As a very major part in the power grid, it is more and more important to monitor the temperature for the junctions of High Voltage Switchgear, Bus Connector, Outdoor Knife Switch and other important equipments in the transformer substation. In this article, based on the actual complex and changeable monitoring environment, we designed Temperature Monitoring System for the transformer substation, and expounded the structural design of the system, the hardware design of monitoring device, the process design of the system software, the choice and application of wireless communication protocols in the system, and the comparison and choice of three commonly used antenna. We also compared the Battery-powered and Induction-powered in the technical conditions in this stage, analyzed the actual performance of the two main power supply mode and gave the power design for the Temperature Monitoring System.

Planning of Anti-Disaster transformer substation Based on NN and PSO

Recently, the frequent extreme natural disasters made enormous damage to the electric grid leading to blackouts. The lifeline system aiming at providing continuous power supply for the important load in extreme natural disasters was designed in that condition. In this paper, a developed model for planning of the transformer substation in lifeline system which considered the effect of existing transformer substations, the motivated areas and punishment areas was proposed. The Hopfield NN （neural network） was adopted to solve the feeders and the PSO （particle swarm optimization） was adopted to new the locations of the transformer substations based on the feeders. The planning result not only took fully use of the existing substation but also got the suitable location for new construction which was satisfactory.

There are many factors affecting the cost of transformer substation *** project cost difference is large and the data is *** brings great difficulties to the classification analysis,index preparation and control management of project *** on the project division of transformer substation project,this paper analyzes and identifies the main factors affecting the construction cost of transformer substation project,and uses the Random Forest model to measure 25 of the influencing factors,selects the key influencing factors to provide reference for the cost prediction of transformer substation project.

Regional study on investment for transmission infrastructure in China based on the State Grid data

Transmission infrastructure is an integral component of safeguarding the stability of electricity delivery. However, existing studies of transmission infra- structure mostly rely on a simple review of the network, while the analysis of investments remains rudimentary. This study conducted the first regionally focused analysis of investments in transmission infrastructure in China to help optimize its structure and reduce investment costs. Using State Grid data, the investment costs, under various voltages, for transmission lines and transformer substa- tions are calculated. By analyzing the regional profile of cumulative investment in transmission infrastructure, we assess correlations between investment, population, and economic development across the regions. The recent development of ultra-high-voltage transmission networks will provide policy-makers new options for policy development.

Based on historical datas of substation projects,this report builds an artificial neural network intelligent prediction algorithm by identifying key influence *** predicting the cost of 110 kV substation projects in a certain province,the results show that the neural network prediction model can quickly predict the construction cost of transmission and transformation projects by inputting key influence factors of the project,and it can achieve the accuracy of project investment in the investment plan filling.
