LOCAL BENDING OF THIN FILM ON viscous layer

Effects of deposition layer position film are systematically investigated. Because the and number/density on local bending of a thin deposition layer interacts with the thin film at the interface and there is an offset between the thin film neutral surface and the interface, the deposition layer generates not only axial stress but also bending moment. The bending moment induces an instant out-of-plane deflection of the thin film, which may or may not cause the socalled local bending. The deposition layer is modeled as a local stressor, whose location and density are demonstrated to be vital to the occurrence of local bending. The thin film rests on a viscous layer, which is governed by the Navier-Stokes equation and behaves like an elastic foundation to exert transverse forces on the thin film. The unknown feature of the axial constraint force makes the governing equation highly nonlinear even for the small deflection chse. The constraint force and film transverse deflection are solved iteratively through the governing equation and the displacement constraint equation of immovable edges. This research shows that in some special cases, the deposition density increase does not necessarily reduce the local bending. By comparing the thin film deflections of different deposition numbers and positions, we also present the guideline of strengthening or suppressing the local bending.

＜正＞The formation of a viscous layer on blast furnace hearth carbon brick hot face can effective reduce the velocity of hot metal along the wall and resist abrasion to the wall,and the key to form a stable viscous layer is to effectively reduce the temperature of carbon brick hot face and control the reasonable composition of hot *** the establishment of hearth heat transfer model,the analysis results showed by reducing furnace temperature,reducing hot metal velocity along the wall, increasing the cooling intensity,improving the heat transfer capability of hearth lining,the temperature of carbon brick hot face can be reduced;According to the carburizing theory and solidification theory,the analysis results showed by promoting saturation of carbon in hot metal and controlling the content of element impacting the graphite carbon precipitation,a reasonable composition of hot metal can be *** last,the concept of "reasonable hearth erosion profile" was presented firstly,in the early period of the campaign,the rhythm of smelting intensity should be controlled well and to form a reasonable initial hearth erosion profile,by ensuring the masonry quality and optimizing hearth operation techniques,the reasonable hearth erosion profile can be formed.

Anodic behavior of neodymium in acidic AlCl_3-1-ethyl-3-methyl-imidazolium chloride ionic liquid

The anodic behavior of neodymium in acidic AlCl3-1-ethyl-3-methyl-imidazolium chloride （AIC13-EMIC） ionic liquid was investigated by conducting linear sweep voltammeter and chonopotentiometry. The viscosity of Nd dissolved ionic liquid and the surface morphologies of Nd were characterized using an Ostwald viscometer and a scanning electron microscope, respectively. The chemical composition of Nd surface was indentified by Raman spectra. The results showed that dissolution of Nd under anodic polarization occurred after the breakdown of oxide films. A viscous layer formed at the interface of Nd/ionic liquid during the galvanostatic process of 5 and 20 mA/cm^2. The formation of viscous layer was attributed to the accumulation of Nd dissolved AlCl3-EMIC ionic liquid, which had high viscosity. The oxide films could be removed thoroughly and the surface of Nd was homogeneous without etching pits, when viscous layer formed in the anodic process. Otherwise, the surface showed a pitting morphology.
