This paper investigates the risk-sensitive fixed-point smoothing estimation for hnear omcrete-time systems with multiple time-delay.measurements. The problem considered can be converted into an optimization one in indefinite space. Then the risk-sensitive fixed-point smoother is obtained by solving the optimization problem via innovation analysis theory in indefinite space. Necessary and sufficient conditions guaranteeing the existence of the risk-sensitive smoother are also given when the risk-sensitive parameter is negative. Compared with the conventional approach, a significant advantage of presented approach is that it provides less computational cost.

This paper considers the problem of L2-disturbance attenuation for a class of time-delay.port-controlled Hamiltonian systems. A v-dissipative inequality is established by using a proper control law and a storage function. Then based on the Razumikhin stability theorem, a sufficient condition is proposed for the asymptotically stability of the closed-loop system. Finally, the authors investigate the case that there are time-invariant uncertainties belonging to some convex bounded polytypic domain and an L2 disturbance attenuation control law is proposed. Study of illustrative example with simulation shows that the presented method in this paper works very well in the disturbance attenuation of time-delay.Hamiltonian systems.

Security and reliability must be focused on control sys- tems firstly, and fault detection and diagnosis （FDD） is the main theory and technology. Now, there are many positive results in FDD for linear networked control systems （LNCSs）, but nonlinear networked control systems （NNCSs） are less involved. Based on the T-S fuzzy-modeling theory, NNCSs are modeled and network random time-delay. are changed into the unknown bounded uncertain part without changing its structure. Then a fuzzy state observer is designed and an observer-based fault detection approach for an NNCS is presented. The main results are given and the relative theories are proved in detail. Finally, some simulation results are given and demonstrate the proposed method is effective.

This paper presents a method for directly analyzing the stability of complex-DDEs on the basis of stability switches. Two novel criteria are developed for the stability of a class of complex- DDEs. These results not only generalize some known results in literature but also greatly reduce the complexity of analysis and computation. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed criteria, the stabilization problem of the extended time delay.auto-synchronization （ETDAS） control and n time delay.auto-synchronization （NTDAS） control are then further investigated, respectively. The numerical simulations are consistent with the above theoretical analysis.

The robust reliable H∞ control problem for discrete-time Markovian jump systems with actuator failures is studied. A more practical model of actuator failures than outage is considered. Based on the state feedback method, the resulting closed-loop systems are reliable in that they remain robust stochastically stable and satisfy a certain level of H∞ disturbance attenuation not only when all actuators are operational, but also in case of some actuator failures, The solvability condition of controllers can be equivalent to a feasibility problem of coupled linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. A numerical example is also given to illustrate the design procedures and their effectiveness.

The robust reliable guaranteed cost control for uncertain singular delay.systems with actuator failures and a given quadratic cost function is studied. The system under consideration involves constant time-delay.and norm-bounded parameter uncertainties. The purpose is to design state feedback controllers which can tolerate actuator failure, such that the closed-loop system is stable, and the specified cost function has an upper bound for all admissible uncertainties. The sufficient conditions for the solvability of this problem are obtained by a linear matrix inequality （LMI） method. Furthermore, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed approach.

In this paper, we study a fractional-order model with time-delay.to describe the dynamics of Ebola virus infection with cytotoxic T-lymphocyte （CTL） response in vivo. The time- delay.is introduced in the CTL response term to represent time required to stimulate the immune system. Based on fractional Laplace transform, some conditions on stability and Hopf bifurcation are derived for the model. The analysis shows that the fractional- order with time-delay.can effectively enrich the dynamics and strengthen the stability condition of fractional-order infection model. Finally, the derived theoretical results are justified by some numerical simulations.
