Nitrogen-rich porous organic polymers have shown great potentials in gas adsorption/separation,photocatalysis,electrochemistry,sensing and so on.Herein,1,2,3-triazole functionalized triazine-based porous organic polymers(TT-POPs)have been synthesized by the copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition(Cu-AAC)polymerization reactions of 1,3,5-tris(4-azidophenyl)-triazine with 1,4-diacetylene benzene and 1,3,5-triacetylenebenzene,respectively.The characterizations of N2 adsorption at 77 K show TTPOPs possess permanent porosity with BET surface areas of 666 m^(2)·g^(-1)(TT-POP-1)and 406 m^(2)·g^(-1)(TT-POP-2).The adsorption capacities of TT-POPs for CO_(2),CH4,C2H2 and C2H4,as well as the selective separation abilities of CO_(2)/N2,CO_(2)/CH_(4),C_(2)H_(2)/CH_(4) and C_(2)H_(4)/CH_(4) were evaluated.The gas selective separation ratio of TT-POPs was calculated by the ideal adsorbed solution theory(IAST)method,wherein the selective separation ratios of C_(2)H_(2)/CH_(4) and C_(2)H_(4)/CH_(4) of TT-POP-2 was 48.4 and 13.6(298 K,0.1 MPa),which is comparable to other adsorbents(5.6–120.6 for C_(2)H_(2)/CH_(4),10–26 for C_(2)H_(4)/CH_(4)).This work shows that the 1,2,3-triazole functionalized triazine-based porous organic polymer has a good application prospect in natural gas purification.

With triazole-modified derivative as link,one new framework[Cd_(5)(μ_(5)-HL^(2-))_(2)(μ_(4)-L^(3-))_(2)(H_(2)O)_(10)]·2H_(2)O(1,H_(3)L=2-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,powder X-ray diffraction and elemental analysis.Complex 1exhibits a 3D (3,4,6)-connected net cross-linked by binuclear[Cd_(2)(COO)_(5)]^(-)cluster and mononuclear Cd(Ⅱ)geometry via HL^(2-)/L^(3-)ligands.It crystallizes in triclinic system,space group P1 with a=7.7411(11),b=9.8813(15),c=20.177(3)?,α=85.547(4)°,β=80.603(4)°,γ=67.976(3)°,V=1411.3(4)?^(3),Z=1,M_(r)=1876.89g/mol,D_(c)=2.208 mg/m^(3),μ=1.97 mm^(-1),F(000)=918,GOOF=1.03,the final R=0.0869 and w R=0.1950 for3127 observed reflections with I>2σ(I).The solid photoluminescent behaviour of 1 has been further functionally investigated.

Strigolactones,a class of plant hormones with multiple functions,mediate plant-plant and plantmicroorganism communications in the rhizosphere.In this study,we developed potent strigolactone antagonists,which covalently bindto the strigolactone receptor D14,by preparing an array of triazole urea compounds.Using yeast two-hybrid and rice-tillering assays,we identified a triazole urea compound KK094 as a potent inhibitor of strigolactone receptors.Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry analysis and X-ray crystallography revealed that KK094 was hydrolyzed by D14,and that a reaction product of this degradation covalently binds to the Ser residue of the catalytic triad of D14.Furthermore,we identified two triazole urea compounds KK052 and KK073,whose effects on D14-D53/D14-SLR1 complex formation were opposite due to the absence (KK052)or presence (KK073)of a trifluoromethyl group on their phenyl ring.These results demonstrate that triazole urea compounds are potentially powerful tools for agricultural application and may be useful for the elucidation of the complicated mechanism underlying strigolactone perception.

A series of novel 1,2,3-triazole-quinazoline derivatives were synthesized in five steps starting from anthranila- mide by conventional methods. All the title compounds 10a-10r were evaluated for cytotoxic activity against four human cancer cell lines （MGC-803, EC-109, MCF-7 and HGC-27） using MTT assay in vitro. Some of the synthe- sized compounds exhibited moderate to potent activity against tested cancer cell lines. Among them, compounds 10h and 10q exhibited excellent growth inhibition against HGC-27 and compound 10m also possessed excellent ac- tivity against MCF-7, with IC50 values less than 1 μmol/L. Especially, compound 10h was more cytotoxic than 5-fluorouracil against all tested four human cancer cell lines.

Sulfonated Polyimides Containing 1,2,4-triazole Groups for Proton Exchange Membranes

A series of sulfonated polyimide copolymers as novel proton exchange materials were synthesized by the polycondensation of 1,4,5,8-naphthalene-tetracarboxylic dianhydride （NTDA）, sulfonated diamine based on pyridine group and diamine containing N-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole moiety. Flexible, transparent and tough membranes with high thermal stability and good mechanical properties were obtained. They exhibited good stability in boiling water and Fenton＇s reagent at 80 ℃. More interestingly, a nonlinear relationship between proton conductivities of the resulting membranes and the degree of sulfonation （DS） was observed. The membrane with 50% DS exhibited the maximum proton conductivity, which was due to the combinational contributions of sulfonic acid and N-pheny-1,2,4-triazole groups. Thus, the N-phenyl-l,2,4- triazole moiety in this study not only can depress water absorption but also increase proton conductivity, especially at low DS.

The crystal is of triclinic, space group P^1-, a = 8.906（3）, b = 9.853（3）, c = 11.226（4）A, α= 100.562（5）, β= 101.285（5）, γ. = 105.096（6）^c, Z = 2, V = 903.7（5） ]A^3, Dc= 1.365 g/cm^3,μ（MoKa） = 0.196 mm^-1, F（000） = 388, the final R = 0.0506 and wR = 0.0985 for 2532 observed reflections （I〉 2σ（I））. Its formation mechanism was proposed.

The title compound 1,5,1 ＇,5 ＇-tetraphenyl- 1H, 1H＇-3,3 ＇-dialkylthio-bi-1,2,4-triazole （2, C28H20N6S2, Mr = 504.62） was prepared by the reaction of 1-benzoyl-3-phenylaminothiourea 1 and Mn（OAc）3·2H2O in acetic acid under microwave irradiation. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 11.3931（10）, b = 16.5787（14）（c = 26.470（2） A, β = 98.274（2）°, Z = 8, V = 4947.8（8） A3, 1）, = 1.355 g/cm^3,μMoKa） = 0.245 mm^-1, F（000） = 2096, the final R = 0.0583 and wR = 0.1502 for 8705 observed reflections （I〉 20（I））. X-ray analysis reveals that the title compound is 1,5,1 ＇,5 ＇-tetraphenyl- 1 H, 1 H＇-3,3 ＇-dialkylthio-bi- 1,2,4-triazole, and its formation mechanism was proposed.

Based on the active site of lanosterol 14α-demethylase of azole antifungal agents,sixteen 1-（1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl）- 2-（2,4- difluorophenyl）-3-（N-n-butyl-N-1-substitutedbenzyl-4-methylene-1H-1,2,3-triazole）-2-propanols have been designed,synthesized and evaluated as antifungal agents.Results of preliminary antifungal tests against eight human pathogenic fungi in vitro showed that some of the compounds exhibited excellent activities with broad spectrum.
