As an indispensable key equipment in nuclear power plants,the water level control of steam generators directly affects the quality of exported steam,which is critical to the safe operation of nuclear power plant *** controlled object,water level control system often has the characteristics of time lag,inertia and time-varying,and it is difficult to achieve the desired control effect using the classical control *** solve the above problem,this paper proposes an intelligent model-free adaptive control and PID（IMFAC-PIDA） approach,in which an improved MFAC controller is designed to enhance the performance of the system,and the adaptive simplified human learning optimization（ASHLO） algorithm is used to optimize the parameter of the designed ***,the simulation experiments show that the proposed IMFAC-PIDA significantly outperforms other four control approaches.

The water level of the U-tube steam generator （UTSG） in a nuclear power unit, which is an important process parameter, must be maintained in a safe range whether the unit is working under fixed or variable conditions. But it is a challenging job to accurately control the water level, for its dynamic responses vary significantly when the load changes and its non-minimum phase characteristic, especially at the lower load. In this paper, an H∞ -based linear- quadratic regulator （LQR） control scheme is proposed. In this scheme, the H∞ approach is used to design the water level controller to ensure the stable and the tracking ability of the system at deferent loads, and, to accommodate the constraint of the feed-water flow, the LQR method is adopted. Case studies, based on an actual nuclear UTSG model, show the effectiveness of this control scheme.

The high pressure（HP） heater system is an important part of the circulating water treatment system in the power generating units, whose role is to extract the steam with high temperature and high pressure exhausted from the turbine to heat the water supply of desecrator. The running state of HP heater system has a direct impact on the power generation unit. Based on the industrial automation control features of distributed control system（DCS）, the water level control system of HP heater in the power plant by using an integrated and rapid safety industrial controllable network（Honeywell TPS） is designed, where the fieldbus, human machine interface and industrial control system are integrated together. Then the actual operation experiments on HP heater system with the proposed water level control scheme are carried out. Through the observation of water level curves, the design scheme makes the stability of the high water level improved greatly.

A simple gain-scheduled water level control system for a nuclear steam generator（SG）is *** control system consists of a feedback controller and a feedforward *** feedback controller is of first order,the feedforward controller is of second order,and parameters of the two controllers are directly related to the parameters of plant model thus scheduling is easy to implement in *** performance of the feedback controller and the feedforward controller can be tuned on-line with the two tuning parameters of the *** with a single robust controller and a multi-model controller,the proposed gain-scheduled controller can achieve good performance at both low and high power operations.

Effect of Rural Sewage Irrigation Regime on water-Nitrogen Utilization and Crop Growth of Paddy Rice in Southern China

Reclaimed water irrigation has become an effective mean to alleviate the contradiction between water availability and its consumption *** this study,three types of irrigation water sources(rural sewage’s primary treated water R1 and secondary treated water R2,and river water R3)meeting the requirements of water quality for farmland irrigation were selected,and three types of irrigation water levels(low water levelW1 of 0–80 mm,medium water level W2 of 0–100 mm,and high water level W3 of 0–150 mm)were adopted to carry out research on the influence mechanismS of different irrigation water sources and water levels on water and nitrogen use and crop growth in paddy *** water quantity indicators(irrigation times and irrigation volume),soil ammonium nitrogen(NH4+-N)and nitrate nitrogen(NO3−-N),rice yield indicators(thousand-grain weight,the number of grains per spike,and the number of effective spikes),and quality indicators(the amount of protein,amylose,vitamin C,nitrate and nitrite content)of rice were *** results showed that,the average irrigation volume under W3 was 2.4 and 1.9 times of that under W1 and W2,*** with R3,the peak consumption of rice was lagged behind under R1 and R2,and the nitrogen form in 0–40 cm soil layers under rural sewage irrigation was mainly NH4+-*** changes of NO3−-N and NH4+-N in the 0–40 cm soil layer showed the trend of declining and then *** water level control only had a significant effect on the change of NO3−-N in the 60–80 cm soil *** irrigation water use efficiency and crop water use efficiency were gradually reduced with the increase of field water level *** nitrogen utilization efficiency under rural sewage irrigation was significantly higher than that under *** with the R3,rural sewage irrigation could significantly increase the yield of rice,and as the field water level rose,the effect of yield promotion was more *** was noteworthy that the grain

The high pressure（HP） heater system is an important part of the circulating water treatment system in the power generating units,whose role is to extract the steam with high temperature and high pressure exhausted from the turbine to heat the water supply of desecrator.A mathematical model of the HP heater system is established so as to obtain the system transfer function *** in order to eliminate the multi-variable coupling in HP heater system,three decoupling methods（diagonal matrix decoupling,integral decoupling and feed-forward compensator decoupling） are used to make the coupling system decoupled into two single-input-single-output（SISO） *** simulation experiments are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed mathematical model and decoupling methods.
