With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the service model of university library gradually goes to the intelligent, personalized directionfrom the traditional single reference, but there are many shortcomings. It cannot fully satisfy the increasing needs for the division Health research and information, it must actively build the university library subject Knowledge service Model of a science. This paper introduces the subject of service concepts of library knowledge, proposes effective method to build service model of university library knowledge, and strengthens academic knowledge service countermeasures to promote the development of knowledge- disciplinary university library services.

The university library Science and Technology Information Service Platform Construction of the Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship

By analyzing the relationship between the body size and the design of the university library shelves, indicating that body size is an important factor in bookshelf design, providing a scientific basis and design criteria for the design of the university library shelves. Using the knowledge of anthropometry and data processing and combining with the use analysis of real life, it determines the human body basis of the size in the bookshelf design, thus building a scientific rationality in the application of the body size in the design process. As the main furniture in university library --shelves, the designer should take full account of the size parameters of the human body, make the design object in a comfortable environment. By analyzing the size relationship between the body and the design of the main university library shelves, the paper indicates the importance of the body size in the design of the shelves. Therefore, designers should take the body size as the core of the design, providing a comfortable, scientific and reasonable learning atmosphere for university library.

The university library is the information source and ideas of the students’ innovation and entrepreneurship, especially in the network and information highly developed today, that the field, way and depth of the university library service for the students’ innovation and entrepreneurship activities expand constantly. Based on the analysis of the development and evolution of the university library service function, this paper studies the new development and new changes of the university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship activities’ needs and plans and designs the service platform system for the university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship activities comprehensively under the network environment based on the knowledge service. Meanwhile, we put forward the specific suggestions and countermeasures for the related problems of the construction and operation of the information service platform.

As a transition space,atrium not only organizes traffic,makes the flow line flexible,but also modulates the indoor micro-climate. Because of its good sense of space and lighting performance,designers generally set reading space around the atrium. But nowadays,people are more concerned with the external form of the architecture,rather than the thermal comfort conditions of the atrium reading space. This article chooses the universities' library atrium space of Harbin in typical city in cold regions as the carrier of research,testes the thermal environment of atrium reading space, analyzes the user 's subjective feelings of the thermal environment and establishes climate adaptation model applied to library buildings. This paper aims to study on Winter thermal comfort of universities' library atrium reading space in cold area. Bases on thermal comfort adaptive model,it establishes a reasonable heating methods and design temperature index of indoor thermal environment. Optimum comfort is obtained while achieving building energy efficiency and providing viewers a comfortable reading space.

In the era of the big data. the national strategies and the rapid development of computers and storage technologies bring opportunities and challenges to the library＇s data services. Based on the investigation literature of the scientific data services in the university libraries in the United States, the development process of the scientific data is analyzed from three aspects of the service types, the service mode and the service contents. The author of this paper also proposes opportunities and challenges from 5 aspects of the policy support. strengthening the publicity, the self learning, the self positioning and relying on the embedded subject librarians, to promote the development of the library scientific data services.
