The burgeoning volume of parameters in artificial neural network models has posed substantial challenges to conventional tensor computing *** from the available optical multidimensional information entropy,optical intelligent computing is used as an alternative solution to address the emerging challenges of electrical *** limitations,in terms of device size and photonic integration scale,have hindered the performance of optical ***,an ultrahigh computing density optical tensor processing unit(OTPU),which is grounded in an individual microring resonator(MRR),is introduced to respond to these *** the independent tuning of multiwavelength lasers,the operational capabilities of an MRR are orchestrated,culminating in the formation of an optical tensor *** design facilitates the execution of tensor convolution operations via the lightwave and microwave multidomain hybrid multiplexing in terms of the time,wavelength,and frequency of *** experimental results for the MRR-based OTPU show an extraordinary computing density of 34.04 TOPS/***,the achieved accuracy rate in recognizing MNIST handwritten digits was 96.41%.These outcomes signify a significant advancement toward the realization of high-performance optical tensor processing chips.

tensor-structured algorithm for reduced-order scaling large-scale Kohn–Sham density functional theory calculations

We present a tensor-structured algorithm for efficient large-scale density functional theory(DFT)calculations by constructing a Tucker tensor basis that is adapted to the Kohn–Sham Hamiltonian and localized in *** proposed approach uses an additive separable approximation to the Kohn–Sham Hamiltonian and an L1 localization technique to generate the 1-D localized functions that constitute the Tucker tensor *** results show that the resulting Tucker tensor basis exhibits exponential convergence in the ground-state energy with increasing Tucker ***,the proposed tensor-structured algorithm demonstrated sub-quadratic scaling with system-size for both systems with and without a gap,and involving many thousands of *** reduced-order scaling has also resulted in the proposed approach outperforming plane-wave DFT implementation for systems beyond 2000 electrons.

tensor Force Effect on Shape Coexistence of N = 28 Neutron-Rich Isotones

The tensor force effect on potential energy surfaces of the N = 28 neutron-rich isotones is investigated by using the deformed Skyrme Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov approach with the T22 interaction. It is found that, without the tensor force, ^40Mg and ^46At have prolate and spherical ground states, respectively. The ground states of ^42Si and ^44S are oblate. The shape coexistence in ^40Mg, ^42Si and ^44S is evident. However, the ground state deformations of these isotones are not changed and the shape coexistence in ^42Si and ^44S vanishes when the tensor force is switched on. Taking ^42Si as an example, the disappearance of the shape coexistence is understood by analyzing the tensor force effect on the shell correction energies.

In the framework of the Hartree–Fock–Bogoliubov(HFB)approach with Skyrme interactions SLy5+T,SLy5+Tw and several sets of TIJ parametrizations,*** Skyrme interaction parametrizations including the tensor terms,the proton density distribution in ^(34)Si and ^(46)Ar nuclei is calculated with and without the tensor *** is shown that the bubble effect in ^(34)Si does not depend a great deal on the Skyrme parametrization and the proton density distribution in ^(34)Si is hardly influenced by the tensor *** to ^(46)Ar,the SLy5+Tw parametrization favors the formation of the bubble structure due to the inversion between the 2s_(1/2) and 1d_(3/2) orbits(2s_(1/2)–1d_(3/2) inversion).The inversion mechanism induced by the SLy5+Tw interaction is analyzed based on the proton single−particle spectra obtained from the SLy5 and SLy5+Tw interactions as well as the wave functions of the 2s_(1/2) and 1d_(3/2) states.

tensor Charge of the Nucleon from QCD Sum Rules

The nucleon's tensor charges(isovector g_(T)^(v)=δu-δd and isoscalar g_(T)^(s)=δu+δd)are calculated using the QCD(quantum chromodynamics)sum rules in the presence of an external tensor *** combining the mass sum rule of nucleon,we derive a simplified form for proton tensor charges,which gives g_(T)^(v)=1.27 and g_(T)^(s)=1.31,or δu=1.29 and δd=0.02 at the scale of nucleon mass,with an uncertainty about 20%.

Effects ofΛΛω−tensor coupling on the spin symmetry ofΛspectra inΛ−nucleus systems are studied using relativistic mean-field *** 12C+Λas an example,it is found that the tensor coupling enlarges the spin−orbit splittings ofΛby a factor of 5 but has a negligible effect on the wave functions ofΛ.Similar conclusions are observed in otherΛ−nuclei,including ^(16)O+Λ,^(40)Ca+Λand ^(208)Pb+Λ.It is indicated that the spin symmetry in anti-lambda-nucleus systems is still a good approximation irrespective of the tensor coupling.

Let A be an ruth order n-dimensional tensor, where m, n are some positive integers and N ：= re（n-1）. Then A is called a Hankel tensor associated with a vector v ∈ R^N＋1 if Aσ = Vk for each k = 0,1,...,N whenever σ= （i1,..., im） satisfies i1 ＋... ＋ im - m ＋ k. We introduce the elementary Hankel tensors which are some special Hankel tensors, and present all the eigenvalues of the elementary Hankel tensors for k = 0, 1, 2. We also show that a convolution can be expressed as the product of some third-order elementary Hankel tensors, and a Hankel tensor can be decomposed as a convolution of two Vandermonde matrices following the definition of the convolution of tensors. tensor-based blind signal recovery for multi-carrier amplify-and-forward relay networks

Cooperative communications have great potentials in performance enhancement via deploying relay nodes. However, these kinds of benefits usually come at the cost of more system parameters to be estimated. This fact definitely reduces the efficiency of wireless systems and then it motivates the research on the blind algorithms for cooperative communications that need fewer parameters. In this paper, we investigate the parallel factors(PARAFAC) decomposition-based blind signal recovery algorithm design for two-hop amplify-and-forward(AF)multi-carrier cooperative networks. In particular, the uniqueness of the PARAFAC decomposition used in the proposed algorithm is first investigated in detail, and then the performance of signal recovery is ***, the simulation results assess the performance of our proposed algorithm.

tensor based non-photo realistic rendering for Korean architectural images

Existing pen and ink sketch technologies can be applied to general images, but they could not produce optimal output for images of traditional architecture, because most images consist of exquisite straight lined patterns in traditional architecture, such as root tiles and window bars. The lines of roofs and eaves need to be described delicately to express pen and ink sketch most effectively. Therefore, by proposing a method to create white noise for light and shade of input images, to extract input vector directions from the white noise, and to determine the direction and length of stroke, a new expression technique is proposed for pen and ink sketch that could best reflect the characteristics of traditional architecture.
