[Objectives] The contents of copper and lead in the soil of the Yellow River wetland were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of soil pollution. [Methods] The soil was digested with a concentrated nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid system, and the contents of heavy metals such as copper and lead in the Yellow River wetland of Shaanxi Province were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. [Results] The correlation coefficients reached 0.999 5 in the range of 0.00-1.00 mg/L, indicating good linearity. [Conclusions] The method is simple in operation, good in reproducibility, high in sensitivity to most elements, and can be widely used.

The impact of 500 kV transmission lines of Anqing power plant across the lake wetland reserve along the Yangtze River on the safety of the ecosystem was taken as the researched *** power frequency electric field intensity(PFEFI),power frequency magnetic field intensity(PFMFI),radio interference,construction noise,vegetation destruction and the influence on water quality were investigated and monitored,and the influences of PFEFI,PFMFI,radio interference and construction noise on wild animals,especially the habitats and migration of birds were mainly *** direct and indirect influences on the surrounding environment as well as plants and animals in sensitive areas were analyzed and *** results firstly showed there existed a 182 400m^3 stereo-space(PFEFI>4kV/m)which made flying birds unsafe under the lowest height 11 mof the lines,which fills the gap in the research of this ***,some operational protection countermeasures were put forward at the current technical level to achieve the win-win goal of economic development and natural protection.

Pyeongtaek wetland,whose name means "flat swamp",is a wide flat paleo-swamp formed during the early *** Pyeongtaek wetland is located near the central part of the west coast of the Korean Peninsula,and as it was formed during the early Holocene,this area can be particularly useful for investigating coastal plant community ecological responses to climate change and sea-level *** this study,we attempted to reconstruct the Holocene coastal depositional environment of the Pyeongtaek area in response to sea-level changes,based on agecontrolled pollen and phytoplanktonic algae *** East Asian monsoon-controlled coastal area is an open system that experiences an intensive interplay between oceanic and terrestrial *** ecological response of sensitive terrestrial ecosystems can provide independent data complementing the almost exclusively marine body of ***,coastal-especially intertidal-ecosystems can provide valuable information on past depositional environmental changes because such systems are very sensitive to environmental changes in the sea-continent *** 10400 cal;000 cal a BP,halophytic Chenopodiaceae pollen and marine dinoflagellates indicate the depositional environment was an intertidal *** 8000 cal and 6000 cal a BP,no marine dinoflagellates and abundant meso- to hypersaline salt marshes of Gramineae,with a later increase of mesosaline marshes of Cyperaceae,indicate a transition from intertidal flat to freshwater *** 6000 cal to 4500 cal a BP,aquatic genera and freshwater algae indicate that the study area completely changed to freshwater *** directional sequence in relative abundance of taxa（maximum percentage of pollen of Chenopodiaceae followed by Gramineae,Cyperaceae,and aquatics） suggests a gradational pattern indicative of marked environmental clines typical of intertidal habitats.

In order to understand the spatial distribution of heavy metals in coastal wetlands,Tamarix chinensis wetlands on the south bank of Bohai Bay were selected as the research *** content of Cr,Mn,Ni,Zn and Cu in soil was determined by sampling method in April *** spatial distribution characteristics of heavy metals and causes were *** results showed that except for Cr,Ni and Zn,the content of other heavy metals in this area did not exceed the background value of soil environment in Shandong *** study area was slightly polluted by these three heavy *** the vertical direction,the content of Cr,Mn,Cu and Ni followed the law of surface layer>middle layer>bottom layer,while the content of Zn was higher in the bottom layer,which needed to be further *** the horizontal direction,the content of the five heavy metals was not significantly different according to the distance from the *** was no significant difference in the content of heavy metals between rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere *** was a significant correlation between the content of heavy metal elements,except Mn,the content of heavy metals was significantly correlated with the content of soil organic *** content of some heavy metals was significantly correlated with the content of available phosphorus and ammonium nitrogen.

As a typical inland wetland, Yangguan nature reserve wetland in Dunhuang is one of the important stops of migratory route for birds, which is vulnerable and particular. Study on the community characteristics and species diversity of wetland has great signifi cance for biodiversity protection. Based on the fi eld investigation, the fl oristic composition, geographical elements and species diversity of wetland plants were studied in Yangguan reserve of Dunhuang. The results showed that 26 families, 56 genera and 74 species were recorded in the study area. The largest families were the Gramineae and Chenopodiaceae, accounting for 29.73% of the total. Herbs were the most abundant life-form, accounting for 77.03% of the total. The fl oral geographical elements of the plants were mainly composed of temperate zone distribution type. By using two way indicator species analysis(TWINSPAN), the vegetation in 36 sampling plots could be classifi ed into 8 communities. The species diversity indexes of communities were relatively low, but had large differences among each other. According to the importance value, the Margalef richness index(Rm) ranged from 0 to 4.200. Simpson diversity index(D) was between 0 and 0.512; Shannon diversity index(H) ranged from 0 to 1.400, and Pielou evenness index(J) was within the range of 0.538 to 1.000. The results indicated that the plant species were relatively rare and simple in general, the species diversity of communities was low, and the ecological environment was fragile in Yangguan nature reserve of Dunhuang.
