torsional effect of space structure in frequent earthquakes

Taking a concrete frame supporting space structure as the research object,we systematically studied its lateral-torsion coupling effect of reverse problems in consistent earthquake ***,based on its reverse forms and features,we put forward a mechanical analysis model(flexibility layer model) and a calculation method using the response spectrum method and the weighted average method,and verified their validity and feasibility using case *** result shows that the translation displacement change trend of the space structure is basically the same whether reverse exists in the supporting structure or not,but the supporting structure torsion has an effect on the displacement with a relative increase of 10%.

＜正＞ Knowledge from different cross disciplines such as Physics of Crystals, Physics of dielectrics, Thoery of elasticity, Theory of potential and Group theory was utilized in the investigation on the torsional effect of piezoelectric. The complicated stress distribution of piezoelectric beam under torsion was investigated first by utilizing the torsion theory of anisotropic beam. Then the nonlinear electric polarization due to torsion was analyzed and the problems of electric field in torsional effect of piezoelectric were converted inner and outer boundry value problems of partial differential equations according to the equivalent principle of electric field. So the connection between the torque and the polarized charges was established. An optimizing method for the sensitivity in detection of torsional effect was modified . Theoretical analysis is testified by experiments. This paper establishes a basis of new method for torque measuring.

The torsional effect of a rectangular piezoelectric quartz is studied in the article. Using the anisotropic elasticity and Maxwell electromagnetic theory, the stress field and electrostatic field is founded, and then by the Finite Element Method the distribution of the electric field in the piezoelectric body is obtained. Based on theoretical analysis of the bound charge distribution, the measuring electrodes are effectively disposed on the surfaces of the piezoelectric wafers. The theoretical and experimental results show that the measurement charge is linear with the torque. The research will provide the basis for the torque measuring technique.
