Studies have focused on neutralizing antibody titers and T-cell activation induced by vaccination against different SARS-CoV-2strains[1,2].Advanced single-cell technology has allowed for a comprehensive evaluation of immune responses to diverse vaccines,revealing potential antiviral mechanisms[3-5].Patients with rheumatic diseases(RDs)experience dysregulated cellular and humoral immune responses that affect their disease susceptibility,including COVID-19[6].

Objective:This study aimed to explore undergraduates’knowledge,attitude,and practice/behavior of human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccination,as well as the essential influencing factors for vaccination ***:Through cluster and convenience sampling,2000 undergraduates from the Nursing and Language department of a university in Shanghai were sent a self-designed ***-square tests,independent sample t-test/ANOVE,and multiple linear regression were used to investigate participants’knowledge and attitude on HPV vaccination,as well as the factors that predicted potential action to receive and promote HPV vaccination in the ***:The mean HPV knowledge score was 5.027 out of *** science students showed a significantly higher knowledge mean score than the non-health science students(Pvaccination attitude among undergraduates in different grades(Pvaccination in the ***:It would take time for a new health product to be aware,understood,accepted,and *** providing and information sharing are expected to break the dawn and make the procedure processed.

Immunoprophylaxis is routinely recommended for infants born to mothers with hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection within the first 12-24 *** of he-patitis B surface antibody(HBsAb)resulting from hepatitis B immunoglobulin administered at birth may be perceived as a real vaccine *** makes it difficult to detect HBV *** this reason,it is recommended that infants born to hepatitis B surface antigen positive mothers and who received immunop-rophylaxis at birth should have HBsAb testing when they are 9-15 months old.

In order to develop a desirable inexpensive,effective and safe vaccine against the very virulentinfectious bursal disease virus （vvIBDV）,we tried to take advantage of the emerging T4 bacteriophagesurface protein display *** major immunogen protein VP2 from the vvlBDV strain HK46 wasfused to the nonessential T4 phage surface capsid protein,a small outer capsid （SOC） protein,resulting inthe 49 kDa SOC-VP2 fusion protein,which was verified by sodium dodecylsulfate polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis and Western *** showed that the recombinant VP2 protein wassuccessfully displayed on the surface of the T4 *** recombinant VP2 protein is antigenic and showedreactivities to various monoclonal antibodies （mAbs） against IBDV,whereas the wild-type phage T4 couldnot react to any *** addition,the recombinant VP2 protein is immunogenic and elicited specific antibodiesin immunized specific pathogen free （SPF） *** significantly,immunization of SPF chickenswith the recombinant T4-VP2 phage protected them from infection by the vvIBDV strain *** with the vvIBDV strain HK46 at a dose of 100 of 50% lethal dose (LD50) per chicken 4 weeksafter the booster was given,the group vaccinated with the T4-VP2 recombinant phage showed no clinicalsigns of disease or death,whereas the unvaccinated group and the group vaccinated with the wild-type T4phage exhibited 100% clinical signs of disease and bursal damages,and 30%—40% ***,the data herein showed that the T4-displayed VP2 protein might be an inexpensive,effective and safe vaccinecandidate against vvIBDV.

The H7 N9 viruses that emerged in China in 2013 were nonpathogenic in chickens but mutated to a highly pathogenic form in early 2017 and caused severe disease outbreaks in chickens. The H7 N9 influenza viruses have caused five waves of human infection, with almost half of the total number of human cases(766 of 1,567) being reported in the fifth wave, raising concerns that even more human infections could occur in the sixth wave. In September 2017, an H5/H7 bivalent inactivated vaccine for chickens was introduced, and the H7 N9 virus isolation rate in poultry dropped by 93.3% after vaccination. More importantly,only three H7 N9 human cases were reported between October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018, indicating that vaccination of poultry successfully eliminated human infection with H7 N9 virus. These facts emphasize that active control of animal disease is extremely important for zoonosis control and human health protection.

The onset of various kidney diseases has been reported after severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus2(SARS-CoV-2) ***,detailed clinical and pathological features are *** screened and analyzed patients with newly diagnosed kidney diseases after inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in Peking University First Hospital from January 2021 to August 2021,and compared them with the reported cases in the *** obtained samples of blood,urine and renal biopsy *** and laboratory information,as well as light microscopy,immunostaining and ultrastructural observations,were *** SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and nucle oprotein were stained using the immunofluorescence technique in the kidney biopsy ***-CoV-2 specific antibodies were tested using magnetic particle chemiluminescence *** study group included 17 patients with a range of conditions including immune-complex-mediated kidney diseases(IgA nephropathy,membranous nephropathy and lupus nephritis),podocytopathy(minimal change disease and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis) and others(antineutrophil-cytoplasmic-antibody-associated vasculitis,anti-glomerular basement membrane nephritis,acute tubulointerstitial nephritis and thrombotic micro angiopathy).Seven patients(41.18%)developed renal disease after the first dose and ten(58.82%) after the second *** kidney disease spectrum as well as clinicopathological features are similar across different types of SARS-CoV-2 *** found no definitive evidence of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein or nucleoprotein deposition in the kidney biopsy *** markers implicated abnormal immune responses in predisposed *** and follow-up(median=86 days) showed that biopsy diagnosis informed treatment and prognosis in all *** conclusion,we observed various kidney diseases following SARS-CoV-2 vaccine administration,which show a high consistency across different types of SARS-CoV-2 vaccin

In this paper, a new susceptible-infected-susceptible （SIS） model on complex networks with imperfect vaccination is proposed. Two types of epidemic spreading patterns （the recovered individuals have or have not immunity） on scale-free networks are discussed. Both theoretical and numerical analyses are presented. The epidemic thresholds related to the vaccination rate, the vaccination-invalid rate and the vaccination success rate on scale-free networks are demonstrated, showing different results from the reported observations. This reveals that whether or not the epidemic can spread over a network under vaccination control is determined not only by the network structure but also by the medicine＇s effective duration. Moreover, for a given infective rate, the proportion of individuals to vaccinate can be calculated theoretically for the case that the recovered nodes have immunity. Finally, simulated results are presented to show how to control the disease prevalence.
