Effects of tourism development on ecological network and function of sediment microbial communities in the urban wetland park

tourism development influenced the ecological network of microbial *** mechanism of intra-and inter-domain networks was *** coverage reduces microbial network complexity and *** may promote nitrogen and phosphorus cycle in wetland *** urban wetland parks have been established,yet the understanding of microbial interactions in response to tourism development is still *** study aims to elucidate the impact of tourism development on the complexity and stability of molecular ecological networks within the microbial communities of wetland *** an analysis of sediments properties,microorganism intra-and inter-domain co-occurrence characteristics in three different wetland functional areas(conservation,landscaping,and recreation areas),we found that tourism development influenced sediment physicochemical *** changes regulated the diversity and ecological networks of archaeal and bacterial ***,areas with landscaping(LA)exhibited reduced network connectivity and robustness,suggesting that macrophyte coverage diminishes the complexity and stability of microbial communities in wetland ***,the transition from conservation areas(CA)to LA strengthened the correlations between microbial network modules and sediment total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP),potentially enhancing the nitrogen and phosphorus cycles in *** equation modeling analysis revealed that both abiotic factors(TC,TP,TN,K,Mg,pH)and biotic factors(archaeal and bacterialα-diversity)can influence interdomain network complexity,accounting for 42%of the *** these factors,sediment TN exerted the largest positive effect on network complexity(37.9%),while Mg had the most negative impact(59.8%).This study provides valuable insights for ecological assessments of urban wetlands and can inform strategies for effective wetland ecosystem management.

In recent years, with the rapid development of the tourist industry, world heritage sites become more and more popular among tourists from home and abroad. Therefore, heritage tourism has become a new hotspot. However, while world heri- tage sites are making obvious economic benefit from tourism, they also bring various problems and contradictions, of which the most troublesome one is the contradiction between heritage con- servation and tourism development. To discuss and analyze the root and the essence of the above contradiction and find a way to bring about harmony between them is an important program faced by our national heritage management practice and academic re- search. Based on the case of cleaning the Temple and Cemetery of Confucius and the Kong Family Mansion in Qufu, this paper ana- lyzes the reasons why our national world cultural heritage sites bring about the above contradiction in the process of tourism development and points out that the improper system and stake- holders’ benefit imbroglio are respectively the root and the es- sence of the contraction. Then, it also puts forward corresponding solutions.

Traditional villages are an important carrier of Chinese civilization, carrying the historical memory of the Chinese nation. tourism development has become an effective way to protect traditional villages and a special way to modernize traditional villages. In this paper, the conditions for tourism development in Shanxijie Village, Dawenkou Town, Tai’an City were analyzed, and the existing problems in its tourism development were discussed. Meanwhile, corresponding strategies for tourism development were put forward to guide Shanxijie Village to embark on a high-quality tourism development road.

Land use shifts had a significant impact on residents’ livelihood system, especially when their livelihood heavily depended on land. However, related studies on tourism destination were scarce. Therefore, taking Jinshitan as a case study, combining with remote sensing data and household interviews, we studied the land-use change trajectories and identified the residents’ livelihood transition during the past 20 years. We found that Jinshitan had transformed from a traditional rural settlement to a modern costal tourism resort as large areas of rural housing land, arable land, and aquaculture land had been transformed into construction land. In the meantime, rural households’ livelihood improved a lot as every household was allocated more than one apartment and provided more off-farm livelihood activities. However, their livelihood seemed unsustainable because more than half of the local population goes outside to seek job opportunity, especially in the 20-45 age groups and only a few of rural households took up in tourismrelated off-farm livelihood activities. This research may help tourism destination managers effectively use the land for tourism development to give consideration to rural households.

Place names that contain rich regional cultural connotations are “living fossils” of history and culture, and they are of great tourist value. Taking the main urban area of Chengdu City as an example, this paper analyzes the cultural characteristics and connotations of place names, as well as their tourist values. This value is believed to mainly include stimulating tourists’ interest in traveling, presenting local tourism features, enhancing the travel experience of the visitors and serving the tourism economy. Then this paper discusses the problems of place name cultural heritage and puts forward the tourism development strategies for Chengdu’s place name culture. Such strategies could include establishing a tourism place name system of Chengdu scenic spot names, using place names in the restoration and development of ancient scenery, combining place names with food tourism resources and high-quality tourism commodities, developing cultural and creative products related to Chengdu place names,strengthening the theoretical discussion on Chengdu place name culture and conducting dissemination activities for Chengdu place name culture.

The model of suitability evaluation of tourism development for suburban mining wasteland was established in Fengquan District of Xinxiang City, with measurable methods to provide the basis for its tourism development and landscape planning. The construction and evaluation of the model was conducted with AHP *** the follow. ing four aspects： ecological importance, landscape importance, economic importance and social importance, vail. dated with the case. In the established evaluation system, weight values of six indexes are higher than 0.05, among which the weight of industrial characteristics is the highest, and the weight of area, pollution conditions, air quality conditions, landscape diversity and topography were also higher There are still seven indicators with weight values of higher than 0.02. including land price, transportation accessibility, geological conditions, water conditions, finan, cial security, distance to cities and similar competition. Weight values of five indexes are lower than 0.02, including government function, vegetation conditions, soil conditions, urban economic level and major tourism environment. We have tried to set a weighting set by AHP to avoid the shortcomings in ordinary weighting process, to perform the tourism evaluation with a maturely-developed method and solve the multi-indicator evaluation problems which involve the fuzziness and variability of scaling effectively. Our calendaring method is a simple, reasonable, quantitative and feasible one. with general significance to non-structuralized project as development of wasteland.
