CO_2 background concentration in the atmosphere over the Chinese mainland

Based on the long-term monitoring data on CO2 concentration, variation trend.and characteristics of CO2 background concentration in the atmosphere over the Chinese mainland are analyzed. Results show that the increasing trend.of CO2 background concentration in the atmosphere over the Chinese mainland has appeared during the period of 1991-2000. The average annual CO2 growth increment is 1.59μL/L, and the average annual CO2 growth rate is 0.44%. Distinct seasonal variations of CO2 background concentration are observed, and the averaged amplitude of CO2 seasonal variations is 10.35μL/L. Regional variation characteristics of CO2 background concentration in the atmosphere and possible impact of human activities on these variations over the Chinese mainland are discussed as well.

FLUCTUATIONS AND FUTURE trend.OF CLIMATE, GLACIERS AND DISCHARGE OF ■R■MQI RIVER IN XINJIANG

Based on the analyses of various data available of the rümqi River, Xinjiang, it is found that the warming trend.of the climate in recent years is mainly accompanied by the decrease in precipitation, discharge, and glacial mass balance. Since the Little Ice Age, the temperature has increased by 0.5—1.0℃, while the precipitation, glacial volume and annual discharge have decreased by 50 mm, 41% and 11%, respectively. It is possible that the trend.would last for the next 10—15 years.

Research on the Ecological Tourism Planning and Tourism Development trend.under the Background of Sustainable Development

In this paper, we conduct research on the ecological tourism planning and the tourism development trend.under the background of the sustainable development. Research on ecotourism definition, mostly will study ecological tourism, as a concept, its connotation cannot suitable for our the country＇ s current national conditions, only the environment as the research object of ecological tourism, the environmental resources as the main content of the ecological tourism development, embarks from the tourism motivation, tourism, tourist market, to implement ecological tourism. To change this situation, we propose the novel approach to enhance the traditional ecological tourism planning which will optimize the overall performance.

Research on the Combination Mode of Modem Product and Industrial Design under the Green Design Background

In this paper, we conduct research on the combination mode of the modern product and the industrial design under the green design background. Our enterprises must set up the industrial design as the basis of the new mechanism, treatment of product, enterprise and market to trinity, cannot be indifferent to a certain aspect, to every aspect, to attach importance to technology, hard management talents, on the basis of industrial designers should play the role of soft energetically. Industrial design should have good adhesive property, product, enterprise and market more harmonious, more closely linked, creation of the technical performance, reasonable internal structure, a novel appearance, low production cost, a profound cultural products, for the enterprise to bring the most lucrative business profits, and make the market more prosperous more standardized. Under this background, we propose the novel combination pattern that holds special meaning.
