In this paper,a new model with a total amount control target of allowable water withdrawal based on initial water right is built for the implementation of initial water right allocation scheme as well as unified allocation for allowable water withdrawal and sewage *** model couples the water allocation simulation model and the computational model of permissible pol-lution bearing *** view of the model complexity,a new technology which synthesizes system simulation,iterative reservoir turns and intelligent computation is proposed to improve the operability of allocation scheme and computational *** the Beijiang River Basin in the Pearl River Basin as an example,the study explains the model establishment,solution and application,and draws an optimized operation graph of large-scale *** study also obtains a long-term operation strategy of river basin water resources system,the allocation schemes of allowable water withdrawal and sewage discharge in a typical year and the flow hydrographs of trans-boundary *** validity of the model and the allocation rationality are analyzed as well.

Subsynchronous resonance and its mitigation for power system with unified power flow controller

Control strategy of unified power flow controller(UPFC)utilizing dq decoupling control is deduced in this paper,which can closely follow the control orders of the active and reactive *** subsynchronous resonance(SSR)characteristics of a series compensated system equipped with UPFC are studied,and the results reveal that SSR characteristics of the system may vary significantly with UPFC in service or ***,supplementary subsynchronous damping controller(SSDC)for UPFC is proposed and investigated,and the effectiveness of the proposed SSDC is verified by damping torque analysis and time domain simulations.

A unified viscoplasticity constitutive model based on irreversible thermodynamics

A unified viscoplasticity constitutive model for metal materials is developed within the framework of irreversible thermodynamics, and an expression for the Helmholtz free energy function involving the parameters reflecting kinematic hardening and isotropic hardening is given. At the same time a non-associated flow potential function including the corresponding state variables is also given, from which the flow equation and the evolution equations of the internal state variables are derived. Thus, a general theoretical framework constructing a unified viscoplasticity constitutive model is given. Compared with the typical unified viscoplasticity constitutive models, the presented model evidently satisfies the irreversible thermodynamics laws. Moreover, this method not only provides a new theoretical foundation for further development of the unified viscoplasticity constitutive model, but also gives a new theoretical framework for the stress-strain analysis of more materials.

THE unified SOLUTION OF THE INCOMMENSURATE PHASE IN FERROELECTRICS

We derive a unified multi-harmonic modulation solution of the incommensurate phase with a simple model by a method like that used in solving pendulum problems in mechanics. This solution reduces to single-harmonic modulation at the upper end of temperatures, and transforms into kink solution at the lower end of temperatures, The basic wave-vector decreases monotonically with temperature, as was observed in experimentation.

A unified model for diagnosing energy usage abnormalities in regional integrated energy service systems

An integrated energy service company in an industrial park or commercial building is responsible for managing all energy sources in their local region, including electricity, water, gas, heating, and cooling. To reduce energy wastage and increase energy utilization, it is necessary to perform efficiency analyses and diagnoses on integrated energy systems(IESs). However, the integrated energy data necessary for energy efficiency analyses and diagnoses come from a wide variety of instruments, each of which uses different transmission protocols and data formats. This makes it challenging to handle energy-flow data in a unified manner. Thus, we have constructed a unified model for diagnosing energy usage abnormalities in IESs. Using this model, the data are divided into working days and non-working days, and benchmark values are calculated after the data have been weighted to enable unified analysis of several types of energy data. The energy-flow data may then be observed, managed, and compared in all aspects to monitor sudden changes in energy usage and energy wastage. The abnormal data identified and selected by the unified model are then subjected to big-data analysis using technical management tools, enabling the detection of user problems such as abnormalities pertaining to acquisition device, metering, and energy usage. This model facilitates accurate metering of energy data and improves energy efficiency. The study has significant implications in terms of fulfilling the energy saving.
