** annual mean wind speed decreased by 6%,mainly noted in spring and winter(up to 14%).The precipitation and relative humidity were not affected by the *** was no increase in LST in the SWF perhaps due to the increased vegetation coverage unrelated to the wind farms,which canceled out the wind farm-induced land surface warming and also resulted in an increase in *** results showed that the impact of wind farms on the local climate was significant,while their impact on the regional climate was slight.

Renewable energy sources(RES)such as wind turbines(WT)and solar cells have attracted the attention of power system operators and users alike,thanks to their lack of environmental pollution,independence of fossil fuels,and meager marginal *** the introduction of RES,challenges have faced the unit commitment(UC)problem as a traditional power system optimization problem aiming to minimize total costs by optimally determining units’inputs and outputs,and specifying the optimal generation of each *** output power of RES such as WT and solar cells depends on natural factors such as wind speed and solar irradiation that are riddled with *** a result,the UC problem in the presence of RES faces *** grid consumed load is not always equal to and is randomly different from the predicted values,which also contributes to uncertainty in solving the aforementioned *** current study proposes a novel two-stage optimization model with load and wind farm power generation uncertainties for the security-constrained UC to overcome this *** new model is adopted to solve the wind-generated power uncertainty,and energy storage systems(ESSs)are included in the problem for further *** problem is written as an uncertain optimization model which are the stochastic nature with security-constrains which included undispatchable power resources and storage *** solve the UC programming model,a hybrid honey bee mating and bacterial foraging algorithm is employed to reduce problem complexity and achieve optimal results.

The growing global demand for sustainable and environmentally friendly energy has stimulated the rapid adoption of renewable offshore ***,infrastructure needed for green energy production ironically impacts upon marine species and ***,this positional review paper seeks to comprehensively synthesise the prevailing body of knowledge on the impact of offshore energy development on a broad range of marine *** interpretivist philosophical stance and inductive reasoning was adopted using scientometric analysis to conduct a rich synthesis of extant *** an operational perspective,the Scopus database was utilised to search for key terms on the phenomena under investigation and using the VoS Viewer software for the identification of trends using scientometric *** analysis reveals that research in this area of science has increased significantly over the last decade but private sector involvement is conspicuous by its *** concerns among the research community include the impact of energy development on the abundance of species,pollution and biodiversity behaviour and *** present,researchers have extensively focused on the impact of offshore wind farms on fish and marine ***,the literature reveals no significant long-term impact upon energy development on most marine species albeit,short-term interference has raised concerns(from sound,disruption of navigation and foraging patterns,and damage of habitat).To minimise short term disruption,researchers have recommended the use of acoustic deterrence during construction,enforcement of protected areas and continued research.
