In ancient times, Chinese medical practitioners tasted medicinal herbs to test the efficacy of these herbs in treating diseases, and from the practical experience the pioneers improved their medical skills. The unique system of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, which has evolved over thousands of years, therefore repre- sents one of the oldest paradigms of translational medicine in the world. TCM has been widely and successfully used to treat illnesses from inflammation to cancer and retains an important role in the healthcare system of China today. However, challenges in the development of TCM have become clear in recent years, and major efforts must be made to further improve the current TCM system.

Translational research has become increasingly popular in recent years.Within the field of medical research, ani- mal models are considered valuable research tools that provide insight into the complex world of human diseases. Inbred animals eliminate several of the challenges of human studies and allow researchers to conduct disease research on, arguably, the most controlled model system possible. The ease with which ani- mal models allow us to advance research often leads us to ignore the possibility that these studies may only provide limited translational potential to humans.

The advent of high-throughput technologies in genomics,proteomics,transcriptomics,and imaging has led to an explosion of biomedical data,which presents both opportunities and challenges for researchers and clinicians.On one hand,the sheer volume and complexity of these data pose significant challenges for data analysis and interpretation.On the other hand,these data hold great promise for uncovering new insights into cellular functions,disease etiology,and personalized therapeutic development.In particular,the development of Large Language Models(LLM)is critical for extracting meaningful information from large-scale biomedical datasets and translating these findings into clinical applications.

In this paper,we discuss graphs over a domain ??N^2 in the product manifold N^2×R.Here N^2is a complete Riemannian surface and?has piecewise smooth boundary.Letγ???be a smooth connected arc andΣbe a complete graph in N^2×R over?.We show that ifΣis a minimal or translating graph,thenγis a geodesic in N^2.Moreover ifΣis a CMC graph,thenγhas constant principal curvature in N^2.This explains the infinity value boundary condition upon domains having Jenkins-Serrin theorems on minimal and constant mean curvature(CMC)graphs in N^2×R.

This paper mainly considers the translating soliton of H k-flow for k > 0.We give the asymptotic expression of the entire rotationally symmetric translating soliton,and obtain non-convex "Wing-like" solution as well as two barrier solutions.Moreover,we show that the solution with polynomial growth keeps its growth rate when evolution.

This paper aims to explore the translating theory with the terms in the Dao De Jing such as Dao,De,Being,Non‐being,Yin,Yang,Integrated,Harmony,Form,Spirit,Qi,Emptiness,Tranquility,Inspiration,Sitting Down,and Forgetting.The translating process is to deconstruct Dao in the SL(source language)and the TL(target language).Numerous translation approaches or techniques all can hug their counterparts in the Daoism,revealing the underlying position of the first Chinese philosophy,whose ontology is Dao,following the way of nature,the self‐way.The great Dao is of abstract metaphysical theory,and the I‐being is the self experience and conscientiousness of translators,both of which invite open‐mindedness,selflessness,balance,and ongoing initiative.Being and non‐being are antitheses.Being comes from non‐being,whose revelation is being,De.SL is of being,the translating of which is non‐being.Non‐action proclaims that one’s conduct shall be natural,spontaneous,and balanced.The translating process reflects the harmonies of Yin and Yang in the two versions.Qi,a force or a momentum in the two texts,the flowing thoughts,undergoes with infinitesimal of purposed involvement but effortless job.Your translating product attributes to your nature,and your self‐cultivation of the two languages.
